Epoxy resins are well-known materials that show beneficial properties, such as high tensile strength and modulus, good adhesive properties, low cost, and ease of processing and environmental advantages. However, epoxy resin adhesive has no characteristic of thermal storage. Latent heat storage is one of the favorable kinds of thermal energy storage methods considered for energy saving and thermal efficiency in various fields, such as solar air conditioning systems and buildings. So we prepared thermal-enhanced epoxy resin adhesive by using PCM. This paper addresses the effects of n-hexadecane and sodium lauryl sulfate on the thermal properties and chemical properties of epoxy resin adhesive and HEAC, using differential scanning calorimetry, thermal gravimetric analysis, and Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy. Also, we evaluated the applicability of composite epoxy resin adhesive to wood-based flooring using n-hexadecane, through measurement of bonding strength from universal testing machine analysis. 相似文献

采用自组装生长聚苯乙烯胶体模板和溶胶-凝胶法,制备出三维(3D)有序结构In掺杂TiO2(IO-TiO2-In)薄膜可见光催化剂.光催化实验证明,IO-TiO2-In薄膜降解甲醛的可见光活性是TiO2和三维有序结构TiO2(IOTiO2)薄膜的5倍.利用X射线电子衍射(XRD)谱、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和紫外-可见(UV-Vis)漫反射吸收光谱确定了催化剂的晶相结构、表面微结构和能带结构.结果表明,IO-TiO2-In薄膜具有锐钛矿型三维有序结构,与TiO2相比,增加了比表面积,提高光的利用率;掺入的In离子在薄膜表面形成In2O3和O-In-Clx(x=1,2)物种,既增强可见光的吸收,又有效地促进了光生载流子的分离,提高了光生载流子在固/气界面参加光催化反应的利用率,使催化剂的可见光催化活性显著提高. 相似文献

利用石墨烯及中空结构的金纳米笼构建了无标记型电化学免疫传感器,并用于微囊藻毒素的检测。利用多元醇还原法合成制备了导电性好、催化性强、生物相容性好的金纳米笼;再利用高分散的石墨烯将其固定于玻碳电极表面,进一步吸附固定微囊藻毒素抗体。在无微囊藻毒素存在时,电化学探针[Fe(CN)6]3!/4!在传感器界面上能获得较高的电流响应信号。当培育了微囊藻毒素后,抗体与微囊藻毒素形成免疫结合物,增加了电极表面的电荷密度和传质阻力,阻碍[Fe(CN)6]3!/4!扩散到电极表面,导致[Fe(CN)6]3!/4!的电流响应信号明显降低,电流减小的程度间接地与微囊藻毒素的浓度成比例,可实现对微囊藻毒素的检测。实验考察了抗原培育时间,抗体浓度等条件对该传感器响应性能的影响。结果表明,此传感器对微囊藻毒素的线性响应范围为0.05~1000μg/L,检出限为0.017μg/L,优于文献报道。此传感器操作简单,并且具有良好的稳定性,将其用于实际水样中微囊藻毒素的检测,平均加标回收率为94.1%。 相似文献

Stable emulsions of a core–shell acrylic copolymer (non-crosslinkable V0, and crosslinkable V2, V4, V6, and V8, where the numbers indicate the wt% of crosslinking agent based on the total acrylate monomer content) containing butyl acrylate (BA, 45 wt%), glycidyl methacrylate (GMA, 45 wt%), heptadecafluorodecyl methacrylate (PFA, 10 wt%), and various contents of crosslinking agent (vinyltriethoxysilane, VTES) were synthesized using a three-stage seeded emulsion polymerization process with a small amount of surfactant. The average particle size and viscosity of emulsions increased significantly with increasing VTES content. This study examined the effects of the VTES content on the surface/mechanical properties of self-crosslinked copolymer film samples containing a fixed acrylate monomer content to find the optimum VTES content. XPS showed that the film–air surface of the copolymer samples had a higher fluorine/silicone content than the film–dish interface. The tensile strength/modulus, thermal stability, and two Tgs (α and β Tgs) of the film samples increased significantly with increasing VTES content. The contact angle of the film samples increased with increasing VTES content up to approximately 6 wt%, and then decreased slightly. The optimum VTES content was approximately 6 wt% based on the total acrylate monomer content to obtain a high water/oil repellent coating material (V6) with the highest water/methylene iodide-contact angles (118.2°/81.8°) and lowest surface energy (18.4 mN/m). 相似文献

