从电子工业“脊梁”到全面开花的镓元素

镓是第一个根据化学元素周期律预言并在自然界中证实的元素，是室温下电导率和热导率均为最大的液态物质，镓在电子工业中得到了广泛应用，被誉为电子工业“脊梁”。近十几年来，镓的更多应用潜力被发掘出来，在电子工业、散热、增材制造、柔性机器、生物医学等领域均有重要的应用前景。     

Molecular and nanoscale materials and devices in electronics

Over the past several years, there have been many significant advances toward the realization of electronic computers integrated on the molecular scale and a much greater understanding of the types of materials that will be useful in molecular devices and their properties. It was demonstrated that individual molecules could serve as incomprehensibly tiny switch and wire one million times smaller than those on conventional silicon microchip. This has resulted very recently in the assembly and demonstration of tiny computer logic circuits built from such molecular scale devices. The purpose of this review is to provide a general introduction to molecular and nanoscale materials and devices in electronics.     

8-羟基喹哪啶固相萃取光度法测定水样中的铁

研究了8-羟基喹哪啶与铁的显色反应，在pH为8．0的氯化氨-氨水缓冲介质中，在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在下，8-羟基喹哪啶与铁反应生成3：1稳定的蓝紫色络合物，该络合物可被Waters Sep-Park-C18固相萃取小柱萃取，用乙醇洗脱后用光度法测定，络合物λmax=600nm。在此波长下其它金属离子的络合物无光吸收，对铁选择性很好，铁含量在0-5mg/L内符合比尔定律，方法用于水样中痕量铁的测定，结果令人满意。     

SiO2包覆纳米CaCO3的透射电镜表征

在透射电子显微镜（TEM）电子衍射模式下，用适当孔径的物镜光阑选择非晶态SiO2的衍射区域，拍摄以溶胶一凝胶法制备的SiO2包覆纳米CaCO3的暗场像。与未经包覆SiO2的纳米CaCO3的暗场像作对比，可以看出经过SiO2包覆的纳米CaCO3粒子周围有一白色亮环，从而得到SiO3包覆层的暗场照片。用高分辨方法观察了包覆层与CaCO3粒子间的界面情况。     

Silica-supported Copper（Ⅱ） Catalyzed Coupling of Arylboronic Acids with Imidazoles

Immobilized copper（Ⅱ） in organic-inorganic hybrid materials catalyzed Ar-N coupling of arylboronic acids with imidazoles has been developed. Arylboronic acids reacted with imidazoles smoothly in the presence of a 3-（2-aminoethylamino）propyl functionalized silica gel immobilized copper（Ⅱ） catalyst （10 mol%） in methanol without any additives and bases. The reactions generated the corresponding cross-coupling products in good yields. Furthermore, silica-supported copper can be recovered and recycled by a simple filtration procedure and used for five consecutive trials without decreases in activity.     

Microwave- and photoirradiation-induced staudinger reactions of cyclic imines and ketenes generated from alpha-diazoketones. A further investigation into the stereochemical process

Reactions of ketenes generated from alpha-diazoketones with a series of acyclic and cyclic imines were investigated under both microwave and photoirradiation conditions. The results indicate that the zwitterionic azabutadiene-type intermediates yielded from imines and ketenes undergo a conrotatory ring closure exclusively to produce beta-lactams. It is notable that no Woodward-Hoffmann product was found under the ultraviolet irradiation. The photoirradiation-induced Staudinger reaction shows a different stereoselectivity from the electrocyclic reaction of substituted 1,3-butadiene.     

5′-Noraristeromycin derivatives isomeric to aristeromycin and 2′-deoxyaristeromycin

A straightforward synthesis of (1S,2R,3R,4R)-4-(6-aminopurin-9-yl)-2-hydroxymethylcyclopentane-1,3-diol (2), an isomer of aristeromycin, and its 2′-deoxy derivative 3 from readily available disubstituted cyclopentenes is presented. An antiviral analysis of 2 showed it to have significant activity versus Epstein-Barr virus (IC₅₀ 0.62 μg/mL in the Elisa assay) and to be free of cytotoxicity effects against the host cells. In a much less comprehensive antiviral analysis, 3 also was active towards Epstein-Barr (IC₅₀ 7.58 μg/mL in the Elisa assay) but this was accompanied by cellular toxicity.     

Water／Oil Biphasic Hydroformylation of Higher Olefins over a TPPTS-Rh／SiO2 Catalyst

A novel TPPTS-Rh/SiO2 catalyst, prepared by directly modifying a heterogeneous high-surface-area Rh/SiO2 catalyst with water-soluble TPPTS ligands, could decrease the resistance of masstransfer in water/oil biphasic media for the hydroformylation of higher olefins. The catalytic performancefor hydroformylation on this biphasic TPPTS-Rh/SiO2 catalyst system was higher than those of thetraditional biphasic HRhCO(TPPTS)3 systems, owing to the chemical bonds between the highly dispersedRh metal particles and the TPPTS ligands. The catalyst system is applicable for hydroformylation ofhigher olefins such as 1-dodecene.     

Poly[μ‐aqua‐μ4‐naphthalene‐1,8‐dicarboxylato‐zinc(II)]

In the title complex, [Zn(C₁₂H₆O₄)(H₂O)]_n, a Zn^II polymer based on naphthalene‐1,8‐dicarboxylate (1,8‐nap), the Zn^II atoms adopt an elongated octahedral coordination geometry. A zigzag chain is formed by μ₂‐aqua ligands and μ₂‐carboxylate groups of the 1,8‐nap ligands. Adjacent parallel chains are further linked by 1,8‐nap ligands, forming a twisted two‐dimensional layer structure along the (100) plane.     

A mesoporous Pt/TiO2 nanoarchitecture with catalytic and photocatalytic functions

A novel metal/semiconductor nanocomposite with catalytic and photocatalytic functions has been prepared. The new material consists of highly dispersed platinum (Pt) nanoparticles embedded in a cubic mesoporous nanocrystalline anatase (meso-nc-TiO2) thin film. The porous thin film possesses a narrow pore-size distribution and a large surface area. The diameter of the Pt cluster can be controlled to below 5 nm, and the high dispersion of these clusters gives rise to catalytic activity for the oxidation of carbon monoxide, an important reaction for automobile exhaust treatment. This novel ordered mesoporous Pt/TiO2 nanoarchitecture is also a promising photochemical material, as demonstrated by the photo-driven killing of Micrococcus lylae cells on the film.
