Various cycloalkanes and straight‐chain alkanes were efficiently brominated with an aqueous HBr‐H2O2 system. This oxidative brominating process was promoted by catalysis and irradiation with light. The cycloalkanes were converted to the corresponding bromo‐cycloalkanes in moderate yields and the straight‐chain alkanes produced dominantly secondary bromides. This simple but effective bromination method of alkanes is characterized by high atom efficiency, inexpensive reagents and the absence of organic waste, which make it a good alternative to the existing method for C? Chiral cinchona-based primary amine A was found to catalyze the asymmetric direct conjugate addition of prochiral 3-oxindoles with enones to afford 3,3-disubstituted oxindoles in good yields, moderate to high diastereoselectivities, and excellent enantioselectivities. 相似文献
Monodisperse polydivinylbenzene (PDVB) microspheres with clean surface were prepared by precipitation polymerization without stabilizer in supercritical carbon dioxide using acetone as cosolvent. Effects of the cosolvent, reaction time and pressure, and monomer concentration on the polymerization were studied. It was found that the conversions in all polymerization systems were above 95%. Examination by scanning electron microscopy showed that reaction pressure, divinylbenzene concentration, and level of the cosolvent had pronounced effects on the morphology of the microspheres. When 6?~?7 ml of acetone was used in a reactor of 50 ml, monodisperse PDVB microspheres of around 2.1 μm in diameter were obtained. Thermal gravimetrical analysis showed the products were of good thermostability up to about 400 °C. 相似文献

Fluorinated stationary phases provide unique separation effect on basic compounds, due to the fluorine atoms, and pentafluorophenyl stationary phases (PFPs) are the most widely used. Considering that some fluoroalkyls have higher fluorine contents than PFPs do, it is speculated that fluoroalkyl stationary phases should have potential new applications. Herein, we synthesized a silica-based stationary phase bonding perfluoroctyl (FC8) proved by characterization through elemental analysis and solid-state 13C cross-polarization/magic-anglespinning nuclear magnetic resonance. The chromatographic behavior of the stationary phase was evaluated with test compounds. In addition, to further study the applicability of FC8 materials, Corydalis decumbens (Thunb.) Pers. fraction, considered as a challenging medicine on reversed-phase chromatography columns, was chosen as a test sample. Results demonstrated that the FC8 stationary phase had better and more satisfactory separation performance than the PFP stationary phase on basic compounds.
