ABSTRACT

Herein we describe a simple method for the synthesis of polymer nanocarrier for the doxorubicin delivery. The nanocarrier consists of N-methyl-glucamine resorcinarenes that are covalently bound to phenylboronic acid. The nanocarrier is stable at normal pH but is hydrolysed at pH below 6. It demonstrates low cytotoxicity and haemolytic activity. Doxorubicin was successfully loaded into the nanocarriers cavity and its release occurs at pH. Flow cytometry data showed that the carrier improves the penetration of doxorubicin into M-Hela cancer cell lines. The encapsulated doxorubicin demonstrates higher cytotoxicity towards the cancer cells.  相似文献

The systems NixMn1?xC2O4·2H2O (x = 0.11, 0.34) are characterized by XRD, SEM, TG/DTA, EGA-MS and magnetic measurements. The last confirmed that the studied samples are real solid solutions. The SEM reveals that the morphology depends on both the excess of C2O42? and the initial ratio Ni/Mn. The thermal magnetic investigations (in situ) show that: (i) the presence of Ni in NixMn1?xC2O4·2H2O leads to decreasing in the decomposition temperature in regard to that of the manganese oxalate; (ii) upon increasing the Ni content the temperature of decomposition (in air) is growing up; (iii) the presence of Ni stabilizes the manganese with respect to oxidation, in spite of the occurring process of decomposition.  相似文献

Complex formation in the M(HCOO)2-CS(NH2)2-H2O (M = Mg, Mn, Cd) systems at 25°C is studied using the isothermal solubility method. In the Cd(HCOO)2-CS(NH2)2-H2O system, a congruently dissolving compound Cd(HCOO)2 · 2CS(NH2)2 is found and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and IR spectroscopy. The Mg(HCOO)2-CS(NH2)2-H2O and Mn(HCOO)2-CS(NH2)2-H2O systems are eutonics at this temperature. Data on carbamide and thiocarbamide complexes of divalent metal formates are systematized.  相似文献

Novel water-soluble anionic p-tert-butylthiacalix[4]arene with propanesulfonate fragments has been synthesized. Alkylation of the lower rim of thiacalix[4]arene in the presence of NaH/THF led to cone conformation instead of the expected 1,3-alternate conformer due to metal template effect. The presence of supramolecular associates at the critical micelle concentration of 1.65 · 10?5 M were investigated in aqueous solutions by a combination of different techniques (DLS and conductivity). It was observed that the macrocyclic platform decreases the CMC by tenfold as compared with non-macrocycle analogs. A simple approach for the design of stable monodisperse Ag-based nanoaggregates (near 95 nm) containing ionic Ag and organic ligand–thiacalix[4]arene sulfo derivative in water has been developed. Self-assembled fractal hybrid nanodendrites consisting of water-soluble anionic (thia)calix[4]arenes and Ag+ have been obtained in a single step under mild conditions.

Oligonucleotide conjugates containing fluorescein residues in the sugar-phosphate back-bone were synthesized by the standard solid-phase phosphoramidite method using phosphor-amidites of 9-[2-deoxy-5-O-(4,4′-dimethoxytrityl)-2-methoxalylamino-β-D-ribofuranosyl]-and 9-[2-deoxy-5-O-(4,4′-dimethoxytrityl)-2-methoxalylamino-β-D-arabinofuranosyl]-N 6-benzoyladenine. Summary This paper defines values of retention volumes for zero surface coverage (Henry's constant) at different temperatures, retention indices and variations of the internal energy (differential heats of adsorption) of diphenyl and its alkyl derivatives, terphenyls, diphenylmethane, triphenylmethane, diphenylethanes and fluorene on graphitized thermal carbon black (GTCB). Adsorption on GTCB takes place in accordance with the geometry of these molecules, the strongest adsorption being observed for para-terphenyl with least inhibited internal rotation of the molecule, while the weakest adsorption occurs for 2,6,2,6-tetramethyldiphenyl with the most inhibited internal rotation of the molecules. The flat molecules of fluorene are adsorbed on GTCB more readily than the nonflat molecules of diphenylmethane.  相似文献
