A facile and simple modification method towards changing surface property of ZnO nanorods from a hydrophilic one to a hydrophobic one have been developed by refluxing precursor in three-necked flask. Comparing with the other modifiers discussed in the paper, NDZ-311w titanate coupling agent was selected as the best one not only because of the good lipophilic modification effect, but also for its multifunctional groups could play a crucial part in further composite with organic materials. Moreover, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), respectively, were used to evaluate the morphology, structure and combinative way before and after surface modification. The TEM result showed, after modifying process, there was a thin layer capping on the surface of ZnO nanorods which could be considered as NDZ-311w titanate coupling agent. Through the structure analysis by XRD, it was found that the surface modification had not substantially altered crystalline structure. Besides, the FT-IR test proved that NDZ-311w titanate coupling agent was rather covalently bonded to the surface of ZnO nanorods than physically capping. More practically speaking, the NDZ-311w titanate coupling agent modified ZnO nanorods have much more potential applications in organic materials than unmodified ones. 相似文献
Nano-Sb2O3 particles and brominated epoxy resin (BEO) powders were dispersed in poly (butylene terephthalate) (PBT) by high energy ball milling (HEBM). Then the nanocomposites were prepared by a twin screw extruder. The influence of the nano-Sb2O3 particles on the crystallization, thermal stability, flame retardancy and mechanical properties of the PBT/BEO/nano-Sb2O3 composites were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), limiting oxygen index (LOI), UL-94 tests and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the nano-Sb2O3 particles improved the crystallizability, thermal stability and flame retardancy properties of the PBT/BEO/nano-Sb2O3 composites. When the content of nano-Sb2O3 particles was 2.0?wt%, the LOI of nano-Sb2O3/BEO/PBT composites increased from 22.0 to 27.8 and the tensile strength reached its maximum value (62.44?MPa), which indicated that the optimum value of flame retardancy and mechanical properties of PBT/BEO/nano-Sb2O3 composites were obtained. 相似文献
A selective and validated stability-indicating LC method was developed for the kinetic study of the degradation of PAC-1, which was carried out in aqueous solutions at 37, 60, 80 and 100 °C with pH 1.5–9.0. Separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column with acetonitrile–water–fomic acid (30:70:0.1, v/v/v) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL min−1 at 281 nm. The degradation rate obtained indicated a first-order reaction law and the activation energy (Ea) was calculated. The results showed that temperature and pH values were significant factors affecting the degradation of PAC-1. An unknown degradation product in alkaline condition was isolated using a reverse-phase semi-preparative LC system. The structure of the degradation product is identified as 2-hydroxy-3-(2-propenyl)-[[2-hydroxy-3-(2-propenyl)phenyl]methylene]hydrazone utilizing the 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and Q-TOF-MS techniques.
The reaction mechanism of phenylamine reacting with 1,4-butanediol to give N- phenylpyrrolidine was investigated with traditional transition state theory. Based on the experimental results, two reaction channels were discussed. The geometries of their reactants, products, intermediates and transition states were optimized. The possible transition State and activation energy were determined by vibrational analysis and IRC verification. And finally, the main reaction channel was given. 相似文献
This is a continuation of the article(Comm.Partial Differential Equations 26(2001)965).In this article, the authors consider the one-dimensional compressible isentropic Navier-Stokes equations with gravitational force, fixed boundary condition,a general pressure and the density-dependent viscosity coefficient when the viscous gas connects to vacuum state with a jump in density.Precisely, the viscosity coefficient μ is proportional to ρ^θ and 0〈θ〈1/2,where ρ is the density, and the pressure P=P(ρ)is a general pressure. The global existence and the uniqueness of weak solution are proved. 相似文献
