Organoaluminium and -gallium compounds with N,N-diisopropylaminomethyl groups

The N,N-diisopropylaminomethyl aluminium compound [tBu2AlCH2NiPr2 x LiCl]2(1) and the gallium compounds Li[tBu2Ga(CH2NiPr2)2](2) and [tBu2GaCH2N(H)iPr2]Cl x tBu3Ga (3) were prepared by transmetallation of N,N-diisopropylaminomethyllithium LiCH2NiPr2 with di-tert-butylaluminium or -gallium chloride, and characterised by elemental analyses, multinuclear NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 27Al, 7Li) and IR spectroscopy. The crystal structures have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound aggregates as a centrosymmetric dimer, with two Al-C-N units connected by a frame of two LiCl molecules [Al-Cl 2.367(1), Cl-Li 2.339(4) and 2.374(4), Li-N 1.977(4)A]. Compound 2 is a lithium organogallate with two weak LiN bonds [1.965(7) and 1.937(7)A]. Compound 3 contains two different moieties: tBu3Ga and a [tBu2GaCH2N(H)iPr2]+ cation, which are bridged by a Cl- anion [Ga-Cl 2.445(1) and 2.579(1), HCl 2.362(3)A].     

A novel thin-layer amperometric detector based on chemically modified ring-disc electrode and its application for simultaneous measurements of nitric oxide and nitrite in rat brain combined with in vivo microdialysis

A novel thin-layer amperometric detector (TLAD) based on chemically modified ring-disc electrode and its application for simultaneous measurements of nitric oxide (NO) and nitrite (NO₂⁻) in rat brain were demonstrated in this work. The ring-disc electrode was simultaneously sensitive to nitric oxide (NO) and nitrite (NO₂⁻) by modifying its inner disc with electropolymerized film of cobalt(II) tetraaminophthalocyanine (polyCoTAPc)/Nafion and its outer ring with poly(vinylpyridine) (PVP), respectively. The ring-disc electrode was used to constitute a novel TLAD in radial flow cell for simultaneous measurements of NO and NO₂⁻ in rat brain combined with techniques of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and in vivo microdialysis. It was found that the basal concentration of NO in the caudate nucleus of rat brain is lower than 1.0×10⁻⁷ mol l⁻¹, NO₂⁻ concentration is 5.0×10⁻⁷ mol l⁻¹ and NO exists in brain maybe mainly in the form of its decomposed product.     

中药片仔癀,六味地黄丸中的微量铬,铅和镉石墨炉原子吸收法测定

本文采用ＧＦ－ＡＡＳ加平台技术，基体改进剂，测定了中药片仔癀，六味地黄丸中铬、铅和镉的含量，铬、铅和镉的线性范围分别为０－０．８ｎｇ／ｍＬ，０－５０ｎｇ／ｍＬ，０－５ｎｇ／ｍＬ，回收率分别为１０２－１０３％，９９－１０１％，９７．５－９８％，本方法简便快速、准确。     

AlCn及AlC+n(n=1-4)原子簇的理论研究

用ab initio能量解析梯度法，在UHF（RHF）／3－21G水平上优化得到AlCn，AlCn+（n＝1～3）的四十三个构型，在RHF（UHF）／3－21G水平上优化得到AlC4，AlC4+的二十六个构型，CISD能量．从能量角度所研究的AlCn，AlCn+（n=1～4）构型中，最稳定的构型均是线性构型，且Al全都在端点上，同文献报导的理论和实验结果相一致．此外，还研究了原子簇的离子化能，原子平均结合能以及原子簇的碎片化通道和碎片化能，并计算了上述最稳定构型的谐振动光谱常数．     

铜电极表面的电致发光法现场测试

采用电致发光等方法, 初步探讨了铜电极在0.25 mol·L~(-1)Na_2S_2O_8+1.25 mol·L~(-1)NaOH溶液中的电致发光特性及其相关性能, 给出了电致发光法现场测试铜电极表面性质的初步结果。

Structures, stabilities, and electronic and optical properties of c(58) fullerene isomers, ions, and metallofullerenes.

The 1205 classical isomers of fullerene C58, as well as one quasi-fullerene C58 isomer with a heptagonal ring (labeled as Cs:hept) have been investigated by the quantum chemical methods PM3, HCTH/3-21G, and B3LYP/6-31G(d). Isomer C3v:0001, which has the lowest number of adjacent pentagons, is predicted to be the most stable isomer, but the quasi-fullerene isomer Cs:hept is only 2.50 kcal mol-1 higher in energy. Systematic investigations of the electronic properties of C3v:0001 and Cs:hept find that the C3v:0001 isomer has high vertical electron affinity (3.19 eV). The nucleus-independent chemical shifts (NICS) value at the center of Cs:hept (-5.1 ppm) is more negative than that of C60 (-2.8 ppm). The NICS value at the center of the heptagonal ring in Cs:hept (-2.5 ppm) indicates weakly aromatic character. In contrast, the C58(6-) and C58(8-) ions of the C3v:0001 and Cs:hept geometries possess large aromatic character, with NICS values between -14.0 and -26.2 ppm. To clarify the thermodynamic stabilities of C58 isomers at different temperatures, the entropy contributions are taken into account on the basis of the Gibbs energy at the B3LYP/6-31G(d) level. The C3v:0001 isomer prevails in a wide range of temperatures, and the Cs:hept isomer is also an important component around 2800 K. The IR spectra of C58 isomers are simulated to facilitate experimental identification of different isomers. In addition, the electronic spectra and the second-order hyperpolarizabilities are predicted by ZINDO and the sum-over-states model. The static second-order hyperpolarizability of the C3v:0001 isomer is 96.5 % larger than that of C60, and its second-order hyperpolarizabilities at external field frequencies are at least nine times larger than those of C60.     

Diterpene derivative and chromone from Hypericum perforatum

A novel diterpene derivative, 5-methyl-5-(4,8,12-trimethyl-tridecyl)-dihydro-furan-2-one (1) and a new chromone, 5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-3-methyl-chromen-4-one (2), along with a known compound, phytol (3) have been isolated from the aerial parts of Hypericum perforatum. Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with published values.     

Isolation of a new member of the ecdysteroid glycoside family: 2-deoxy-20-hydroxyecdysone 22-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside

A new ecdysteroid glycoside, 2-deoxy-20-hydroxyecdysone 22-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, is isolated from the herb Silene italica ssp. nemoralis (Waldst. and Kit.) Nyman. The compound is purified with multistep chromatography, such as classical column chromatography on alumina and droplet countercurrent distribution. Also, it is expanded using twice low-pressure reversed-phase liquid column chromatography. Chromatography in four steps results in the purified 2-deoxy-20-hydroxyecdysone 22-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside. Two other ecdysteroids have also been separated, including the formerly identified integristerone A and 24(28)-dehydromakisterone A.
