We propose a new mechanism for constructing waveguide intersections with broad bandwidth and low cross talk in photonic crystal (PC) circuits. The intersections are created by combination of coupled-cavity wave-guides (CCWs) with conventional line-defect waveguides. This mechanism utilizes the strong dependence of the defect coupling on the field pattern in the defects and the alignment of the defects (i.e., the coupling angle) in CCWs. By properly designing the defect mode, we demonstrate through numerical simulation the establishment of such a waveguide intersection in one of the most useful PCs, which is based on a two-dimensional triangular lattice of air holes made in a dielectric material. The transmission of a 500-fs pulse at ~1.3 microm is simulated by use of the finite-difference time-domain method, showing negligible distortion and low cross talk. 相似文献

In the study of disease spreading on empirical complex networks in SIR model, initially infected nodes can be ranked according to some measure of their epidemic impact. The highest ranked nodes, also referred to as “superspreaders”, are associated to dominant epidemic risks and therefore deserve special attention. In simulations on studied empirical complex networks, it is shown that the ranking depends on the dynamical regime of the disease spreading. A possible mechanism leading to this dependence is illustrated in an analytically tractable example. In systems where the allocation of resources to counter disease spreading to individual nodes is based on their ranking, the dynamical regime of disease spreading is frequently not known before the outbreak of the disease. Therefore, we introduce a quantity called epidemic centrality as an average over all relevant regimes of disease spreading as a basis of the ranking. A recently introduced concept of phase diagram of epidemic spreading is used as a framework in which several types of averaging are studied. The epidemic centrality is compared to structural properties of nodes such as node degree, k-cores and betweenness. There is a growing trend of epidemic centrality with degree and k-cores values, but the variation of epidemic centrality is much smaller than the variation of degree or k-cores value. It is found that the epidemic centrality of the structurally peripheral nodes is of the same order of magnitude as the epidemic centrality of the structurally central nodes. The implications of these findings for the distributions of resources to counter disease spreading are discussed. 相似文献

采用直流磁控共溅射技术, 以Ar与N2为源气体, 硅片为衬底成功地制备了Fe, Mn掺杂AlN薄膜. 利用X射线衍射和拉曼光谱研究了工作电流、靶基距离等工艺参数的改变对薄膜结构的影响. 利用扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析仪对薄膜的表面形貌和组成成分进行了分析. 利用振动样品磁强计在室温下对Fe, Mn掺杂AlN薄膜进行了磁性表征. Mn掺杂AlN薄膜表现出顺磁性的原因可能是由于Mn掺杂浓度较高, 在沉积过程部分Mn以团簇的形式存在, 反铁磁性的Mn团簇减弱了体系的铁磁交换作用. Fe掺杂AlN薄膜表现出室温铁磁性, 这可能是AlFeN三元化合物作用的结果. 随着Fe 掺杂AlN薄膜中Fe原子浓度从6.81%增加到16.17%, 其饱和磁化强度Ms由0.27 emu·cm-3逐渐下降到0.20 emu·cm-3, 而矫顽力Hc则由57 Oe增大到115 Oe (1 Oe=79.5775 A/m), 这一现象与Fe离子间距离的缩短及反铁磁耦合作用增强有关.

采用传统固相法和水热法成功地制备出棒状La2Zr2O7:Eu3+荧光粉. 利用X射线粉末衍射仪、透射电镜和荧光光谱仪等分析了产物的结构、形貌和发光特性. 结果表明红色荧光粉La2Zr2O7:Eu3+有良好的晶相,属于立方结构,空间点群为Fd3m; 其形貌主要为纳米棒, 平均直径约47 nm, 长度为50~700 nm. 并对纳米棒的生长机理进行了探讨. 在466 nm蓝光激发下,La2Zr2O7:Eu3+荧光粉能发射出Eu3+的特征红色荧光,发射主峰位于616 nm处,归属于Eu3+的5DO→7F2超灵敏电偶极跃迁.此外,在产物的发射光谱中能够观察到5D1→7FJ (J=0, 1, 2)跃迁和5D1→7FJ (J=1, 2, 4)跃迁的劈裂峰,这说明Eu3+处在低对称性的晶体场格位中. 相似文献

