For the problem of comparing the means of k populations with unequal population variances, a new generalized test variable is defined and the generalized p-value based on this generalized test variable is given. It is shown that the proposed generalized p-value is invariant under the group of scale transformations. 通过夹心式PVDF(Polyvinylide Fluoride)压电计的动态分离式Hopkinson压杆(SHPB)标定实验,系统地讨论了传感器的动态响应特性,其中包括测量电路、PVDF表面应力集中、压电计的材料及结构特性和同一压电计受多次撞击对测试信号的影响,为PVDF压电计的制作工艺研究提供参考。利用标定好的压电计测试了橡胶材料在SHPB实验中的动态应力均匀过程。结果表明:调节并联电阻值可以提高压电计的传感精度;增大压电计的敏感面积可以减小因应力集中所造成的信号失真;材料的热粘塑性性质、摩擦效应等将使信号振荡幅度偏小;多次撞击对信号的加载与卸载段都将产生影响,但当传感器表面未发生明显损伤时,测试的应力平台平均值与真实信号近似相同。 相似文献

采用激光直写技术在100 μm厚的Si衬底上制备了全介质光栅结构, 利用近红外光抽运-太赫兹探测(near infrared pump-Terahertz probe)技术对该全介质光栅在THz波段的光谱响应及其光调控特性进行了测试, 最后结合电磁仿真结果, 对米谐振(Mie resonance)的形成机理和光调控机理进行了解释并对调控光作用下全介质光栅的电导率数值进行了估算. 研究结果表明: 在光栅与THz偏振垂直的情况下, 该全介质光栅在0-1.0 THz范围内有3个典型的米谐振峰且谐振模式各不相同; 随着调控光功率的增加, 3个谐振峰的谐振强度出现了不同程度的减弱, 其中第一个谐振峰的光调控幅度达到50%以上, 调控光作用下米谐振强度的减弱是由于光生载流子对入射THz波的吸收和散射导致了介质光栅内部感生电磁场减弱引起的. 上述工作对全介质超材料在THz波段的共振特性研究和相关光调控器件的研制具有重要参考价值. 相似文献

Catalytic asymmetric variants for functional group transformations based on carbon–carbon bond activation still remain elusive. Herein we present an unprecedented palladium-catalyzed (3 + 2) spiro-annulation merging C(sp2)–C(sp2) σ bond activation and click desymmetrization to form synthetically versatile and value-added oxaspiro products. The operationally straightforward and enantioselective palladium-catalyzed atom-economic annulation process exploits a TADDOL-derived bulky P-ligand bearing a large cavity to control enantioselective spiro-annulation that converts cyclopropenones and cyclic 1,3-diketones into chiral oxaspiro cyclopentenone–lactone scaffolds with good diastereo- and enantio-selectivity. The click-like reaction is a successful methodology with a facile construction of two vicinal carbon quaternary stereocenters and can be used to deliver additional stereocenters during late-state functionalization for the synthesis of highly functionalized or more complex molecules.An unprecedented palladium-catalyzed (3 + 2) spiro-annulation merging C–C bond activation and desymmetrization was developed for the enantioselective construction of synthetically versatile and value-added oxaspiro products with up to 95% ee. 相似文献

Generally, the Energy Recovery Linac (ERL) needs specially designed high current superconducting RF cavities. In this paper, the threshold current of beam breakup for compact ERL facilities with 9-cell Tesla type cavities are investigated. The results show that it is feasible to adopt the 9-cell Tesla cavity for compact ERL test facilities with just a few cavities and beam current around 10 mA. 相似文献

以苯基二氯化膦和薄荷基甲酸为原料, 合成了一种手性双酰基膦氧化物光引发剂(-)-双(薄荷基甲酰基)苯基氧化膦. 采用核磁共振谱、 质谱及元素分析确定了该化合物的结构, 并测定了其螺旋诱导能力. 结果表明, (-)-BMPPO在引发自由基光聚合大位阻的单体甲基丙烯酸-1-苯基二苯并环庚酯(PDBSMA)的反应中具有螺旋选择性. 所得聚合物具有高度全同结构并显示出光学活性, 说明该聚合物形成了稳定的单手性螺旋链构象. 降低单体与引发剂的投料比及提高聚合温度有利于增加反应的螺旋选择性. 在手性薄荷醇溶剂中, 由(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)二苯基氧化膦(TPO)引发单体PDBSMA的光聚合反应也具有螺旋选择性, 但螺旋选择性很小. 相似文献

Ergosta-7,9(11),22-trien-3β-ol (EK100) was isolated from the Taiwan-specific medicinal fungus Antrodia camphorata, which is known for its health-promotion and anti-aging effects in folk medicine. Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a major aging-associated disease. We investigated the efficacy and potential mechanism of ergosta-7,9(11),22-trien-3β-ol for AD symptoms. Drosophila with the pan-neuronal overexpression of human amyloid-β (Aβ) was used as the AD model. We compared the life span, motor function, learning, memory, oxidative stress, and biomarkers of microglia activation and inflammation of the ergosta-7,9(11),22-trien-3β-ol-treated group to those of the untreated control. Ergosta-7,9(11),22-trien-3β-ol treatment effectively improved the life span, motor function, learning, and memory of the AD model compared to the untreated control. Biomarkers of microglia activation and inflammation were reduced, while the ubiquitous lipid peroxidation, catalase activity, and superoxide dismutase activity remained unchanged. In conclusion, ergosta-7,9(11),22-trien-3β-ol rescues AD deficits by modulating microglia activation but not oxidative stress. 相似文献
