Grid-search molecular accessible surface algorithm for solving the protein docking problem

An algorithm for solving the protein docking problem is presented. Many tentative dockings are first generated by requiring a hole on the surface of one protein to match a knob on the surface of the other. All the tentative dockings are then applied. The initial configurations thus generated are further optimized. The optimization is facilitated by giving a discrete representation to the protein interior and a double-layer discrete representation to the protein surface. The algorithm presented correctly predicts the association of trypsin with its inhibitor as well as that of the α and β subunits in hemoglobin.

高压下液态Ag-20 at%Ge合金的凝固及密排六方亚稳相的形成

 利用高压淬火方法，在液态Ag-20at%Ge合金的凝固过程中，对比液态急冷低四个数量级的冷却速率得到了单相密排六方结构亚稳相，其点阵参数为a=0.289 8 nm，c=0.470 8 nm，c/a=1.625。     

Analysis of the Coaxial Ridge-Loaded Helical Groove Waveguide

The coaxial ridge-loaded helical groove waveguide is proposed in this paper. As an all-metal slow-wave circuit, it has advantages of good heat dissipation and great size, and thus is suitable for use of millimeter TWT. By means of field theory, the expressions of the dispersion equation and the coupling impedance of the coaxial ridge-loaded helical groove waveguide are obtained. The influence of various circuit dimensions on the dispersion relation and the coupling impedance is investigated by the results of numerical computation.     

高频单线圈双调谐NMR单晶探头的研制

本文报道了一种测角单晶NMR探头。该探头采用单线圃双调谐电路,工作频率在90MHz-110 MHz连续可调,可进行交叉极化大功率去耦实验。文中提出了一种简单而有效的测角装置,可使单晶绕三个互相垂直轴转动实现单晶的NMR测量。作为典型的应用例子,本文利用该探头实现了单晶DGO(2NH₂CH₂COOH·H₂C₂O₄)屏蔽张量的测量。     

界面反射偏振象差分析

在光学没计中,一般认为在同一光波面上,光束具有相同的振幅和偏振状态。事实上,光束经过许多光学元件后,偏振状态会发生变化,特别是入射角和光程的不同,会导致出射光波面上偏振分布不再均匀,形成偏振象差。本文主要就轴上物点发出的光束经过界面反射后的偏振象差方面进行了分析。     

Effects of electron-interface-phonon interactions on interactions between electrons in double-heterostructures

Effects of electron-interface-phonon interaction on the interaction between electrons in double heterostructures are considered. It is found that the interaction potential between electrons caused by each of four interface-phonon modes is different. For electrons moving at the two interfaces of double heterostructure, the interaction energies of the electrons produced by the interaction with antisymmetric modes are positive which indicate that the forces between electrons are repulsive. The interaction energies caused by interaction with symmetric modes are negative and the forces are attractive. The resultant of the forces are attractive and become larger when the width of potential barrier decreases for InAs/GaSb/InAs double heterostructure.
