A BODIPY-based fluorescent derivatization reagent with a hydrazine moiety, 1,3,5,7-tetramethyl-8-aminozide-difluoroboradiaza-s-indacene (BODIPY-aminozide), has been designed for aldehyde labeling. An increased fluorescence quantum yield was observed from 0.38 to 0.94 in acetonitrile when it reacted with aldehydes. Twelve aliphatic aldehydes from formaldehyde to lauraldehyde were used to evaluate the analytical potential of this reagent by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on C18 column with fluorescence detection. The derivatization reaction of BODIPY-aminozide with aldehydes proceeded at 60 °C for 30 min to form stable corresponding BODIPY hydrazone derivatives in the presence of phosphoric acid as a catalyst. The maximum excitation (495 nm) and emission (505 nm) wavelengths were almost the same for all the aldehyde derivatives. A baseline separation of all the 12 aliphatic aldehydes (except formaldehyde and acetaldehyde) is achieved in 20 min with acetonitrile–tetrahydrofuran (THF)–water as mobile phase. The detection limits were obtained in the range from 0.43 to 0.69 nM (signal-to-noise = 3), which are better than or comparable with those obtained by the existing methods based on aldehyde labeling. This reagent has been applied to the precolumn derivatization followed with HPLC determination of trace aliphatic aldehydes in human serum samples without complex pretreatment or enrichment method.  相似文献

Electrochemical properties of nicotine at the glassy carbon electrode modified with multi-walled carbon nanotubes were explored. Nicotine underwent irreversible reduction at the modified electrode, which was an adsorption-controlled process with two protons and two electrons. The reductive peak current of nicotine significantly increased at the modified electrode compared with the bare glassy carbon electrode, suggesting that the multi-walled carbon nanotubes can enhance the electron transfer rate. The current was proportional to the concentration of nicotine over two line ranges, and the detection limit was 9.3 µM (at S/N?=?3). For ten parallel detections of 0.62 mM nicotine, the relative standard deviation was 2.67%, suggesting that the film modified electrode had excellent reproducibility. The modified electrode was applied to the direct determination of nicotine in tobacco samples with good sensitivity, selectivity and stability.  相似文献

The reactions of Ln(NO3)3 with 1,4‐phenylenediacetic acid (H2PDA) under hydrothermal conditions produced two isostructural lanthanide coordination polymers with the empirical formula [Ln2(PDA)3(H2O)] · 2H2O [Ln = Nd ( 1 ), Sm ( 2 )]. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses revealed that both contain one‐dimensionalmetal carboxylato chains, which are further connected by the–CH2C6H4CH2– spacers of PDA2– ligands to yield a three‐dimensional metal‐organic framework. Magnetic susceptibilities of 1 and 2 were measured. The experimental χmT value of both compounds decreases continuously with decreasing temperature over the whole temperature range. The best least‐squares fit of the experimental data of 1 to a theoretical equation in the temperature range of 70–300 K gives the zero‐field splitting parameter Δ = 2.21 cm–1 and the magnetic interaction between the NdIII ions 2zJ′ = –1.97 cm–1, which indicates the presence of antiferromagnetic interaction between the NdIII ions. The experimental χmT value of 2 at 2 K is much smaller than the expected value for two free SmIII ions (6H5/2, g = 2/7) in the ground state, indicating that an antiferromagnetic interaction possibly exists between SmIII ions at low temperature. Fitting the magnetic data of 2 above 110 K based on an equation deduced from the SmIII ion in a monomeric system with free‐ion approximation gave a spin‐orbit coupling parameter λ = 192(2) cm–1  相似文献

NaLa(WO4)2:Eu microcrystals with shapes of four-arris shuttle, quadrangled star, and quadrangled dendrite were hydrothermally synthesized at 180 °C for 16 h. The concentration of the reactants and cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) influenced the morphologies of the products. As La(NO3)3, Na2WO4 and CTAB was 0.375, 1.0, and 1.0 mmol, respectively, four-arris shuttle was obtained. As the concentration of the reactants doubled and the amount of CTAB ranged from 0.4 to 2.0 mmol, quadrangled dendrite, quadrangled star and four-arris shuttle were prepared, respectively. Luminescence intensity measurement of the three morphologies of NaLa(WO4)2:Eu showed that quadrangled dendrite was the strongest and four-arris shuttle was the lowest.  相似文献

An on‐column preconcentration technique, pH‐mediated acid stacking, was used in this study to improve the sensitivity of MEKC‐UV analysis of IgG in human serum. Various parameters affecting pH‐mediated acid stacking were optimized systematically. To eliminate the matrix interferences of human serum and to combine the sample pretreatment procedure with the detection methodology, silica‐coated Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles modified with N‐(2‐aminoethyl)‐3‐aminopropyl‐trimethoxysilane were prepared and employed as solid phase extraction adsorbent to remove the abundant HSA from human serum. HSA was quantitatively removed by silica‐coated Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles modified with N‐(2‐aminoethyl)‐3‐aminopropyl‐trimethoxysilanes without retaining IgG at pH 9.3. Under the optimum conditions, the sensitivity of IgG was improved 40.3‐fold using a 100 s electrokinetic injection as compared with a 6 s hydrodynamic injection. The detection limit of IgG was found to be 0.1 mg/L, and the proposed method was successfully applied for the determination of IgG in human serum with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A series of superabsorbents of maleic anhydride (MAH)/acrylamide (AM) interpenetrated with poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) were prepared by aqueous polymerization, using N,N‐methylenebiacrylamide (NNMBA) as a crosslinker and ammonium persulfate (APS) as an initiator. The samples were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The effects of reaction variables on the water absorbency of the superabsorbents in distilled water and in 0.9 wt% NaCl solution were investigated. In addition, the effect of the PVA content on the swelling rate and sensitivity to saline of the superabsorbents were also investigated. The results showed that the absorbency, both in 0.9 wt% NaCl solution and in distilled water, first decreased and then increased with increasing PVA content. Moreover, the resultant superabsorbent had a higher absorption rate and it became less sensitive to saline by incorporating certain amount of PVA into the network of the hydrogel.
