助剂P对Ni-Al-O催化剂乙烷氧化脱氢性能的影响

通过一锅水热法制备了一系列磷改性Ni-Al-O催化剂(P_x-Ni-Al-O),以O₂为氧化剂,评价了系列催化剂的乙烷氧化脱氢制乙烯性能。结果表明,助剂P的掺入不仅可以减小NiO晶粒的尺寸,还影响了Ni和Al之间的相互作用。在350～475℃的温度范围内,P改性Ni-Al-O催化剂上乙烯选择性均高于未改性的催化剂,且适量P的引入还可以提高乙烷转化率。当反应温度为475℃时,P_0.15-Ni-Al-O催化剂上乙烯选择性和收率分别为61.4%和31.9%。此外,P改性后的催化剂表现出较强的抗积碳性能,连续反应22 h不失活。     

High Power- and Energy-Density Supercapacitors through the Chlorine Respiration Mechanism

Supercapacitor represents an important electrical energy storage technology with high-power performance and superior cyclability. However, currently commercialized supercapacitors still suffer limited energy densities. Here we report an unprecedentedly respiring supercapacitor with chlorine gas iteratively re-inspires in porous carbon materials, that improves the energy density by orders of magnitude. Both electrochemical results and theoretical calculations show that porous carbon with pore size around 3 nm delivers the best chlorine evolution and adsorption performance. The respiring supercapacitor with multi-wall carbon nanotube as the cathode and NaTi₂(PO₄)₃ as the anode can store specific energy of 33 Wh kg⁻¹ with negligible capacity loss over 30 000 cycles. The energy density can be further improved to 53 Wh kg⁻¹ by replacing NaTi₂(PO₄)₃ with zinc anode. Furthermore, thanks to the extraordinary reaction kinetics of chlorine gas, this respiring supercapacitor performs an extremely high-power density of 50 000 W kg⁻¹.     

电热蒸发-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ETV-ICP-MS)技术中气溶胶传输效率研究进展

蒸发效率和传输效率是影响电热蒸发-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ETV-ICP-MS)技术分析性能的关键因素。综述有关气溶胶传输效率的研究进展,在归纳常用的传输系统评价方法的基础上,重点对影响气溶胶传输效率的电热蒸发装置的改进、蒸发过程的探讨、基体改进剂的选择等研究现状进行评述。有关ETV蒸发过程中基体干扰的作用机制仍有待进一步系统研究,这对于校正策略的优化、新型校正技术的创新与集成具有重要的理论指导意义,可推动ETV-ICP-MS在地质、环境、生物等学科的更广泛应用。     

Citronellol-Based Long-Lasting Antibacterial Cotton Fabrics without Bacterial Resistance

Antibacterial cotton helps prevent the growth and spread of harmful microorganisms, reduces the risk of infection, and has a prolonged service life by reducing bacterial degradation. However, most antibacterial agents used are toxic to humans and the environment. Citronellol-poly(N,N-dimethyl ethyl methacrylate) (CD), a highly effective antibacterial polymer, is synthesized from natural herbal essential oils (EOs). CD exhibited efficient, rapid bactericidal activity against Gram-positive, Gram-negative, and drug-resistant bacteria. Citronellol's environmental benignity makes CDs less hemolytic. Notably, negligible drug resistance developed after 15 bacterial subcultures. The CD-treated cotton fabric displayed better antibacterial performance than AAA-grade antibacterial fabric, even after repeated washing. This study extends the practical application of EOs to antibacterial surfaces and fabrics, which is promising for use in personal care products and medical settings.     

时间分辨激光荧光光谱分析方法研究——Ⅰ.铽、镝配合物共存时的分辨原理实验

本文对镝存在时铽的测定,进行了时间分辨激光荧光光谱分析方法的原理性实验。选择Tb、Dy-Sal乙醇溶液体系,测量了Tb~(3+)离子浓度范围为0.01～10μg/ml。Dy~(3+)离子浓度为0.1～100μg/ml范围内的荧光寿命。并得到了此范围内配合物离子浓度与荧光强度具有线性关系的结果。     

Gas chromatographic determination of aldicarb and its metabolites in urine

A method is described for the determination of aldicarb and its metabolites (the sulphoxide and sulphone) in urine by gas chromatography with flame photometric detection (GC-FPD). The sample was concentrated with a column containing activated charcoal and Florisil, and then eluted with dichloromethane-acetone (1:1, v/v). The aldicarb and aldicarb sulphoxide in the eluate solution were oxidized to aldicarb sulphone and the total sulphone concentration was determined by GC-FPD after extraction with dichloromethane and clean-up with an activated charcoal column. The detection limit was 0.0024 mg/l. The mean recoveries from spiked urine in the range 0.04-0.12 mg/l were 90.9%, 86.6%, 92.6% for aldicarb, aldicarb sulphoxide and aldicarb sulphone, respectively.

Discussion of the protein characterization techniques used in the identification of membrane protein targets corresponding to tumor cell aptamers

Aptamer is an oligonucleotide chain with specific binding ability to protein and other targets,which is widely used in ma ny fields.Because of its ability to screen the premise of unknown targets,it can be used to discover some novel tumor markers,i.e.,membrane proteins that are specifically highly expressed on the surface of tumor cells.Tumor markers can be used in many fields such as early diagnosis and treatment,and a new type of tumor marker proved to be effective can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of such tumors.However,further characterization of newly acquired membrane proteins is essential for their clinical use as tumor markers.This review first briefly introduced the process of obtaining novel tumor markers from nucleic acid aptamers.Next,the commonly used protein characterization methods could be used as a technical means to identify membrane protein targets corresponding to tumor cell aptamers,to clarify the principles,advantages and disadvantages of various means,and to analyze the most suitable situations for various experimental methods.Finally,the outlook was made and the characterization methods that should be used in such experiments were summarized.
