Three novel gem‐dimethyl C‐glucosides were designed as sodium‐glucose co‐transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitors, and their syntheses started from D‐glucose and three 2‐substituted‐5‐bromobenzoic acids were achieved via a facile 8‐step protocol, with the key step being anhydrous aluminum chloride‐catalyzed Friedel‐Crafts alkylation of tertiary alcohols and phenetol. These three SGLT2 inhibitors were evaluated in vivo with a mice oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT), and the anti‐hyperglycemic activities of all these three compounds were comparable with that of the positive control Dapagliflozin.  相似文献

A new two-dimensional lead(II) coordination polymer, [Pb(Pro)2] n (1); Pro = l-proline amino acid, has been synthesized and characterized by IR and X-ray diffraction. Structural determination of compound 1 reveals the Pb(II) ion is four-coordinated, bonded to two nitrogen atoms and two oxygen atoms from the l-proline ligand. PbO nanoparticles were synthesized by calcination of compound 1 at 500, 550 and 600 °C under air atmosphere. The PbO nanostructure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The thermal stability of compound 1 was studied by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential thermal analysis (DTA). Increase in calcination temperature decreased particles size and also led to layer-shape nanostructures morphology.  相似文献

In this work, a temperature-controlled ionic liquid homogeneous liquid phase microextraction (TCIL-HLPME) technique followed by HPLC–UV was applied for preconcentration and determination of diclofenac (DIC) and mefenamic acid (MEF) in urine samples. 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C4mim][PF6]) was used as the optimum extraction solvent. Experimental design and response surface methodology was used for the optimization process. Firstly, a screening step, using Plackett-Burman design, was carried out to find the significant factors on the extraction efficiency and subsequently, a central composite design (CCD) was employed to find the optimum values of these parameters. The optimal conditions were obtained as extraction solvent volume of 105 µL; sample pH of 2.0, extraction time of 6 min, centrifugation time of 5 min; heating time of 2 min; heating temperature of 50 °C and 20 % of NaCl. Under optimized conditions, the preconcentration factors of 82 and 60 were obtained for DIC and MEF, respectively. The detections limits of 20 and 30 ng mL?1 were achieved for DIC and MEF by the proposed method, respectively. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 40–1000 and 60–1000 ng mL?1 for DIC and MEF, respectively. The intra- and inter-assay precisions (RSD %, n = 3) were in the range of 3.5–4.4 % and 7.3–8.0 % at the concentration level of 100 ng mL?1, respectively. The validated method was successfully applied for the analysis of target analytes in some urine samples.  相似文献

提出了一种频率特性测试方法,该方法以Multitone信号作为激励信号来减少测试时间,并运用相关分析法作为数据处理方法来提高测试精度;以某型舵机系统为例,对该方法进行了实验验证;实验结果表明,其测试精度与传统的测试方法基本相同,测试时间减少一半;该方法能有效减少噪声对测量结果的影响,适合频率特性的快速高精度测试。  相似文献

Based on a quasi-adiabatic model,the parameters of the bubble interior for a moving single bubble sonoluminescence (m-SBSL) in water are calculated.By using a complete form of the hydrodynamic force,a unique circular path for the m-SBSL in water is obtained.The effect of the ambient pressure variation on the bubble trajectory is also investigated.It is concluded that as the ambient pressure increases,the bubble moves along a circular path with a larger radius and all bubble parameters,such as gas pressure,interior temperature and light intensity,increase.A comparison is made between the parameters of the moving bubble in water and those in N-methylformamide.With fluid viscosity increasing,the circular path changes into an elliptic form and the light intensity increases.  相似文献

The effects of NaCl electrolyte concentrations in the range 6-48 mM on the galvanic deposition of ZnO in Zn(Ac)2 electrolyte is presented. Effects of thermal annealing on their structural and optical properties have been investigated by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) microanalysis and photoluminescence (PL). The results show that the increase of NaCl electrolyte concentration not only results in the increase of the diameter of ZnO nanorods, but also promotes the blue-shift of UV emission of ZnO. After air annealing at 200 °C, 300 °C and 400 °C, the UV emission is first enhanced then quenched sharply, while the visible emission tends to be enhanced tremendously. It can be ascribed to the new defect states introduced in ZnO after annealing at high temperature.  相似文献

A novel, mixed-valent copper(I)-copper(II) complex, {[bis(ethylene-diamine)copper(II)] bis[diiodocuprate(I)]} (1), has been prepared by electrochemical dissolution of a sacrificial copper anode in a solution of ethylenediamine (en), I2 and tetraethylammoniumperchlorate (TEAP) as supporting electrolyte in acetonitrile (AcN)and characterized by single-crystal X-ray structure determination. The crystal structure of the complex 1 shows that it consists of a CuI2 polymer formed from I- ligands bridging Cu(I) ions, with a nearly square planar geometry of bivalent Cu(II) atoms chelated by two ethylenediamine ligands. The results also show that direct electrosynthesis of the complex had high current efficiency, purity and electrolysis yield.  相似文献
