Phenyl and Phenylethyl Glycosides from Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora

Three new phenyl glycosides, scrophenoside A ( 1 ), B ( 2 ), and C ( 3 ), and two new phenylethyl glycosides, scroside D ( 4 ) and scroside E ( 5 ), were isolated from the stem of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora Pennell (Scrophularlaceae), besides five known compounds. On the basis of spectroscopic evidence, the structures of the new compounds were elucidated as 4‐acetyl‐2‐methoxyphenyl 6‐O‐[4‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)vanilloyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 1 ), 4‐acetylphenyl 6‐O‐[(E)‐p‐coumaroyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 2 ), 4‐[(1R)‐ and (1S)‐1‐hydroxyethyl]‐2‐methoxyphenyl β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 3a and 3b , resp.), 2‐(3,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→3)‐4‐O‐[(E)‐feruloyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 4 ), and 2‐(3,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→3)‐6‐O‐[(E)‐feruloyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 5 ).     

Study on methane fermentation and production of vitamin B12 from alcohol waste slurry

We studied biogas fermentation from alcohol waste fluid to evaluate the anaerobic digestion process and the production of vitamin B₁₂ as a byproduct. Anaerobic digestion using acclimated methanogens was performed using the continuously stirred tank reactor (CSTR) and fixed-bed reactor packed with rock wool as carrier material at 55°C. We also studied the effects of metal ions added to the culture broth on methane and vitamin B₁₂ formation. Vitamin B₁₂ production was 2.92 mg/L in the broth of the fixed-bed reactor, twice that of the CSTR. The optimum concentrations of trace metal ions added to the culture liquid for methane and vitamin B₁₂ production were 1.0 and 8 mL/L for the CSTR and fixed-bed reactor, respectively. Furthermore, an effective method for extracting and purifying vitamin B₁₂ from digested fluid was developed.     

An extended two‐dimensional copper–molybdate compound with mixed dicarboxyl and organodiamine ligands

The title complex, poly[di‐μ₃‐oxo‐hepta‐μ₂‐oxo‐tetra­oxo­bis(1,10‐phenanthroline)‐μ₄‐terephthalato‐dicopper(II)­tetra­molybdate(VI)], [Cu₂Mo₄(C₈H₄O₄)O₁₃(C₁₂H₈N₂)₂], represents a novel two‐dimensional copper–molybdate compound with mixed ligands. Tetra­nuclear molybdenum oxide clusters are joined through corner‐sharing into a ribbon‐like chain, with [Cu(phen)]²⁺ (phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline) complexes grafted onto either side. The terephthalate ligand lies about an inversion centre and links these chains to form a layer via Cu—O and Mo—O bonds. Face‐to‐face π–π stacking inter­actions between adjacent phen ligands stabilize the structure.     

Four New Nortriterpenoids from Phlomis umbrosa

Four new 28‐noroleanane‐derived spirocyclic triterpenoids, compounds 1 – 4 , were isolated from the rhizomes of Phlomis umbrosa. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR analyses, in combination with high‐resolution MS experiments.     

A New Synthetic Route to 12-Oxo-1, 15-pentadecanlactam

12-Oxo-1,15-pentadecanlactam 7 was synthesized from cyclododecanone with a totalyield of 36% in a seven-step reaction. The azide 5 to 12-nitro-1,15-pentadecanlactam 6 is the key step featured by direct ring expansion.     

1,2,4-三氮杂苯-(H2O)n复合物氢键相互作用的密度泛函理论研究

用密度泛函理论方法在B3LYP／6—31 G**水平上对1，2，4-三氮杂苯-(H2O)n(n=1，2，3)氢键复合物的基态进行了结构优化和能量计算，结果表明复合物之间存在较强的氢键作用，所有稳定复合物结构中形成一个N…H--O氢键并终止于弱O…H—C氢键的氢键水链的构型最稳定．同时，用含时密度泛函理论方法(TD—DPT)在TD—B3LYP／6—31 G**水平上计算了1,2，4-三氮杂苯单体及其氢键复合物的单重态第-1(n，π*)垂直激发能．     

水／AOT／正庚烷微乳体系中磺酸根水化作用的FT—IR研究

运用傅立叶变换红外光谱（FT－IR）对水／琥珀酸（乙基已基）磺酸钠（AOT）／正庚烷微乳体系中磺酸根的水化作用进行了研究．由于微乳体系中水分子与表面活性剂分子的相互作用，S＝O对称伸缩振动的红外吸收峰向低频方向移动．体系中的加水量W0（水与AOT的摩尔比）由0.5增大至25时，磺酸根对称伸缩振动的红外吸收峰由1051．39cm－1向低频移动至1046．15cm－1．同时，由于Na 的不对称作用，AOT分子中磺酸根反对称伸缩振动分裂成两个吸收峰，分别位于正215cm-1及1245cm－1附近，两个劈裂峰的距离及各自的峰面积均随体系中加水量的变化而变化，应用二阶导数、傅立叶退卷积及曲线拟会等分辨率增强技术可更清楚地反映出这个二重峰的变化情况．固体AOT分子中碳酸根反对称伸缩振动分裂的两个峰之间频率的差值约为42cm－1，形成微乳液以后，这两个峰的差值变小，W0为20时，这两个峰频率的差值逐渐减小到29cm-1，这些变化与磺酸根的水化程度直接相关

Ni的掺入对复合氧化物LaFeO3的结构及性质的影响

合成子Ｎｉ替代铁酸稀土复合氧化物ＬａＦ３１－ｘＮｉｘＯ３（ｘ＝０．１－０．６），对样品进行了ＸＲＤ、ＩＲ及Ｍｏｓｓｂａｕｅｒ谱测试，结果表明：ｘ＝０＼１，０＼２，０＼３的样品为正交相，ｘ＝０．５，０．６的样品为菱方相；伴随相结构从正交向菱方结构的转变，ＩＲ谱上Ｆｅ（Ｎｉ）－Ｏ键伸振动谱带向高频移动近２０ｃｍ＾－１，Ｍｏｓｓｂａｕｅｒ谱测试表明Ｆｅ均处于＋３自旋态，Ｎｉ离子以＋３价进入晶格。     

草酰胺桥联大环二羰四胺铜(Ⅱ)-钴(Ⅱ)异双核配合物的合成、结构、表征和电化学性质

合成了一种具有草酰胺桥联大环二羰四胺结构的 Cu( ) -Co( )异双核配合物 ,用红外光谱、电子光谱、摩尔电导、热重分析、室温磁矩、循环伏安等对其进行了表征 .初步推定 Cu( ) -Co( )异双核配合物具有草酰胺桥联大环二羰四胺结构 .室温磁矩测定表明 ,通过草酰胺桥联配体金属离子间有一定的反铁磁性自旋偶合作用 .循环伏安法测定了配合物的半波电位 ,实验表明 ,此类配合物能够稳定高价态 Cu( ) ,外延桥基配位对大环内腔 Cu( )离子的氧化还原过程无影响 .单核配合物 X射线晶体衍射研究表明 ,其为单斜晶系 ,空间群 P2 1 /c,a=0 .73 861 (1 5 ) nm,b=2 .1 2 1 1 (4 ) nm,c=0 .95 2 5 0 (1 9) nm,β=94.70 (3 )°,R1 =0 .0 5 1 3 ,w R2 =0 .1 1 77,Z=4.Cu( )处于大环四胺平面正方中心上方 0 .0 3 nm,并具有外延草酰胺桥
