In this paper, a proportion-based robust optimization approach is developed to deal with uncertain combinatorial optimization problems. This approach assumes that a certain proportion of uncertain coefficients in each solution are allowed to change and optimizes a deterministic model so as to achieve a trade-off between optimality and feasibility when the coefficients change. We apply this approach on team orienteering problem with interval data (TOPID), a variant of vehicle routing problem, which has not yet been studied before. A branch and price algorithm is proposed to solve the robust counterpart by using two novel dominance relations. Finally, numerical study is performed. The results show the usefulness of the proposed robust optimization approach and the effectiveness of our algorithm. 相似文献

A capillary electrophoresis method using carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin as the chiral selector and mixture of methanol and ethanol as the organic additive was successfully developed for the simultaneous enantioseparation and determination of six beta-blockers, namely, carteolol, atenolol, sotalol, metoprolol, esmolol and propranolol in this paper. The most suitable running buffer for enantioseparation was found to be the solution of 20 mmol/L NaH(2)PO(4)-Na(2)HOP(4) (pH 5.5) containing 1.5% w/v carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin, 5% v/v methanol and 5% v/v ethanol. Furthermore, field-amplified sample injection as an on-line sample stacking method was developed in order to increase the detection sensitivity. The experimental conditions for both simultaneous enantioseparation and the field-amplified sample injection method had been investigated in detail. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limits (defined as S/N=3) of this method were 0.01, 0.05, 0.05, 0.05, 0.05 and 0.5 microg /mL for (+/-) carteolol, (+/-) atenolol, (+/-) sotalol, (+/-) metoprolol, (+/-) esmolol and (+/-) propranolol, respectively, which were much lower than those of the conventional methods. The enhancement factors were greatly improved by 25-fold for the enantiomers of the beta-blockers except five-fold for (+/-) propranolol. Flue gas desulfurization is crucial for both human health and ecological environments. However, developing efficient SO2 adsorbents that can break the trade-off between adsorption capacity and selectivity is still challenging. In this work, a new type of fluorinated anion-pillared metal–organic frameworks (APMOFs) with a pillar-cage structure is fabricated through pillar-embedding into a highly porous and robust framework. This type of APMOFs comprises smaller tetrahedral cages and larger icosahedral cages interconnected by embedded [NbOF5]2− and [TaOF5]2− anions acting as pillars. The APMOFs exhibits high porosity and density of fluorinated anions, ensuring exceptional SO2 adsorption capacity and ultrahigh selectivity for SO2/CO2 and SO2/N2 gas mixtures. Furthermore, these two structures demonstrate excellent stability towards water, acid/alkali, and SO2 adsorption. Cycle dynamic breakthrough experiments confirm the excellent separation performance of SO2/CO2 gas mixtures and their cyclic stability. SO2-loaded single-crystal X-ray diffraction, Grand canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) simulations combined with density functional theory (DFT) calculations reveal the preferred adsorption domains for SO2 molecules. The multiple-site host–guest and guest-guest interactions facilitate selective recognition and dense packing of SO2 in this hybrid porous material. 采用氯化铵-氨水体系溶解试样,干过滤后,向移取的滤液中加入氯化钡和硫酸共沉淀铅离子,过滤分离硫酸铅沉淀,向滤液中加人抗坏血酸、氟化钾、硫代硫酸钠等掩蔽剂掩蔽少量干扰元素。在pH=5~6的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,以二甲酚橙为指示剂,用EDTA标准滴定溶液滴定测得结果为氧化锌、水溶性锌和镉合量,扣除由原子吸收光谱法测得的水溶性锌量和镉量,即为氧化锌量。对总氨浓度、氯化铵-氨水浓度比、溶液加入量、搅拌时间、共存离子干扰、精密度等进行了实验,建立了EDTA滴定法测定含锌物料中氧化锌物相的分析方法。实验证明,氧化锌含量在24%~83%时,方法精密度(RSD)为0.25%~0.54%,加标回收率在99%~104%,完全满足含锌物料中氧化锌的测定要求。 相似文献

环肽分子通过主链骨架中C=O和N-H形成分子间网络氢键,以β-片层反平行方式堆积可形成中空管状结构。通过控制环肽的结构和尺寸,或修饰具有不同功能的基团,可获得多种结构和性能的肽纳米管。本文综述了环肽分子自组装成纳米管的应用研究成果。首先介绍了带合适疏水性侧链的环肽纳米管在模拟生物跨膜离子通道方面的实验和理论研究进展,重点论及环肽纳米管的结构、极性和侧链的疏水性等对离子通道传输行为的影响以及分子动力学(MD)模拟研究水通道的进展。进而介绍了环肽纳米管用作生物传感器模板,与功能性(如电性、光学性和磁性)纳米材料合成制备生物传感器的实验研究成果,接着介绍了环肽纳米管作为药物或药物载体潜在的应用前景,特别是在某些抗菌和抗感染药物开发设计中的应用以及环肽在不同极性的环境中自组装过程微观机制的MD模拟研究,最后介绍了环肽纳米管作为模板,制备磁性、电性纳米材料方面的实验和理论研究进展。 相似文献
