We prove the existence and the essential uniqueness of canonical models for the forward (resp., backward) iteration of a holomorphic self-map f of a cocompact Kobayashi hyperbolic complex manifold, such as the ball \(\mathbb {B}^q\) or the polydisc \(\Delta ^q\). This is done by performing a time-dependent conjugacy of the autonomous dynamical system defined by f, obtaining in this way a non-autonomous dynamical system admitting a relatively compact forward (resp., backward) orbit, and then proving the existence of a natural complex structure on a suitable quotient of the direct limit (resp., subset of the inverse limit). As a corollary we prove the existence of a holomorphic solution with values in the upper half-plane of the Valiron equation for a hyperbolic holomorphic self-map of the unit ball.  相似文献

Thermo-optical parameters of CdSe/ZnS core-shell nanoparticles suspended in toluene were measured using a thermal lens (TL) technique. TL transient measurements were performed using the mode-mismatched dual-beam (excitation and probe) configuration. A He-Ne laser at λp = 632.8 nm was used as the probe beam and an Ar+ laser (at λe = 514.5 nm) was used as the excitation beam for studies as a function of both core size and concentration of CdSe/ZnS nanocrystals. The fraction thermal load (φ) and radiative quantum efficiencies (η) of the CdSe/ZnS were determined. Dependence on core size (∼2-5 nm) and concentration (∼0.01-0.62 mg/ml) was observed for both φ and η parameters.  相似文献

Old-growth forests of southern Chile represent an important reserve of temperate (rain) forests in the world. Wetter and colder forest ecosystems appear to be more efficient in conserving and recycling N such that mostly non-plant available N species are lost, which could be indicated by more depleted delta15N values of the soil and plants. Hydrological N loss from the old-growth forests in southern Chile occurs mainly via dissolved organic nitrogen and not via dissolved inorganic N. Forest disturbances (e.g. fire, clear-cutting or enhanced N deposition) cause (abrupt) changes in ecosystem N-cycling processes. In this study, we hypothesized that delta15N signatures of soil profiles under old-growth forests could be used as an integrator for ecosystem N-cycling, and changes of these delta15N profiles could be valuable to assess ecosystem resilience towards disturbances. Six old-growth forests were selected in the phytogeographical region of the Valdivian rain forest in southern Chile. One of the sites has been partly burned in February 2002. First, we observed that ecosystems with higher mean annual precipitation and lower mean annual temperature were relatively more depleted in 15N. Secondly, we found that a forest fire caused a 100-fold increase of the nitrate export and induced an enrichment of the soil delta15N signal in the upper 20 cm.  相似文献

Small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) have been used to investigate the interaction of the water-soluble meso-tetrakis (4-sulfonatophenyl) porphyrin (TPPS(4)) with cationic cethyltrimethylammonium chloride (CTAC) micelles. To evaluate if the porphyrin protonation state affects its interaction with the micelle, both SAXS and EPR measurements were performed at pH 4.0 and 9.0. The best-fit SAXS curves were obtained assuming for CTAC micelle a prolate ellipsoidal shape in the absence and upon incorporation of 2-10 mM TPPS(4). SAXS results show that the presence of porphyrin impacts on micellar hydrophobic core, leading to a micellar reassembling into smaller micelles. Lineshapes of EPR spectra of 5- and 16-doxyl stearic acids (5- and 16-DSA, respectively) bound to 100 mM CTAC micelles exhibited slight changes as a function of porphyrin concentration. Spectral simulations revealed an increase of mobility restriction for both spin probes, especially at higher porphyrin concentration, where a small reduction of environment polarity was also observed for 16-DSA. The spin labels monitored only slight differences between pH 4.0 and 9.0, in agreement with the SAXS results.  相似文献

The rigid organic linkers N‐(4‐bromophenylsulfonyl)dithiocarbimate(2−) and N‐(4‐iodophenylsulfonyl)dithiocarbimate(2−) crystallize with two potassium cations and two water molecules in their asymmetric units, forming the title coordination polymers, [K2(C7H4BrNO2S3)(H2O)2]n and [K2(C7H4INO2S3)(H2O)2]n. Benznidazole (BNZ) and nifurtimox are the only drugs available for treating Chagas disease. In this work, we validated a bioanalytical method for the quantification of BNZ in plasma aimed at improving sensitivity and time of analysis compared with the assays already published. Furthermore, we demonstrated the application of the method in a preclinical pharmacokinetic study after administration of a single oral dose of BNZ in Wistar rats. A Waters® Acquity UHPLC system equipped with a UV–vis detector was employed. The method was established using an Acquity® UHPLC HSS SB C18 protected by an Acquity® UHPLC HSS SB C18 VanGuard guard column and detection at 324 nm. The mobile phase consisted of ultrapure water–acetonitrile (65:35), and elution was isocratic. The mobile phase flow rate was 0.55 mL/min, the volume of injection was 1 μL, and the run time was just 2 min. The samples were kept at 25°C until injection and the column at 45°C for the chromatographic separation. The sample preparation was performed by a rapid protein precipitation with acetonitrile. The linear concentration range was 0.15–20 µg/mL. The pharmacokinetic parameters of BNZ in rats were determined and the method was considered sensitive, fast and suitable for application in pharmacokinetic studies. The use of lipases in industrial processes can result in products with high levels of purity and at the same time reduce pollutant generation and improve both selectivity and yields. In this work, lipase from Thermomyces lanuginosus was immobilized using two different techniques. The first involves the hydrolysis/polycondensation of a silica precursor (tetramethoxysilane (TMOS)) at neutral pH and ambient temperature, and the second one uses tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) as the silica precursor, involving the hydrolysis and polycondensation of the alkoxide in appropriate solvents. After immobilization, the enzymatic preparations were dried using the aerogel and xerogel techniques and then characterized in terms of their hydrolytic activities using a titrimetric method with olive oil and by the formation of 2-phenylethyl acetate in a transesterification reaction. The morphological properties of the materials were characterized using scanning electron microscopy, measurements of the surface area and pore size and volume, thermogravimetric analysis, and exploratory differential calorimetry. The results of the work indicate that the use of different silica precursors (TEOS or TMOS) and different drying techniques (aerogel or xerogel) can significantly affect the properties of the resulting biocatalyst. Drying with supercritical CO2 provided higher enzymatic activities and pore sizes and was therefore preferable to drying, using the xerogel technique. Thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry analyses revealed differences in behavior between the two biocatalyst preparations due to the compounds present.  相似文献

An extracellular β-glucanase secreted by Kluyveromyces marxianus was identified for the first time. The optimal conditions for the production of this enzyme were evaluated by response surface methodology. The optimal conditions to produce β-glucanase were a glucose concentration of 4 % (w/v), a pH of 5.5, and an incubation temperature of 35 °C. Response surface methodology was also used to determine the pH and temperature required for the optimal enzymatic activity. The highest enzyme activity was obtained at a pH of 5.5 and a temperature of 55 °C. Furthermore, the enzyme was partially purified and sequenced, and its specificity for different substrates was evaluated. The results suggest that the enzyme is an endo-β-1,3(4)-glucanase. After optimizing the conditions for β-glucanase production, the culture supernatant was found to be effective in digesting the cell wall of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, showing the great potential of β-glucanase in the biotechnological production of soluble β-glucan.  相似文献
