The chromatographic behavior of model ions of biomedical and environmental significance was investigated by using nonionic micellar mobile phases modified with ion‐pair additives. The influence of concentrations of polyoxyethylene (23) lauryl ether and ornithine hydrochloride in the mobile phase on the retention factors of chromium (III), chromium (VI), iodide and bromide ions was studied. This paper studies strong stability of the class of strongly continuous Hilbert space semigroups which are quasi-affine transforms of contraction semigroups. Sufficient conditions for such a semigroup to be approximately strong stable are given. Applications to the stabilizability problem of Hilbert space semigroups, using a feedback involving a solution of the steady-state Riccati equation, are made. Amino acid derivatives of IAA and IPA are prepared conveniently and efficiently by coupling of readily available 2a-b with diverse free amino acids 3a-g and (3c+3c') to give compounds 4a-j, (4c+4c') and (4h+4h') in 38-70% yields. Similarly, 2a-b afforded IAA and IPA peptide conjugates 6a-b in 32-40% yields. Complete retention of chirality was supported by NMR and HPLC analysis. 相似文献

Decompositions of Hilbert spaces in terms of reducing subspaces for wavelets operators, as well decompositions of these operators themselves, are investigated. In particular, it is shown on which reducing subspaces these operators act as bilateral shifts of multiplicity 1. This paper studies the strong stabilizability of two classes of Hilbert space contraction semigroups: (i) strict contraction semigroups, which include those with strictly dissipative generators; and (ii) isometric or unitary semigroups. The former class is already weakly stable, while the latter is not strongly stable over the whole space. Our tool is the functional model of Hilbert space contractions; hence, strong stability of the semigroup is studied via stability of its cogenerator. It is shown that a strict contraction semigroup is, in general, not strongly stabilized by the feedback –B*, while an isometric or a unitary semigroup is strongly stabilized by the same feedback, providedB is not compact. 相似文献

Some physical properties of compacted specimens of highly dispersed boron carbide and boron suboxide

Structure, shear modulus and internal friction (IF) of compacted specimens of boron carbide and boron suboxide have been investigated. Microtwins and stacking faults were observed along the {100} plane systems of polycrystalline specimens of boron carbide. Electrical conductivity of the specimens was that of p-type. Concentration of holes varied from 1017 to 1019 cm−3. The IF was measured in the temperature range 80-300 K. It was shown that the IF of boron carbide and that of boron suboxide were characterized with a set of similar relaxation processes. Mechanisms of the relaxation processes in boron carbide and boron suboxide are discussed in terms of the Hasiguti model of interaction between dislocations and point defects. 相似文献
