Analysis of the fetal heart rate during pregnancy is essential for monitoring the proper development of the fetus. Current fetal heart monitoring techniques lack the accuracy in fetal heart rate monitoring and features acquisition, resulting in diagnostic medical issues. The challenge lies in the extraction of the fetal ECG from the mother ECG during pregnancy. This approach has the advantage of being a reliable and non-invasive technique. In the present paper, a wavelet/multiwavelet method is proposed to perfectly extract the fetal ECG parameters from the abdominal mother ECG. In a first step, due to the wavelet/mutiwavelet processing, a denoising procedure is applied to separate the noised parts from the denoised ones. The denoised signal is assumed to be a mixture of both the MECG and the FECG. One of the well-known measures of accuracy in information processing is the concept of entropy. In the present work, a wavelet/multiwavelet Shannon-type entropy is constructed and applied to evaluate the order/disorder of the extracted FECG signal. The experimental results apply to a recent class of Clifford wavelets constructed in Arfaoui, et al. J. Math. Imaging Vis. 2020, 62, 73–97, and Arfaoui, et al. Acta Appl. Math. 2020, 170, 1–35. Additionally, classical Haar–Faber–Schauder wavelets are applied for the purpose of comparison. Two main well-known databases have been applied, the DAISY database and the CinC Challenge 2013 database. Chalcogen bonding is a noncovalent interaction, highly similar to halogen and hydrogen bonding, occurring between a chalcogen atom and a nucleophilic region. Two density functional theory (DFT) approaches B3LY-D3 and B97-D3 were performed on a series of complexes formed between CX2 (X = S, Se, Te) and diazine (pyridazine, pyrimidine and pyrazine). Chalcogen atoms prefer interacting with the lone pair of a nitrogen atom rather than with the π-cloud of an aromatic ring. CTe2 and CSe2 form a stronger chalcogen bond than CS2. The electrostatic potential of CX2 (X = S, Se and Te) reveals the presence of two equivalent σ-holes, one on each chalcogen atom. These CX2 molecules interact with diazine giving rise to supramolecular interactions. Wiberg bond index and second-order perturbation theory analysis in NBO were performed to better understand the nature of the chalcogen bond interaction. 相似文献

A rapid and efficient one-pot method for the synthesis of 4,6-diarylpyrimidin-2(1H)-ones and related heterocycles is described. The condensation of acetophenone derivatives, aldehydes and urea in the presence of sulfamic acid was employed to synthesize a variety of pyrimidinones in moderate to excellent yields. Abstract The aim of this review is to combine all the information related to the characterization of skin tissues and cells, focusing on the identification of the specific biochemical characteristics of skin cancer. We have characterized two types of melanoma by FTIR spectroscopy: a murine melanoma (B16F10 cell line) and a human melanoma (C8161 cell line). The cells were deposited on IR transparent CaF2 windows, the spectral range used lay between 900-4000 cm? 1, transmission mode with 2 cm? 1 resolution, and 32 scans. A biochemical association is presented for all the absorption bands identified in this study. Besides the characterization of both cell lines above, a collection of works done in the area of skin cancer was also carried out, in this review; some interesting results obtained by different authors with respect to the characterization of different samples (melanomas, follicle sheath, basal cell carcinoma, epidermis tissues, dermis tissue, and human stratum corneum) are presented and compared to the chemical and biological associations performed in each case. The identification of biochemical injuries provides important information that, associated with clinical examination, can assist the diagnosis of diseases. Several FTIR techniques can be used in the diagnosis of biochemical changes in biological tissues, by identifying molecular markers associated with malignant and benign changes or variations in the composition of amino acids in tissues and cells. In the near future, a further study to compare histopatological analysis and biochemical characterization by FTIR spectroscopy would be interesting, in order to verify the accuracy and validate the applicability of this technique in the diagnosis of skin lesions from a statistical viewpoint. 相似文献
