It is very importent for generating an orthonormal multiwavelet system to construct a conjugate quadrature filter(CQF). In this paper, a general method of deriving a length-L 1 conjugate quadrature filter from a length-L conjugate quadrature filter and vice versa is obtained. As a special case, we study generally the construction of any length-L 1 compactly supported symmetric-antisymmetric orthonormal multiwavelet system with multiplicity 2 from a length-L multiwavelet system and vice versa. 基于MCNP程序对300#研究堆首炉堆芯进行精细建模,通过并行计算方式得到了实验临界棒位下堆芯的有效增殖因数为1.002 29,与临界值之间的相对误差为0.229%,验证了物理模型的正确性。探讨并解决了并行计算的中断与接续问题,提出了体通量计数与点探测器计数应用中的合理化建议,即对大体积空间计数时尽量使用体通量计数。计算值与实验值对比结果表明:两者在3 MW功率水平下热中子通量密度相差4.6%,符合得较好。  相似文献

In recent years, organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) with high performance and novel multifunctionalities have attracted considerable attention. Meanwhile, featured with reversible photoisomerization and the corresponding variation in color, chemical/physical properties, photochromic molecules have been applied in sensors, photo-switches and memories. Incorporation of photochromic molecules to blend in the device functional layers or to modify the interfaces of OFETs is common way to build photo-transistors. In this review, we focus on the recent advantages on the study of photoresponsive transistors involving one of three typical photochromic compounds spiropyran, diarylethene and azobenzene. Three main strategies are demonstrated in detail. Firstly, photochromic molecules are doped in active layers or combined with semiconductor structure thus forming photoreversible active layers. Secondly, the modification of dielectric layer/active layer interface is mainly carried out by bilayer dielectric. Thirdly, the photo-isomerization of self-assembled monolayer (SAM) on the electrode/active layer interface can reversibly modulate the work functions and charge injection barrier, result in bifunctional OFETs. All in all, the combination of photochromic molecules and OFETs is an efficient way for the fabrication of organic photoelectric devices. Photoresponsive transistors consisted of photochromic molecules are potential candidate for real applications in the future.  相似文献

We investigate an automobile supply chain where a manufacturer and a retailer serve heterogeneous consumers with electric vehicles (EVs) under a government’s price-discount incentive scheme that involves a price discount rate and a subsidy ceiling. We show that the subsidy ceiling is more effective in influencing the optimal wholesale pricing decision of the manufacturer with a higher unit production cost. However, the discount rate is more effective for the manufacturer with a lower unit production cost. Moreover, the expected sales are increasing in the discount rate but may be decreasing in the subsidy ceiling. Analytic results indicate that an effective incentive scheme should include both a discount rate and a subsidy ceiling. We also derive the necessary condition for the most effective discount rate and subsidy ceiling that maximize the expected sales of EVs, and obtain a unique discount rate and subsidy ceiling that most effectively improve the manufacturer’s incentive for EV production.  相似文献
