A well-ordered and spherical LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cathode material was successfully synthesized from Ni and Mn concentration-gradient precursors via co-precipitation. The crystal structure, morphology and electrochemical properties of LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, and charge-discharge tests. The material delivered an initial discharge capacity of 174.3 mAh/g at 180 mA/g (1 C rate) between 2.8 and 4.3 V and more than 93.1% of that was retained after 100 cycles. A pyridoxal-based chemosensor was synthesized by reacting hydrazine hydrate and pyridoxal hydrochloride in ethanol and characterized by NMR and ESI-MS.The optical properties of the compound were investigated in a methanol:HEPES solution.The compound displayed selectivity for Cu2+,as evidenced by a colorless to yellow color change,which was characterized using UV–vis spectroscopy.The fluorescence of the compound can be quenched only by Cu2+,accompanying by a color change from blue to colorless.Furthermore,it can be used in bioimaging. 相似文献

Efficient catalytic oxidation of ethylbenzene to acetophenone was realized using the catalytic system of cobalt zeolitic imidazolate framework ZIF-67/N-hydroxyphthalimide (NHPI) under mild conditions. 95.2% conversion of ethylbenzene with 90.3% selectivity to acetophenone could be obtained at 373 K under 0.3 MPa 02 for 9 h. The results show that there exists synergetic effect between ZIF-67 and NHPI. 1-Phenylethyl hydroperoxide (PEHP) was generated via a radical process involving the hydrogen abstraction from ethylbenzene by phthalimide N-oxyl, and subsequently effectively decomposed to acetophenone by ZIF-67. 相似文献

通过制作多氯萘(PCNs)在商品多层硅胶柱上的流出曲线、优化气相色谱质谱参数和利用三重四级杆质谱的多重反应监测模式,应用氘代一氯萘#2作为一氯和二氯代萘的定量内标,建立了基于DB-5MS和Rt-βDEXcst两根色谱柱的同位素稀释测定土壤和沉积物中多氯萘的分析方法,实现了两种高毒性六氯代萘#66和#67的基线分离。18种多氯萘同类物校正曲线在1.0~240μg/L浓度范围的相对响应因子为0.70~5.45,相对标准偏差小于18.5%。方法检出限在0.014~0.858μg/L之间,定量限在0.048~2.862μg/L之间。30 m的Rt-βDEXcst色谱柱方法效果优于60 m的DB-5MS色谱柱,但前者耗时较长。实际样品分析表明,7种PCNs回收率标记物,除一氯代萘约为6%外,其余均大于28%。测试土壤和沉积物样品中以低氯代萘为主。 相似文献

A novel phenylacetylene derivative containing urea groups was synthesized and polymerized with a Rh catalyst to give the corresponding polymer, poly(1) with moderate number-average molecular weights. The poly(1) was soluble in toluene, CHCI3, CH2C12, THF, DMF, and DMSO, but insoluble in hexane, diethyl ether and MeOH. The specific rotation and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopic studies revealed that poly(1) took predominantly one-handed helical structures. The presence of intramolecular hydrogen bonding was confirmed by liquid-state IR spectroscopy. The helicity of poly(1) could be tuned by temperature and anion. The helical conformation of the polymer was stable against Br but susceptible to F. 相似文献

A new 2D barium-organic framework, [Ba2(Hbidc)2]n(1, Hbidc = 1H-benzimidazole-5,6-dicarboxylate), has been solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TGA, powder X-ray diffraction, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 6.8785(14), b = 9.4558(19), c = 14.641(3) , α = 86.22(3), β = 82.27(3), γ = 88.40(3)°, V = 941.4(3) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 682.96, Dc = 2.409 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 4.217 mm-1, F(000) = 640, the final R = 0.0587 and wR = 0.1619 for 3030 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Structural determination reveals that 1 exhibits an interesting 2D layer structure constructed by carboxylate groups of Hbidc ligands and shows good thermal stability(up to 400 ℃). Solid-state 1 emits intense indigotin photoluminescence with fluorescence lifetime of 62.13(408 nm) at room temperature. The H3bidc ligand and its barium complex have been screened for antibacterial activity against several bacteria strains, and the results are compared with the activity of penicillin. 相似文献

Efficient expression of target protein is one of strategies for gene therapy or vaccine design. Many studies showed that codon optimization could enhance the expression of target proteins. In this paper, a target sequence of about 1.26 kb encoding the major capsid protein VP6 of grass carp reovirus (GCRV) and an optimized counterpart were synthesized and inserted into vectors for expressing VP6. The final constructs (named as pcDV6G and pcDV6YG) were transfected in Ctenopharyngodon idellus kidney (CIK) cells. The fluorescence analysis and the Western blot results showed that the gene fragment was transfected and expressed in CIK cells successfully. Although the qRT-PCR results showed no difference at the messenger RNA (mRNA) levels between the different versions of vp6 in the indicated stages, the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) results showed that the protein level of VP6 expressed by pcDV6YG was higher than that by pcDV6G in the indicated hours. Taken together, these results suggest that the enhanced expression of GCRV VP6 in CIK cells by relative sequence optimization may be a good choice for making DNA vaccine against GCRV. 相似文献