The excitation energy transfer between a donor–acceptor pair with fixed distance apart through energy exchanging with environment is investigated. The total system is modeled as two two-level systems (TLSs) interacting with many harmonic oscillators. The pair behaves coherently or incoherently, depending on whether the dipolar coupling is stronger or weaker than the TLS–environment coupling. The environmental linear dispersion relation gives an analytical solution to the pair?s probability involving all the retardation times. We found that the long-time trapping of energy within the pair is caused by the inhibiting dark-state radiative decay when two TLSs are at half a resonant wavelength. 相似文献

High-brightness and color-stable two-wavelength hybrid white organic light emitting diodes (HWOLEDs) with the configuration of indium tin oxide (ITO)/ N, N, N, N-tetrakis(4-methoxyphenyl)-benzidine (MeO-TPD): tetrafluoro-tetracyanoqino dimethane (F4-TCNQ)/N,N-di(naphthalene-1-yl)-N,N-diphenyl-benzidine (NPB)/ 4,4-N,N-dicarbazolebiphenyl (CBP): iridium (III) diazine complexes (MPPZ) 2 Ir(acac)/NPB/2-methyl-9,10-di(2-naphthyl)anthracene (MADN): p-bis(p-N,N-di-phenyl-aminostyryl)benzene (DSA-ph)/bis(10-hydroxybenzo[h] quino-linato)beryllium complex (Bebq2)/LiF/Al have been fabricated and characterized. The optimal brightness of the device is 69932 cd/m2 at a voltage of 13 V, and the Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage (CIE) chromaticity coordinates are almost constant during a large voltage change of 6-12 V. Furthermore, a current efficiency of 15.3 cd/A at an illumination-relevant brightness of 1000 cd/m2 is obtained, which rolls off slightly to 13.0 cd/A at an ultra high brightness of 50000 cd/m2. We attribute this great performance to wisely selecting an appropriate spacer together with effectively utilizing the combinations of exciton-harvested orange-phosphorescence/blue-fluorescence in the device. 剪切光束成像(sheared-beam imaging,SBI)技术是一种利用三束剪切相干激光照明的非传统成像技术,该技术通过探测器阵列接收目标反射回波的散斑图进行计算成像,在对远距离暗弱目标高分辨率成像方面有着独特的优势.大气湍流引起的光束波前畸变是影响SBI成像质量的一个关键因素,因此本文从湍流引起的激光波前畸变对目标频谱信息提取的影响入手,建立了光束波前畸变对成像影响的理论模型.利用多层相位屏模型模拟了近地25 km大气对SBI光束传输的影响.通过计算机仿真,得到了不同激光发射孔径和不同成像距离时SBI的成像结果.仿真结果表明,选取合适的发射孔径尺寸可以有效缓解湍流对光束波前质量的影响,从而提升成像质量.在Hutchin的研究基础上,对孔径选择范围的已有研究成果进行了扩展与深化.给出了SBI系统发射孔径尺寸选取的建议,为SBI对不同高度目标成像的像质差异分析提供了参考. 相似文献

This paper deals with a probabilistic formulation of the wave scattering from a periodic random surface. When a plane wave is incident on a random surface described by a periodic stationary stochastic process, it is shown by a group-theoretic consideration that the scattered wave may have a stochastic Floquet form, i.e. a product of a periodic stationary random function and an exponential phase factor. Such a periodic stationary random function is then written by a harmonic series representation similar to a Fourier series, where Fourier coefficients are mutually correlated stationary processes instead of constants. The mutually correlated stationary processes are represented by Wiener - Hermite functional series with unknown coefficient functions called Wiener kernels. In case of a slightly rough surface and TE wave incidence, low-order Wiener kernels are determined from the boundary condition. Several statistical properties of the scattering are calculated and illustrated in figures. 相似文献
