A facile synthesis of 2-substituted-2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinazolinones in 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol

2-Substituted-2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinazolinones were obtained in high yields by condensation of anthranilamide with aryl, alkyl or heteroaryl aldehydes or ketones in the refluxing 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol without any catalyst.

1-酰基-4-芳基氨基硫脲类化合物在碱性条件下环化为具有广泛生物活性的3-取代基-4-芳基-1,2,4-三唑啉-5-硫酮的反应报道甚多,但1,4-位都含羰基的酰氨基硫脲在碱性条件下环化反应迄今报道较少。我们曾研究了1-[5-(α-萘)-2H-四唑-2-乙酰基]-4-芳酰基氨基硫脲和1-(α-萘乙酰基)-4-芳酰基氨基硫脲在碱催化下环化为3-取代基-4-芳酰基-1,2,4-三唑啉-5-硫酮的反应,它们在低浓度下均有一定的生物活性。本文研究了1-苯乙酰基-4-芳酰基氨基硫脲1_(a～m)在1mol/L K_2CO_3溶液催化下的环化反应,得到环化产物3-苄基-4-芳酰基-1,2,     

废弃生物质在超临界水中转化制氢过程的研究

以废弃生物质转化为富氢气体为目的，使用间歇式超临界水反应器，在反应温度773 K～923 K、压力15.5 MPa～34.5 MPa停留时间1 min～30 min和Ca/C摩尔比0～0.56范围内，对木屑在超临界水条件下生成的气体组成及产率进行了考察。实验表明，Ca/C摩尔比和温度对木屑转化的影响较大。当Ca/C摩尔比为0.48时，碳的气体转化率和氢气产率提高了近一倍。温度从773 K提高到923 K，碳的气体转化率由47％提高到76％，氢气产率由4.5 mmol/g上升到6.9 mmol/g。与温度相比，停留时间和压力的影响不大。     

The Synthesis of Third—order Optical Nonlinear Organic Polyheterocyclic Materials

Synthesis of the third-order nonlinear materials:bis (1,4-dihydroxynaphthalene) tetrathiafulvalene and bis (1,4-dialkoxylnaphthalene) tetrathiafulvalene has been achieved in four steps, starting from 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthaquinone. The materials exhibit larger third-order nonlinear optical susceptibilities χ.     

衍生荧光法测定盐酸西布曲明

通过衍生反应，建立了用荧光光度法测定盐酸西布曲明的新方法。并对衍生体系、反应条件、产物稳定性等进行了研究。实验确定丙二酸和乙酸酐混合试剂与盐酸西布曲明在75℃的水浴中加热15min，所得产物发射强荧光，最大激发波长λcx=456nm，最大发射波长λem=496nm。在上述波长下，荧光强度与盐酸西布曲明的质量浓度在0．11～9．5μg／mL范围内呈良好的线性关系，检出限为13．4ng／mL，标准加入回收率在95．4％～104．2％。用于曲美胶囊中盐酸西布曲明的测定。     

SDS/n－C5H11OH/n－C7H16/H2O体系中W/O－BI微乳液界面电性质

In the system of SDS/n-C5H11OH/n-C7H16/H2O with the weight ratio of SDS/n-C5H11OH/H2O system at5.0/47.5/47.5, the upper phase of the system was W/O microemulsion, and the lower phase was the bicontinuous microemulsion. When the n-heptane content was less than 1%, with the increase of the n-heptane content, the capacitance (Co, Cod) in the upper phase (W/O) dropped, the capacitance (CB1, CBld) in the lower phase (BI) raised. At the same time, the W/O-BI inteffacial potential (ΔE), capacitance (Ci), and charge-transfer current (ict) decreased.After the n-heptane content reached 1%, with the increase of the n-heptane content, ΔE, Ci and ict demonstrated no significant change.     

The first indium-organic two-dimensional layer network with rhombus grids

The indium(III)-organic compound [In(HBtc)₂(4,4′-bpy)](4,4′-Hbpy)(H₂O)_0.5 (Btc=1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate, 4,4′-bpy=4,4′-bipyridine) has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition and characterized by IR, fluorescent spectroscopy, TGA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c, a=17.0884(2) Å, b=12.28390(10) Å, c=17.9456(4) Å, β=104.1920(10)°, V=3652.03(10) Å³, Z=4, R₁=0.0572 and wR₂=0.1116 [I>2σ(I)]. All the indium atoms in the compound are hepta-coordinated and link 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate forming a 2-D layer structure with rhombus grids.     

Polarographic determination of Ce(III) and Tm(III) using rare earth-DBF-chlorophosphonazo complex

The electrochemical behaviour of the DBF—chlorophosphonazo (DBF—CPA)—rare earth (RE) complex has been investigated in this paper. A highly sensitive polarographic adsorption wave was found in the RE(III)—DBF—CPA system and a new method for determination of trace total RE(III) has been established. The limit of detection was 1.8 × 10⁻⁸M. The results of determination of the total RE(III) content in Chinese standard reference materials of cast-iron and alloy steel were in good agreement with the certified values. The polarographic adsorptive waves of Ce(III) and Tm(III)—DBF—CPA overlap seriously. In order to improve the selectivity of determination, a non-linear regression model was employed to fit the peak height of the polarographic wave and the concentrations of Ce(III) and Tm(III). The predictive accuracy of this model for simulant mixtures was satisfied.     

Tocopherols and Triterpenoids from Sida acuta

A new tocopherol derivative, 7_a‐methoxy‐α‐tocopherol ( 1 ), and a new taraxastane triterpene, taraxast‐1,20(30)‐dien‐3‐one ( 5 ), together with four known compounds, β‐tocopherol ( 2 ), α‐tocopherol ( 3 ), α‐tocospiro B ( 4 ) and taraxasterone ( 6 ) were isolated from the whole plant of Sida acuta. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis including MS, 1D and 2D‐NMR spectroscopy. Among those compounds, compounds 1 , 2 , and 3 showed significant antioxidant effect (EC₅₀ = 86.9, 68.2, and 70.9 μM, respectively) in the DPPH radicals scavenging activity assay.
