An anomalous lineshape of stimulated Raman spectra obtained from the region very close to the nozzle of supersonic pulsed expansions of nitrogen is presented. High‐resolution Raman spectra of the Q branch of the fundamental vibration mode of N2 have been recorded from two different nitrogen expansions at T0 = 295 K and P0 = 1.5–3.5 bar, the lasers crossing the jet axis in the range z/D = 0.25–1.25, where D is the effective nozzle diameter. The combination of Doppler shifts and strong gradients of density and temperature in the near‐nozzle region yield an inhomogeneous broadening and a double peak structure of the recorded Raman line profiles. The comparison of the experimental results with the simulation of the Raman spectrum from this region provides valuable information about the near‐nozzle flow field. The lineshape described here is different from another reported previously in the literature, which is based on a depletion of the density of free molecules on the axis due to condensation. The fluorescent probe ABM (3-aminobenzanthrone derivative) one of the fluorescent probes synthesized in Riga Technical University
proved to be an excellent, independent model for studying cell membranes. In our work we have investigated the possibility
of using the fluorescent probe ABM for detection of immune state in patients with different pathologies. There is a strong
correlation among all studied ABM spectral parameters, immunological characteristics, clinical and laboratory investigations
of the all observed patients groups. The obtained results suggest that ABM spectral parameters in cell suspension reflect
the alterations of the cellular mechanisms of immunity. Therefore fluorescent method could be used as preliminary screening
test in immune diagnostics instead of more expensive, time consuming methods (subset detection, radioisotope method etc.)
used as routine in clinics. Spectral parameters of ABM reflect a wide range of interrelated (interdependent) characteristics
of cells (physico-chemical state and microviscosity of membrane, proliferating and lipid metabolic activity of cells, distribution
of cells among subsets). The observed change of the studied parameters reflects alterations of the cellular mechanisms of
immunity which is a main focus for its application as preliminary screening test in immune diagnostics. The fluorescence based

The reactivity of amidinatotetrylenes of the type E(tBu2bzm)R1 (E=Si, Ge; tBu2bzm=N,N′-bis(tertbutyl)benzamidinate; R1=alkyl or aryl) with the chromium Fischer alkynylcarbene complexes [Cr{C(OEt)C2R2}(CO)5] (R2=Ph; ferrocenyl, Fc) has been studied. At room temperature, two different reaction pathways have been identified: (a) attack of the amidinatotetrylene to the alkynyl C2 atom (γ-attack), which leads to σ-allenyl complexes in which the original Ccarbene atom maintains its attachment to the Cr(CO)5 and OEt groups (compounds 3 ), and (b) attack of the amidinatotetrylene to the Ccarbene atom (α-attack), which ends in σ-allenyl complexes in which the original Ccarbene atom is not attached to the metal atom and has been inserted into an E−N bond of the amidinatotetrylene forming an E-C-N-C-N five-membered ring (compounds 4 ). It has been found that compounds 3 are thermodynamically less stable than their corresponding 4 isomers and that some of the former (E=Ge; R1=CH2SiMe3) can be transformed into the latter upon heating. At high temperatures (>70 °C) the reactions involving bulky amidinatotetrylenes (R1=Mes, tBu) end in the carbene-substitution products [Cr{E(tBu2bzm)R1}(CO)5]. 相似文献

The complex [Pd(κ2‐P,O‐{2‐(2‐MeOC6H4)2P}C6H4SO3)Me(dmso)] ( 1 ) is investigated for the copolymerization of (E) with norbornene (N) and functionalized N derivatives affording P(E‐co‐N) in excellent yields. Copolymer molar masses are higher than those of PE and increase with N concentration. In addition, the complex [Ti(κ2‐N,O‐{2,6‐F2C6H3N = C(Me)C(H) = C(CF3)O})2Cl2] ( 2 ) is evaluated as catalyst for living E‐co‐N copolymerization upon activation with dried methylaluminoxane between 25 and 90 °C. Copolymerization at different [N]/[E] feed ratios affords stereoirregular alternating high molar mass P(E‐co‐N) with narrow molar mass distribution. P(E‐co‐N) living copolymerization is demonstrated by kinetics at 50 °C. Block copolymers are synthesized and fully characterized.
