Stilbene derivatives are well-recognised substructures of molecular switches based on photochemically and/or thermally induced (E)/(Z) isomerisation. We combined a stilbene motif with two benzimidazolium arms to prepare new sorts of supramolecular building blocks and examined their binding properties towards cucurbit[n]urils (n=7, 8) and cyclodextrins (β-CD, γ-CD) in water. Based on the 1H NMR data and molecular dynamics simulations, we found that two distinct complexes with different stoichiometry, i. e., guest@β-CD and guest@β-CD2, coexist in equilibrium in a water solution of the (Z)-stilbene-based guests. We also demonstrated that the bis(benzimidazolio)stilbene guests can be transformed from the (E) into the (Z) form via UV irradiation and back via thermal treatment in DMSO.  相似文献

A novel, simple and green procedure is presented for the determination of boron. The method is based on ultrasound-assisted conversion of boron to tetrafluoroborate anion and the formation of an ion pair between BF4 and Astra Phloxine reagent (R), followed by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction of the ion pair formed and subsequent UV-vis spectrophotometric detection. The conversion of boron to tetrafluoroborate anion is performed in an acidic medium of 0.9 mol L−1 H2SO4 in the presence of 0.1 mol L−1 F- by means of 10 min of ultrasonication. The extraction of the ion pair formed between BF4 and R (1 × 10−4 mol L−1 R) is carried out by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction using 0.5 mL of amyl acetate (as extraction solvent), tetrachloromethane (as auxiliary solvent) and acetonitrile (as dispersive solvent) in a ratio of 1:1:2. The absorbance of the coloured extracts obeys Beer's law in the range 0.22-18.7 mg L−1 of B(III) at 553 nm wavelength. The limit of detection calculated from a blank test (n = 10) based on 3 s is 0.015 mg L−1 of B(III). The method was applied to the determination of boron in mineral waters.  相似文献

A new HPLC method for simultaneous determination of neopterin, creatinine, kynurenine and tryptophan in human serum was developed and validated. Monolithic stationary phase's technology (two monolithic columns RP-18e were connected with guard monolithic cartridge 4.6 mm × 50 mm + 3.0 mm × 100 mm and 4.6 × 10 mm) and special auto sampler for micro titration plates (samples are storage in dark cooled place protected against evaporation) were combined with easy sample preparation step. As mobile phase 15 mmol/L phosphate buffer at pH 4.50 was used. Neopterin and tryptophan were detected using fluorescent detection and kynurenine and creatinine were detected by diode-array detection. This method may be suitable for large sequences of samples in clinical research and routine practice.  相似文献

A comprehensive characterization of grape skin methanolic and ethanolic extracts prepared by pressurized fluid extraction (PFE) at various temperatures within 40 to 120 °C from two wine grape varieties, St. Laurent and Alibernet was performed. For the first time, an offline combination of PFE and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy together with other experimental methods was employed to assess the effect of extraction conditions on numerous extract characteristics including antioxidant or radical-scavenging ability, HPLC profile of anthocyanins, total phenolic compounds content (TPC), tristimulus color values (CIE Lab), and pH values. The properties of extracts depend on the solvent used, the mass of grape skins as well as on the extraction conditions among which the temperature plays a crucial role. In spite of wide interval of extraction temperatures, all extracts still retain their antioxidant and/or radical-scavenging properties, indicating that the extracts prepared by PFE can serve as potential source of functional food supplements or color enhancers.  相似文献

Magnetic non-porous hydrophilic poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-co-glycidyl methacrylate) microspheres prepared by the dispersion polymerization and modified with iminodiacetic acid (IDA) were employed for the IMAC separation of phosphopeptides. Fe3+ and Ga3+ ions immobilized on IDA-modified magnetic microspheres were used for the enrichment of phosphopeptides from the proteolytic digests of two model proteins differing in their physico-chemical properties and phosphate group content: porcine pepsin A and bovine α-casein. The optimum conditions for phosphopeptide adsorption and desorption in both cases were investigated and compared. The phosphopeptides separated from the proteolytic digests were analyzed by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The ability of the prepared Fe3+- and Ga3+-IDA-modified magnetic microspheres to capture phosphopeptides from complex mixtures was shown on an example of bovine milk proteolytic digest.  相似文献

