基于氮化铝双端固支音叉(AlN DETF)的谐振式传感器具有尺寸小、稳定性和可靠性好、时间响应快等特点。为了提高灵敏度和分辨率,需要分析AlN DETF谐振器的振梁结构参数对灵敏度和信号功率的影响。在有限元仿真软件中建立AlN谐振器的多物理场模型,进行预应力特征频率分析,仿真验证单个振梁结构参数对灵敏度的影响。在振梁厚度保持恒定的情况下,对仿真结果的数据进行后处理,得到信号功率与振梁长度、宽度的关系。结果表明,相对灵敏度、信号功率随振梁长度、宽度的变化趋势相反。因此,需要根据工艺水平和结构强度等因素,综合考虑AlN谐振器的信号功率和相对灵敏度,对两者进行权衡。仿真分析了优化后AlN DETF谐振器的性能,10 N范围内的灵敏度为56 Hz/N,信号功率为6.810-4 nW,Q值为958。 相似文献

Mn1.5Co1.5O4 hierarchical microspheres have been successfully synthesized via a solvothermal method and an annealing procedure. Mn1.5Co1.5O4 exhibits advanced cycling performance, and it retains a reversible capacity of 633 mA h g?1 at a current density of 400 mA g?1 with a coulombic efficiency of 99.0% after 220 cycles. Its remarkable performance is attributed to the hierarchical structure assembled with nanorods, which increases the contact area between each nanorod and electrolyte. More significantly, the open space between neighboring nanorods and the pores on the surface of nanorods can improve Li+ ion diffusion rate. Furthermore, the nanorods have rapid one-dimensional Li+ diffusion channels, which not only possess a large specific surface area for high activity but accommodate the volume change during lithiation–delithiation processes. Therefore, Mn1.5Co1.5O4 hierarchical microspheres can act as a promising alternative anode material for lithium-ion battery. 相似文献

针对ADS颗粒靶概念的研究和设计,中国科学院近代物理研究所自主研发了蒙特卡罗模拟软件GMT。为了提高GMT程序的计算效率,研究了MPI在GMT中的应用和发展,实现了大规模随机数在进程中的随机分配,并采用快速读写文件的方式替代了MPI相关数据通信函数,极大地提高了计算效率。并研究了不同规模计算实例进程数、加速比、效率之间的关系,确定了最大加速进程数及并行效率最高时的进程数,为科研工作者在计算资源和计算效率之间选择最优计算方案提供了科学依据。MPI在GMT中的成功应用使计算资源得到了充分、高效的利用,极大地提高了计算效率,解决了蒙特卡罗方法中大规模事件模拟计算时间长、计算不稳定等问题,在散裂靶大规模扫描计算中发挥了重要的作用。For the research and design of the ADS granular-flow target concept, the Institute of Modern Physics, CAS has developed a Monte Carlo simulation software (GPU-accelerated Monte Carlo Transport program, GMT). In order to improve the computational efficiency of the GMT program, development and application of MPI in GMT were studied, to realize random distribution of the large-scale random number in the sub processes. Rapid reading and writing files were employed instead of the MPI data communication function, which greatly improves the computational efficiency. Different scale calculations were performed to study the relationship of process instance number, speedup to find the maximum acceleration process number and the number of processes when parallel efficiency is highest, which provides a scientific basis for researchers to optimize the computational program between computational resources and computation efficiency. The successful application of MPI in GMT, utilizes the computing resources fully and efficiently, improves the computational efficiency, solve the long time cost and unstable problem of Monte Carlo method in large-scale event simulations, plays an important role in the large-scale scanning calculation of the spallation target. 相似文献

15O(α,γ)19Ne(p,γ)20Na反应链是高温CNO循环向快速质子俘获过程突破的一条关键路径,相关的反应率输入量可通过20Mg的β衰变可布居19Ne共振态并测量其衰变性质来获得。通过高效率高精度地测量20Mg β衰变中产生的质子与γ射线得到了20Mg衰变的详细信息,并构建了完整的衰变纲图,还进行了19Ne 4 033 keV共振态衰变性质的探索,获得了该态在20Mg β衰变中被布居的分支比上限。通过比20Mg和20O镜像能级跃迁的结果确认了同位旋非对称性,为检验相关理论模型提供了精确的实验数据。对于突破路径中有重要影响的19Ne 4 033 keV共振态的性质,有待更高统计的实验进一步研究。The breakout from the hot CNO cycle to the rapid proton capture process can occur via the 15O(α,γ)19Ne(p,γ)20Na reaction sequence, and the β decay of 20Mg can be used as an alternative method to characterize some specific resonances, which will provide detailed nuclear structure input for reaction rate calculations. The reliable information on the decay properties and structure of 20Mg was obtained by measuring the emitted particles and γ-rays in the β decay with high efficiency and high resolution. Attempt was also made to search for the decay channels associated with the 4 033 keV resonance in 19Ne. To test fundamental symmetries, the transitions in the mirror decays of 20Mg and 20O were compared. The precise experimental data presented here would be important to constrain the theoretical calculations. Spectral broadening of stimulated Raman scattering has been studied in a phenylethanol liquid-core wave-guide optical fiber by using a frequency-doubled Q-switched Nd: YAG laser. Four orders of Stokes lines were observed. All the Stokes lines were asymmetrically broadened favoring the lower frequencies. Both the red-shifted broadening and the blue-shifted broadening increased with the rise of the temperature of the Raman medium. Generic model and thorough investigation are proposed for a novel $1\times 2$ 1 × 2 polymer electro-optic (EO) switch based on one-group $2N+1$ 2 N + 1 vertical-turning serial-coupled microrings. For realizing boxlike flat spectrum as well as low crosstalk and insertion loss, resonance order and coupling gaps are optimized. The MRR switches with $N \ge 1$ N ≥ 1 reveal favorable boxlike spectrum as when compared with the simple device with only one microring ( $N = 0$ N = 0 ). For obtaining $<-30\,\text{ dB }$ < - 30 dB crosstalk under through-state, the dependency of switching voltage on $N$ N is determined as $7.19 \times \text{ exp }(-N/0.72) + 1.72\,(\text{ V })$ 7.19 × exp ( - N / 0.72 ) + 1.72 ( V ) . Under the operation voltages of 0 V (drop state) and the predicted switching voltages (through state), the device performances are analyzed, and $1 \le N \le 10$ 1 ≤ N ≤ 10 is required for dropping the insertion loss (drop state) below 10 dB. The crosstalk of the ten devices ( $N = 1-10$ N = 1 - 10 ) are $< -19.5\,\text{ dB }$ < - 19.5 dB under drop state and $< -28.7\,\text{ dB }$ < - 28.7 dB under through state, and the insertion losses of the devices ( $N = 1-10$ N = 1 - 10 ) are $< 9.715\,\text{ dB }$ < 9.715 dB under drop state and $< 1.573\,\text{ dB }$ < 1.573 dB under through state. The device also has ultra-compact footprint size of only 0.33–1.06 mm, which is only 1/10–1/3 of those of our previously reported polymer EO switches based on directional coupler or Mach–Zehnder interferometer structures.
