ICP-AES法测定蒙药紫癜灵中多种微量元素 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
蒙药含有多种氨基酸和丰富的微量元素,特别是人体必需的微量元素含量相对较高,而对人体有害的重金属元素含量相对较低。采用微波消解ICP-AES法同时测定了治疗过敏性紫癜的蒙药紫癜灵中Ca, Mg, Sr, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu和Pb等15种微量元素。紫癜灵的临床药效实验,选择了过敏性紫癜患者260例,其中男性140例,女性120例;年龄最小6岁,最大62岁,6~16岁年龄段最多,占病人总数的90%左右。治疗结果显示:治愈234例,占90%;显效13例,占5%;有效11例,占4.23%;无效2例,占0.77%;总有效率达99.23%。紫癜灵中含有丰富的微量元素,尤其锶的含量相当高。方法的加标回收率在94.63%~106.40% 之间,相对标准偏差RSD≤3.17%,检出限≤0.009 μg·L-1。 相似文献

The general question, crucial to an understanding of the internal structure of the nucleon, of how to split the total angular momentum of a photon or gluon into spin and orbital contributions is one of the most important and interesting challenges faced by gauge theories like Quantum Electrodynamics and Quantum Chromodynamics. This is particularly challenging since all QED textbooks state that such a splitting cannot be done for a photon (and a fortiori for a gluon) in a gauge-invariant way, yet experimentalists around the world are engaged in measuring what they believe is the gluon spin! This question has been a subject of intense debate and controversy, ever since, in 2008, it was claimed that such a gauge-invariant split was, in fact, possible. We explain in what sense this claim is true and how it turns out that one of the main problems is that such a decomposition is not unique and therefore raises the question of what is the most natural or physical choice. The essential requirement of measurability does not solve the ambiguities and leads us to the conclusion that the choice of a particular decomposition is essentially a matter of taste and convenience. In this review, we provide a pedagogical introduction to the question of angular momentum decomposition in a gauge theory, present the main relevant decompositions and discuss in detail several aspects of the controversies regarding the question of gauge invariance, frame dependence, uniqueness and measurability. We stress the physical implications of the recent developments and collect into a separate section all the sum rules and relations which we think experimentally relevant. Observation of the dynamics in a single-mode Ar+ composite resonator laser using KNSBN;Cu crystal self-pumped phase-conjugator is reported. The sequence of instabilities occurring on gain change corresponds to the transition the chaos of the logistic equation. Period-doubling route to chaos, and period-5, -3,-3×2, and -2 together with -3 windows in the chaotic range were observed. The strange attractor which is similar to that of the forced Duffing equation is obtained by reconstructing phase-space pictures of the system. 相似文献

Fast switching liquid crystal devices can be produced by forming a dispersion of ferroelectric liquid crystal droplets in a polymer film. Such PDFLCs have been fabricated using a polymerization-induced phase separation technique involving ultraviolet photopolymerization, during which the film was sheared to obtain a uniform orientation of the liquid crystal medium. These birefringence devices show fast response times (sub-millisecond), optimum tilt angle (22.5°), and good contrast (∼ 30:1) at room temperature, using ferroelectric switching. We studied the tilt angles, response times and contrast ratio as a function of voltage and temperature to determine the effects of the preparation parameters on the electro-optic behaviour of these devices. To raise the room temperature ionic conductivity and improve the mechanical strength of a PEO-based polymer electrolyte, a noncrystalline two-component epoxy electrolyte system has been prepared. The diglycidyl ether of polyethylene glycols as precursors of the system were synthesized by a two-step process. The presumed structure of the product was characterized, by ~(13)C, ~1H NMR and IR spectroscopy. It was found that a side-reaction occurred between the secondary hydroxyl group of PEG-chlorohydrin and epichlorohydrin in some degree, resulting in a by- product containing—CH_2Cl side group. By selecting a characteristic signal, which is undistorted by the increase in the length of CH_2 CH_2—O segment, a ~1H NMR approach of determining the equivalent epoxy weight (EEW) was proposed. The method is valid to specimens even though the EEW is as high as 2,000. The examination of the specimens by DSC showed that epoxidation greatly depressed the crystallinity of the PEG's, whereas the T_g was raised. 相似文献