Mass resolution is a very important parameter for mass spectrometry. It is necessary to compare the mass resolution between the newly developed TOF-SIMS and the conventionally high-performance magnetic SIMS. However, the definitions of mass resolution for these two types of instruments are quite different. Whether it is possible to compare mass resolution and how to do such comparison is a challenge. This problem was raised officially during the 2012 ISO/TC 201 meeting at Tampa, Florida, the United States and the long-term cooperation with ISO started afterwards. The definition of mass resolution is one of the most important and fundamental problems for mass spectrometry and should attract significant attention. Here, some detail discussions on mass resolution as well as the related experimental studies in the past few years, including the collaborations with ISO/TC 201/SC6 and SC1 are summarized. This summary covers the common problem for almost all the current existing and still used definitions of mass resolution. A reasonable new definition for mass resolution considering the peak shape or resolution function has been proposed, which has also been confirmed by using experimental studies of the mass resolution comparison between TOF and magnetic SIMS. A new chemical space was generated via C2-functionalization of 3-arylbenzofurans. Mannich reaction of 3-arylbenzofurans with secondary amines and formaldehyde allowed for installation of aminomethyl unit at C2 position of benzofurans. A formyl group at C2 site introduced as a result of Vilsmeier-Haack formylation of 3-arylbenzofurans was employed as a reacting partner for three-component Kabachnik-Fields reaction with various amines and triethyl phosphite to give a wide variety of aminomethylphosphonates. Furthermore, several benzo[d]oxazoles and pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalines were prepared by using the formyl group. Biological screening of the synthesized compounds revealed that the benzofuran bearing a pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxaline moiety ( 5b ) most potently inhibited the viability of human blood cancer cells, but not solid tumor cells. Caspase activity assay, analysis of Annexin V-positive cells, and Western blot analysis indicated that 5b -induced death of human lymphoma U937 cells could result from its potential to induce the caspase-dependent apoptotic death of blood cancer cells with inhibition of ERK activation. 相似文献

Long-chain aliphatic amines such as (S,Z)-heptadec-9-en-7-amine and 9-aminoheptadecane were synthesized from ricinoleic acid and oleic acid, respectively, by whole-cell cascade reactions using the combination of an alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) from Micrococcus luteus, an engineered amine transaminase from Vibrio fluvialis (Vf-ATA), and a photoactivated decarboxylase from Chlorella variabilis NC64A (Cv-FAP) in a one-pot process. In addition, long chain aliphatic esters such as 10-(heptanoyloxy)dec-8-ene and octylnonanoate were prepared from ricinoleic acid and oleic acid, respectively, by using the combination of the ADH, a Baeyer–Villiger monooxygenase variant from Pseudomonas putida KT2440, and the Cv-FAP. The target compounds were produced at rates of up to 37 U g−1 dry cells with conversions up to 90 %. The energetic chemical reaction between Zn(NO3)2 and Li is used to create a solid‐state interface between Li metal and Li6.4La3Zr1.4Ta0.6O12 (LLZTO) electrolyte. This interlayer, composed of Zn, ZnLix alloy, Li3N, Li2O, and other species, possesses strong affinities with both Li metal and LLZTO and affords highly efficient conductive pathways for Li+ transport through the interface. The unique structure and properties of the interlayer lead to Li metal anodes with longer cycle life, higher efficiency, and better safety compared to the current best Li metal electrodes operating in liquid electrolytes while retaining comparable capacity, rate, and overpotential. All‐solid‐state Li||Li cells can operate at very demanding current–capacity conditions of 4 mA cm?2–8 mAh cm?2. Thousands of hours of continuous cycling are achieved at Coulombic efficiency >99.5 % without dendrite formation or side reactions with the electrolyte. 相似文献