Electrospray ionization (ESI) mass spectrometry was applied to the structural analysis of 23 2,6-[bis(alkyloxy)methyl]phenyltin(IV) derivatives. The mass spectra were measured in both polarity modes and multistage tandem mass spectrometric (MS(n)) measurements were performed on the ion trap analyser for positively charged tin-containing ions. The sum of complementary ions observed in the positive-ion mode (i.e. [M-R(3)](+) ion) and in the negative-ion mode (i.e. [R(3)](-) ion) permits molecular mass determination in spite of the fact that the molecular adducts were often missing even in the first-order mass spectra. The subsequent fragmentation of [M-R(3)](+) ions studied by MS(n) and the correlation of observed fragment ions with the expected structures of synthesized organotin(IV) compounds allowed us to understand the fragmentation behaviour and the mechanism of the ion formation for studied compounds. The typical neutral losses are alkenes, alcohols and aldehydes. The fragmentation pattern of one selected compound was supported by MS(n) measurements of an isotopically labelled analogue to confirm unusual ion-molecule reactions of some fragment ions with water in the ion trap.  相似文献

Decavanadates with complex cations, (NH4)2[Zn(H2O)5(NH3CH2CH2COO)]2V10O28·4H2O (4) and (NH4)2[Mn(H2O)5(NH3CH2CH2COO)]2V10O28·2H2O (5), have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, i.r., Raman, UV–vis. and 51V-n.m.r. spectroscopies and by thermal analysis. The X-ray structure determination revealed, both in 4 and 5, the presence of complex cations with hexacoordinated central atoms and monodentate β-alanine ligands, and decavanadate V10O28 6− anions. The differences in the structural arrangement in 4 and 5 are probably a consequence of the different ionic radii of Zn2+ and Mn2+ (high spin).  相似文献

A method for simultaneous multi-element analysis of fly ash samples by inductively coupled plasma orthogonal acceleration time-of-flight mass spectrometry (oaTOF-ICP-MS) after closed-vessel microwave extraction with ammonium fluoride was introduced here. Corrosive and/or toxic acids like HF, HCl or HClO4, as well as HNO3, which are commonly used during sample preparation of the fly ash samples, are avoided in this method. The spectral effects due to the formation of different Cl, Na, K, Ca, Mg-containing polyatomic species interfering with the determination of a number of elements like As, Se or Ni during the oaTOF-ICP-MS analysis are negligible. Under the optimum experimental extraction conditions evaluated using a fractional factorial design (10 mg of the sample extracted with 5 mL of 140 g/L NH4F for 10 min at 200°C), analysis of the resulting supernatant with Rh as an internal standard enabled precise and accurate simultaneous determination of 11 elements (Li, Be, Ni, As, Se, Rb, Sb, Cs, W, Tl and U) at trace and ultratrace levels. The accuracy was assessed by analysing two certified reference materials, namely Fine Fly Ash CTA-FFA-1 and Constituent Elements in Coal Fly Ash Standard Reference Material® 1633b. Stationary phase containing quinolin-8-ol immobilized on macroporous methacrylate support for the affinity chromatography of porcine pepsin A is described. Optimized chromatographic conditions for separation of porcine pepsin A on this stationary phase were found investigating the influence of pH, concentration, ionic strength and chemical composition of the used mobile phases. The stationary phase shows a good reproducibility of chromatographic analyses (relative standard deviation, +/-2%), a high recovery (ca. 93%) and a satisfactory capacity (13 mg pepsin A/1 mL stationary phase) for porcine pepsin A. The obtained findings confirm the applicability of affinity chromatography on the stationary phase with immobilized quinolin-8-ol to the isolation and determination of porcine pepsin A.  相似文献
