Valuable 1‐azabicycloalkane derivatives have been synthesized through a novel gold(I)‐catalyzed desulfonylative cyclization strategy. An ammoniumation reaction of ynones substituted at the 1‐position with an N‐sulfonyl azacycle took place in the presence of a gold cation by intramolecular cyclization of the disubstituted sulfonamide moiety onto the triple bond. Depending on the size of the heterocyclic ring and substitution of the substrates, two unprecedented forms of nucleophilic attack on the sulfonyl group were exploited, that is, a N‐desulfonylation in the presence of an external protic O nucleophile (37–87 %, 10 examples) and a unique N‐to‐O 1,5‐sulfonyl migration (60–98 %, 9 examples). 相似文献

Classical studies concerning “Acetobacter xylinum” focus on bacterial cellulose “BC” yield and rate in broth, after a long period of incubation (7–14 days). Such observations do not highlight bacterial physiology in the first incubation hours and its impact on BC production. In this study, the growth of a wild strain of Acetobacter was monitored in the first incubation hours. We showed the presence of two different physiologies; the first extends from the incubation moment till the formation of a sparse BC. Sparse BC modifies surface viscosity, and stabilizes hydrodynamic conditions to initiate compact BC production that marks the second physiology. Two containers, of different shapes, were used to confirm our findings, one of which is a culture tube with high drift currents on the broth-air interface, and the other is a conical flask with more stable hydrodynamic conditions at the culture’s surface. We showed that Acetobacter always follows two physiologies independent of the container shape. Logistic model, FTIR, XRD and SEM analysis are used to confirm the results. 相似文献

The synthesis of a novel pH‐sensitive hetero[4]rotaxane molecular machine through a self‐sorting strategy is reported. The original tetra‐interlocked molecular architecture combines a [c2]daisy chain scaffold linked to two [2]rotaxane units. Actuation of the system through pH variation is possible thanks to the specific interactions of the dibenzo‐24‐crown‐8 (DB24C8) macrocycles for ammonium, anilinium, and triazolium molecular stations. During this work, a novel series of hydrophobic room temperature ionic liquids (ILs) based on five ether functionalized sulfonium cations bearing the bis{(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl}imide, [NTf2]? anion were synthesized and characterized. Their physicochemical properties, such as density, viscosity and ionic conductivity, electrochemical window, along with thermal properties including phase transition behavior and decomposition temperature, have been measured. All of these ILs showed large liquid range temperature, low viscosity, and good conductivity. Additionally, by combining DFT calculations along with electrochemical characterization it appears that these novel ILs show good electrochemical stability windows, suitable for the potential application as electrolyte materials in electrochemical energy storage devices. 相似文献

Worst-case design is important whenever robustness to adverse environmental conditions must be ensured regardless of their probability. It leads to minimax optimization, which is most often treated assuming that prior knowledge makes the worst environmental conditions obvious, or that a closed-form expression for the performance index is available. This paper considers the important situation where none of these assumptions is true and where the performance index must be evaluated via costly numerical simulations. Strategies to limit the number of these evaluations are then of paramount importance. One such strategy is proposed here, which further improves the performance of an algorithm recently presented that combines a relaxation procedure for minimax search with the well-known Kriging-based EGO algorithm. Expected Improvement is computed in the minimax optimization context, which allows to further reduce the number of costly evaluations of the performance index. The interest of the approach is demonstrated on test cases and a simple engineering problem from the literature, which facilitates comparison with alternative approaches. 相似文献

Lead is known to be toxic, especially in its organic forms (organolead, OL). In the environment tetraalkyllead species are rapidly degraded by sunlight and atmospheric constituents like ozone or hydroxyl radicals. Such breakdown yields the soluble forms such as trialkyllead and dialkyllead and finally ionic lead species. The liquid membrane extraction probe (LMP) device has been developed and used as an extraction and preconcentration tool for the speciation analysis of organolead compounds by GC/MS. It allows analysis of OL species at low concentrations in complicated matrices of environmental samples. The effect of pH, stirring rate, and time that influence the extraction efficiency of OL extraction by the LMP method were optimized. The transformation of tetramethyllead in aqueous media at different concentrations of major ions K(+), Na(+), Ca(2+), Mg(2+), Cl(-), SO(4)(2-) and the application of LMP to environmental samples are presented. It was found that degradation of tetramethyllead takes between 24 and 37 days. The detection limit (LOD) of the method for all organolead species investigated is around 4.7 microg/L, with a limit of quantitation of 15 microg/L. 相似文献
