用L-脯氨酸衍生物作为手性流动相添加剂拆分对映异构体

用自制的N-十二酰基-L-脯氨酸和N-十二酰基-L-脯氨酸-3，5-二甲基苯胺两种L-脯氨酸衍生物作手性流动相添加剂，在氨丙基硅烷化硅胶柱上，用正己烷／异丙醇作流动相，对多种手性化合物进行了高效液相色谱拆分。实验结果表明：用N-十二酰基-L-脯氨酸作添加剂拆分的12种手性化合物，有8种手性化合物能得到拆分，具有较好的手性选择性。虽然用N-十二酰基-L-脯氨酸-3，5-二甲基苯胺作添加剂，手性选择性也较好，但由于含有苯环，紫外吸收增强，基线波动严重。     

Impacts of PEG-6000 pretreatment for barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) seeds on the effect of their mature embryo in vitro culture and primary investigation on its physiological mechanism

In this paper, we studied polyetheneglycol (PEG) pretreatment effect on the mature embryo culture in vitro by using barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) seeds. Meanwhile, we analyzed and assayed its mineral element and endogenous hormone level. The experimental results were as follows: (1) PEG-6000 imbibition could obviously slow down the water timecourse absorbed by barley seeds; (2) 10% PEG-6000 treatment of barley seeds for 3 h had a positive effect on germination in vitro and callus induction of the barley seed mature embryos; (3) 10% PEG-6000 treatment inhibited soluble leakage from the seeds; (4) N leakage was mainly from the endosperms, Mn2+ leakage from embryos; (5) PEG-6000 treatment changed greatly the hormone level (ABA, IAA, GAs), which influenced the percentage of plantlets from the mature embryo callus. The results can provide some clues to scientific sowing of crop seeds, pretreatment for the purpose of uniform seedlings, and the explant response quality in plant tissue culture.     

Oxidative entry to α-oxy N-acyl aminals and hemiaminals: efficient formation of 2-(N-acylaminal) substituted tetrahydropyrans

An efficient new method to synthesize α-oxy N-acyl aminals and hemiaminals in a single step from readily synthesized N-acyl enamines has been developed using PhI(OAc)₂ as the oxidant. The reaction conditions are very mild and the products are obtained in good yields (65-92%). A possible mechanistic pathway is laid out.     

Quinine/selectfluor combination induced asymmetric semipinacol rearrangement of allylic alcohols: an effective and enantioselective approach to alpha-quaternary beta-fluoro aldehydes

A quinine/Selectfluor combination inducing rearrangement reaction of allylic alcohols was discovered, which involved a moderate yield with good enantioselective construction of alpha-quaternary carbon center and beta-fluoro aldehyde under base condition.     

小波变换用于高效液相色谱的基线校正

本文根据小波变换将信号分频的性质，用Ｄａｕｂｅｃｈｉｅｓ小波成功地解决了高效液相色谱中基线校正问题，用于定量分析乳酸－稀土络合物体系中的十六个稀土元素，所得结果与仪器给出了结果进行比较，准确度提高，重现性良好。     

Electrospun nanofibers of poly（vinyl pyrrolidone）/Eu^3＋ and its photoluminescence properties

Nanofibers of poly（vinyl pyrrolidone） （PVP）/Eu^3＋ with diameters of 300-900 nm were prepared by using sol-gel processing and electrospinning technique. The products were characterized by scanning electron microscope （SEM）, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FT-IR）, and photoluminescence （PL）. The results indicated that, Eu^3＋ was successfully embedded in the onedimensional hybrid nanofibers, and the PVP/Eu^3＋ hybrid nanofibers had favorable photoluminescence properties.     

Self-assembly of a novel series of hetero-duplexes driven by donor-acceptor interaction

The self-assembly of a novel series of donor-acceptor interaction-driven artificial hetero-duplexes in organic media has been described. Four linear compounds 1a-1d, bearing two to five electron rich 1,5-dioxynaphthalene units connected by the tetra(ethylene glycol) linker, respectively, have been prepared and used as donors, while eight compounds 2a-2d, 13-16, bearing one to four electron deficient pyromellitic diimide, 1,4,5,8-naphthalene-tetracarboxydiimide, or perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxydiimide units, respectively, have been used as acceptors. The structure of the hetero-duplexes has been characterized by the ¹H NMR, UV-vis spectroscopy and vapor pressure osmometry. It is revealed that the binding stability of the duplexes vary greatly, depending on the length and structure of the monomers and also the solvent, and hetero-duplex 1d·2d displays a maximum association constant of ca. 1.0×10⁴ M⁻¹ in chloroform.     

2020 Roadmap on two-dimensional nanomaterials for environmental catalysis

This roadmap demonstrates a series of two-dimensional nanomaterials, such as graphene, black phosphorus, oxides, layered double hydroxides, chalcogenides, bismuth-based layered compounds, MXenes, metal organic frameworks, covalent organic frameworks, and others, for environmental catalysis.     

Synthesis and antimicrobial activity of a perfluoroalkyl-containing quaternary ammonium salt

A novel perfluoroalkyl-containing quaternary ammonium salt 5 was designed and synthesized. Consequently, the antimicrobial activities of compound 5 were measured with Escherichia coli 8099 as a Gram-negative strain and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 as a Gram-positive strain. Both the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC, the lowest concentration of compound 5 that inhibits microbial growth) values of quaternary ammonium salt 5 against Escherichia coli 8099 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 were 7.8 μg/ml.     

Physical properties and electrochemical performance of LiMn2O4 cathode materials prepared by a precipitation method

LiMn₂O₄ powder for lithium-ion batteries was prepared by a precipitation method, and the effects of calcination temperature on the physical properties and electrochemical performance of the samples were investigated by various methods. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that the lattice parameter (a) and the unit cell volume (v) decrease with the increasing calcination temperature, and the LiMn₂O₄ sample calcined at 750°C has smaller particle size and higher crystallinity than other samples. The results of the electrochemical experiments showed that the sample calcined at 750°C has larger peak currents, higher initial capacity, and better cycling capability, because of its lower charge-transfer resistance and larger diffusion coefficient of Li⁺ ions than those of other samples.
