Pleurotus geesteranus is a promising source of bioactive compounds. However, knowledge of the antioxidant behaviors of P. geesteranus protein hydrolysates (PGPHs) is limited. In this study, PGPHs were prepared with papain, alcalase, flavourzyme, pepsin, and pancreatin, respectively. The antioxidant properties and cytoprotective effects against oxidative stress of PGPHs were investigated using different chemical assays and H2O2 damaged PC12 cells, respectively. The results showed that PGPHs exhibited superior antioxidant activity. Especially, hydrolysate generated by alcalase displayed the strongest 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity (91.62%), 2,2-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothia zoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical scavenging activity (90.53%), ferric reducing antioxidant power, and metal ion-chelating activity (82.16%). Analysis of amino acid composition revealed that this hydrolysate was rich in hydrophobic, negatively charged, and aromatic amino acids, contributing to its superior antioxidant properties. Additionally, alcalase hydrolysate showed cytoprotective effects on H2O2-induced oxidative stress in PC12 cells via diminishing intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation by stimulating antioxidant enzyme activities. Taken together, alcalase hydrolysate of P. geesteranus protein can be used as beneficial ingredients with antioxidant properties and protective effects against ROS-mediated oxidative stress. 相似文献
Molecular ferroelectrics have attracted considerable interests because of their easy and environmentally friendly processing, low acoustical impedance and mechanical flexibility. Herein, a molecular thermochromic ferroelectric, N,N′‐dimethyl‐1,4‐diazoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octonium tetrachlorocuprate(II) ([DMe‐DABCO]CuCl4) is reported, which shows both excellent ferroelectricity and intriguing thermochromism. [DMe‐DABCO]CuCl4 undergoes a ferroelectric phase transition from Pca21 to Pbcm at a significantly high Curie temperature of 413 K, accompanied by a color change from yellow to red that is due to the remarkable deformation of [CuCl4]2? tetrahedron, where the ferroelectric and paraelectric phases correspond to yellow and red, respectively. Combined with multiple bistable physical properties, [DMe‐DABCO]CuCl4 would be a promising candidate for next‐generation smart devices, and should inspire further exploration of multifunctional molecular ferroelectrics. 相似文献
In order to meet the requirements for making organic solar cells(OSCs) through solution printing techniques, great efforts have been devoted into developing high performance OSCs with relatively thicker active layers. In this work, a thick-film(300 nm)ternary OSC with a power conversion efficiency of 14.3% is fabricated by introducing phenyl-C_(61)-butyric-acid-methyl ester(PC_(61)BM) into a PBDB-T-2Cl:BTP-4 F host blend. The addition of PC_(61)BM is found to be helpful for improving the hole and electron mobilities, and thus facilitates charge transport as well as suppresses charge recombination in the active layers, leading to the improved efficiencies of OSCs with relatively thicker active layers. Our results demonstrate the feasibility of employing fullerene derivative PC_(61)BM to construct a high-efficiency thick-film ternary device, which would promote the development of thick layer ternary OSCs to fulfill the requirements of future roll to roll production. 相似文献
A strategy for Pd-catalyzed ortho-C–H silylation of biaryl aldehydes enabled by a transient auxiliary is presented. This protocol provides a broad range of ortho-silylated biaryl aldehydes in good yields. The silyl moiety can be further functionalized under mild conditions, rendering the silylated products useful building blocks. Notably, this protocol also offers an opportunity to establish a platform for expeditious synthesis of structurally diverse axially chiral biaryl aldehydes via sequential atroposelective interannular C–H functionalization/intraanular C–H silylation. 相似文献
Carbon is a simple, stable and popular element with many allotropes. The carbon family members include carbon dots, carbon nanotubes, carbon fibers, graphene, graphite, graphdiyne and hard carbon, etc. They can be divided into different dimensions, and their structures can be open and porous. Moreover, it is very interesting to dope them with other elements (metal or non‐metal) or hybridize them with other materials to form composites. The elemental and structural characteristics offer us to explore their applications in energy, environment, bioscience, medicine, electronics and others. Among them, energy storage and conversion are extremely attractive, as advances in this area may improve our life quality and environment. Some energy devices will be included herein, such as lithium‐ion batteries, lithium sulfur batteries, sodium‐ion batteries, potassium‐ion batteries, dual ion batteries, electrochemical capacitors, and others. Additionally, carbon‐based electrocatalysts are also studied in hydrogen evolution reaction and carbon dioxide reduction reaction. However, there are still many challenges in the design and preparation of electrode and electrocatalytic materials. The research related to carbon materials for energy storage and conversion is extremely active, and this has motivated us to contribute with a roadmap on ‘Carbon Materials in Energy Storage and Conversion’. 相似文献
In this study, a novel quad-stable energy harvester (QEH) is developed, in which its coordinates of equilibrium points can be user-defined like programming. This programmable feature distinguishes the proposed QEH from all reported magnet-type or buckling-type vibration energy harvesters. It has the advantage that it is easy to develop a high-performance QEH by appropriately programming these coordinate points and customizing a personalized QEH for different vibration environments. The dynamic model is established by the Ritz method and the Lagrange equation. The analytical steady periodic response is obtained by the average method. When the excitation acceleration is 2 m/s2, the peak power is 575 μW at 8.5 Hz. Also, the influence of the coordinate arrangement of the equilibrium points on the energy harvesting performance is studied. A formula that can quickly determine the equilibrium point coordinates is given, and the QEH designed according to this formula has superior performance. At last, the performance of the designed QEH is compared with other reported vibration energy harvesters. It shows that the QEH has a high average output power (287 μW), high normalized power density (59.8 μW/cm3/g2), and wide operating frequency range (8.4 Hz) among these harvesters.
To date,lithium-ion batteries are becoming increasingly significant in the application of portable devices and electrical vehicles, and revolutionary progress in theoretical research and industrial application has been achieved. However, the commercial polyolefin separators with unsatisfying electrolytes affinity and poor thermal stability have extremely restricted the further application of lithium-ion batteries, especially in the high-temperature fields. In this work, magnetron sputtering deposition technique is employed to modify the commercial polyimide separator by coating silicon nitride on both sides.Magnetron sputtering deposition modified polyimide(MSD-PI)composite separator shows high thermal stability and ionic conductivity.More importantly, compared with the cells using Celgard separator, the cells with MSD-PI separator exhibit superior electrochemical performance, especially long-term cycle performance under high temperature environment, owing to the high thermal conductivity of surface Si3 N4 particles.Hence,lithium-ion batteries with MSD-PI separator are capable of improving thermal safety and capacity retention, which demonstrates that magnetron sputtering deposition technique could be regarded as a promising strategy to develop advanced organic/inorganic composite separators for high-temperature lithium-ion batteries. 相似文献
