Nucleation and growth during bulk electrodeposition is studied using kinetic Monte Carlo (KMC) simulations. Ion transport in solution is modeled using Brownian dynamics, and the kinetics of nucleation and growth are dependent on the probabilities of metal-on-substrate and metal-on-metal deposition. Using this approach, we make no assumptions about the nucleation rate, island density, or island distribution. The influence of the attachment probabilities and concentration on the time-dependent island density and current transients is reported. Various models have been assessed by recovering the nucleation rate and island density from the current-time transients.  相似文献

The reactions of CpRu(dppf)Cl (1) with the sulfur-containing ligands, thiophenol HSPh, 2-mercaptopyridine C5H4N(SH), thiourea SC(NH2)2, vinylene trithiocarbonate SCS(CH)2S and ethylene trithiocarbonate SCS(CH2)2S, yielded chloro-substituted derivatives, viz. the mono-ruthenium(II) complexes CpRu(dppf)(SPh) (2), [CpRu(dppf)(SC5H4NH)]BPh4 (3)BPh4, [CpRu(dppf)(SC(NH2)2]PF6 (4)PF6, [CpRu(dppf)(SCS(CH)2S)]Cl (5)Cl and [CpRu(dppf)(SCS(CH2)2S)]Cl (6)Cl, respectively. Treatment of 1 with AuCl(SMe2) in the presence of NH4PF6 gave [(CpRu(dppf)(SMe2)]PF6 (7)PF6. The reaction of 1 or 6 with SnCl2 resulted in cleavage of chloro and dithiocarbonate ligands, respectively, to give CpRu(dppf)SnCl3 (8). All complexes were spectroscopically characterized and the structures of 2 and cationic complexes 4-7 were determined by single-crystal diffraction analyses.  相似文献

The formation of cyclic sulfates (4) from syn,syn-3-[N-(benzyloxycarbonyl)amino] 1,2-diols provides a common intermediate to access other diastereomers via two inversion procedures. Thermolysis of the cyclic sulfates in acetonitrile normally leads to inversion of the distal hydroxyl group to form a 1,3-oxazin-2-one (6). Catalytic hydrogenation of the cyclic sulfates under basic conditions (NEt(3)) results in inversion at the proximal hydroxyl group to form a 1,3-oxazolidin-2-one (5).  相似文献

A new 1,3,4-oxadiazole-contanining rhenium(I) complex,with the formula [Re(CO)_3(Bphen)(PTOP)],(Bphen=bathophe- nardine,PTOP=4-(5-p-tolyl-1,3,4-oxadiazd-2-yl)pyridine),is synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,~1H NMR, UV-vis and luminescence spectroscopy.The double-layer electroluminescence devices based on the Re(I) complex have been fabricated by spin-coating technique.The turn-on voltage,maximum efficiency,and brightness for green emission obtained from the devices are 9V,2.1cd/A and 165cd/m~2,respectively.  相似文献

根据化学键理论与拓扑原理,设计了团簇NinZrn(n=3-5)的可能几何构型,并用从头算方法进行构型优化,结果表明,由NiZr组成的团簇原子间的Zr-Zr和Zr-Ni键明显较强,而Ni-Ni的成键较弱,并发与NinZrn(n=3-5)团簇电子性质与有机烯烃分子等瓣相似,原子之间的成键按照强弱相间的规则分布。  相似文献

A rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) assay was developed and validated to quantify a novel antineoplastic agent, PM00104, in mouse, rat, dog, and human plasma. The method was validated to demonstrate the specificity, limit of quantification (LOQ), accuracy, and precision of measurements. The calibration range for PM00104 was established using PM00104 standards from 0.01-5.0 ng/mL in blank plasma. The selected reaction monitoring (SRM), based on the m/z 692.2 --> 218.2 transition, was specific for PM00104, and that based on the m/z 697.2 --> 218.2 transition was specific for PM00104 ((13)C(2),(2)H(3)) (the internal standard, IS); no endogenous materials interfered with the analysis of PM00104 and IS from blank plasma. The assay was linear over the concentration range 0.01-5.0 ng/mL. The correlation coefficients for the calibration curves ranged from 0.9981-0.9999. The mean intra-day and inter-day accuracies for all calibration standards (n = 8) ranged from 97-105% (< or =5% bias) in human plasma, and the mean inter-day precision for all calibration standards was less than 8.5%. The mean intra- and inter-day assay accuracy for all quality control (QC) replicates in human plasma (n = 9), determined at each QC level throughout the validated runs, ranged from 96-112% (< or =12% bias) and from 102-105% (< or =5% bias), respectively. The mean intra- and inter-day assay precision was less than 15.0 and 11.8% for all QC levels, respectively. For the QC samples prepared in animal species plasma, the %CV values of the assays ranged from 1.8-8.8% in mouse plasma, from 3.7-13.8% in rat plasma, and from 3.0-7.2% in dog plasma. The assay accuracies ranged from 92-102% (< or =8% bias) for all QC levels prepared in mouse plasma; ranged from 93-106% (< or =7% bias) in rat plasma; and ranged from 95-114% (< or =14% bias) in dog plasma. The assay has been used to support preclinical pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic studies and is currently used to measure PM00104 plasma concentrations to support clinical trials.  相似文献

为加快张量积型Said-Ball曲面渐近迭代逼近法的收敛速度,探讨了张量积型Said-Ball曲面渐近迭代逼近法的预处理技术。首先利用对角补偿约化技术构造了预处理子,然后结合矩阵Kronecker积性质,采取预处理渐近迭代逼近法求解张量积型Said-Ball曲面。为进一步降低计算量并提高算法的稳定性,利用广义极小残差法求解预处理方程,得到预处理渐近迭代逼近法的非精确求解方法。分析了预处理渐近迭代逼近法及非精确求解方法的收敛性。最后用数值实例说明预处理子能大大减小迭代矩阵的谱半径,令预处理技术及其非精确求解方法的计算效率明显提高。此外,由于对角补偿预处理子能改善配置矩阵的谱分布,因此也可用于对广义极小残差法的预处理,以改善其收敛性。  相似文献
