共线散射体系A+BC的平-振能量传递──无限维李代数处理方法

利用无限维李代数方法处理了在BC分子能谱中含有二级与三级非简谐项的散射体系A＋BC的平-振能量传递问题，获得了散射过程的含有主要动力学参量的跃迁矩阵元和跃迁几率的解析表达式     

Simultaneous determination of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol, 4-(beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-benzyl alcohol, and sugars in Gastrodia elata blume measured as their acetylated derivatives by GC-MS

A method for the simultaneous separation and determination of the active constituents and three sugars in the roots of Gastrodia elata Blume (GE), which is used as a famous Chinese traditional herbal medicine, by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is established. The samples are acetylated with pyridine-acetic anhydride. The contents of 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol (HA), fructose, glucose, 4-(beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-benzyl alcohol (GA), and sucrose in GE are 0.004%, 0.03%, 1.36%, 1.12%, 1.97%, and 4.25%, respectively, and the detection limits are 1.5, 3.0, 11.0, 5.0, 33.0, and 35.0 pg, respectively. The contents of HA and GA in the urine and brain of a mouse are also determined. This method is simple, reliable, and quick for the simultaneous determination of the active constituents and sugars in GE.     

The drawing behavior of Y-Ba-Cu-O sol from non-aqueous solution by a complexing process

A complexing process is developed to prepare Y-Ba-Cu-O superconducting fibers. The process is not identical to typical sol-gel processes; here the resulting gel network is built up by hydrogen bonding linkage among complexing species in non-aqueous solution. Cu acetate, [Cu(OAC)₂], Ba methoxyethoxide [Ba(ORE)₂] and Y acetate [Y(OAC)₃] are used as precursors for preparing homogeneous gels while -methacrylic acid (HOAA) and diethylenetriamine (DETA) as complexing agents, and methoxyethanol (REOH) as solvent. Fibers drawn from a sol obtained through reduced pressure present no or little deformation at 80°MoC via adjusting the amount of DETA and HOAA. Cu(OAC)₂, Ba(ORE)₂ and Y(OAC)₃ in the complexing process have been demonstrated to form gels without hydrolysis and condensation at ambient atmosphere. The relationships between the drawing behavior of sols and gel structure with different amounts of DETA and HOAA are suggested. The concentration region of drawing the gel fibers with no or little deformation heated at 80°MoC is also found.     

A novel small-molecule near-infrared II fluorescence probe for orthotopic osteosarcoma imaging

Osteosarcoma is the most common primary malignant tumor of bone, particularly among children and adolescents. Advances in imaging, surgical techniques, and implants have dramatically reduced the need for amputation in the past three decades.Recently, in vivo fluorescence imaging in the second near-infrared window(NIR-II, 1,000–1,700 nm) shows impressive advantages of deeper tissue penetration and higher spatial resolution, which makes it a promising tool for the early diagnosis and post-operative observation of Osteosarcoma. To the best of our knowledge, this paper is the first time to develop a novel NIR-II fluorescence probe conjugated with an osteosarcoma targeted oligopeptide for molecular tumor imaging in a xenograft orthotopic osteosarcoma mouse model.

An extremely efficient asymmetric synthesis of a pyrrolidine azasugar was completed in only four steps in water, without the use of protecting groups and in 60% overall yield from a simple, achiral bis-electrophile.
