A series of poly(ionic liquid)s (pILs) based on the 1‐vinyl‐3‐hexylimidazolium polymerizable cation and on the bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide, nonafluoro‐1‐butanesulfonate, dodecylbenzenesulfonate, heptadecafluorooctanesulfonate, and 4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,11,11,11‐heptadecafluoroundecanoate anions have been synthesized and characterized. Their sorption/desorption response towards CO2 has been tested through quartz crystal microbalance investigations. The obtained results show that all of the pILs here reported are featured by peculiar CO2 sorption properties as they display fast and linear response, reversibility without any memory effect, and reproducibility, suggesting that anion plays a key role in determining sensitivity. This paper describes how a two-step chemical fractionation method that allows the determination of 17 elements in airborne particulate matter, has been applied to a monitoring campaign of PM10 and PM2.5 in the Lazio region (Italy). This method involved an extraction in a pH buffered aqueous solution followed by a microwave-assisted acid digestion of the residue. With respect to the determination of the total elemental contents, the evaluation of a soluble fraction provides more reliable information on the presence and of the destiny of heavy metals in the environment. Furthermore, the pH buffered extraction conditions chosen, rendered the results independent of the intrinsic acidity of the collected samples and, although the chemical fractionation has a purely operational function, it facilitates the study of the relationship between the distribution of solubility and the different emission sources. Results are discussed in relation to the different concentration and the different degrees of solubility of the elements observed in two sampling sites; one in an urban and one in a rural environment. Since in-parallel sampling of PM2.5 and PM10 were performed in both sites, the influence of particle size is also discussed. Behaviour of some tracers deriving from both vehicular traffic, with particular attention to re-suspended road dusts, and naturally generated particulate matter, such as marine aerosol and Saharian dust, are discussed. 相似文献

A(1) adenosine receptor antagonists have been proposed to possess an interesting range of potential therapeutic applications. We have already reported the synthesis and the biological characterization of a family of pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivatives as A(1) adenosine ligands endowed with an antagonistic profile. In the present work, we report the LC separation of enantiomers of our most active A(1) antagonists together with the determination of their absolute configuration by means of X-ray crystal structure analysis. Biological assays confirmed a different activity for the two enantiomers, with the R one showing the higher human A(1)AR affinity. We also developed a homology model of this receptor subtype in order to suggest a binding disposition of the ligands into the hA(1)AR. All of the obtained data suggest that the compound's chirality plays a key role in A(1) affinity. 相似文献

Efficient intercalation of a luminescent Ir(III) complex exclusively made of polypyridine ligands in natural and synthetic biopolymers is reported for the first time. The emission of the complex is largely enhanced in the presence of [poly(dA-dT)(2)] and strongly quenched in the presence of [poly(dG-dC)(2)]. By comparing the emission decays in DNA and in synthetic polynucleotides, it is proposed that the emission quenching of the title compound by guanine residues in DNA is no longer effective over a distance of four dA-dT base pairs. 相似文献

We present here a general framework, expressed by a system of nonlinear differential equations, suitable for the modeling of taxation and redistribution in a closed society. This framework allows one to describe the evolution of income distribution over the population and to explain the emergence of collective features based on knowledge of the individual interactions. By making different choices of the framework parameters, we construct different models, whose long-time behavior is then investigated. Asymptotic stationary distributions are found, which enjoy similar properties as those observed in empirical distributions. In particular, they exhibit power law tails of Pareto type and their Lorenz curves and Gini indices are consistent with some real world ones. 相似文献
