Substituents can induce dramatic changes in the photoluminescence properties of N,O‐chelated boron complexes. Specifically, the boron complexes of 2‐(benzothiazol‐2‐yl)phenols become bright deep blue‐ and orange‐red‐emitting materials depending on amino substituents at the 5‐ and 4‐positions of 2‐(benzothiazol‐2‐yl)phenol, respectively. Absorption and emission data show that the resulting boron complexes have little or small overlap between the absorption and emission spectra and, furthermore, X‐ray crystal structures for both the blue and orange‐red complexes indicate the absence of π–π stacking interaction in the crystal‐packing structures. These features endow the boron complexes with bright and strong photoluminescence in the solid state, which distinguishes itself from the typical boron complexes of dipyrromethenes (BODIPYs). A preliminary study indicates that the blue complexes have promising electro‐optical characteristics as dopant in an organic light‐emitting diode (OLED) device and show chromaticity close to an ideal deep blue. The substituent effects on the photoluminescent properties may be used to tune the desired emission wavelength of related boron or other metal complexes.  相似文献

O(6)-(Benzotriazol-1H-yl)guanosine and its 2'-deoxy analogue are readily converted to the O(6)-allyl derivatives that upon diazotization with t-BuONO and TMS-N(3) yield the C-2 azido derivatives. We have previously analyzed the solvent-dependent azide·tetrazole equilibrium of C-6 azidopurine nucleosides, and in contrast to these, the O(6)-allyl C-2 azido nucleosides appear to exist predominantly in the azido form, relatively independent of solvent polarity. In the presently described cases, the tetrazole appears to be very minor. Consistent with the presence of the azido functionality, each neat C-2 azide displayed a prominent IR band at 2126-2130 cm(-1). A screen of conditions for the ligation of the azido nucleosides with alkynes showed that CuCl in t-BuOH/H(2)O is optimal, yielding C-2 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleosides in 70-82% yields. Removal of the silyl groups with Et(3)N·3HF followed by deallylation with PhSO(2)Na/Pd(PPh(3))(4) gave the C-2 triazolylinosine nucleosides. In a continued demonstration of the versatility of O(6)-(benzotriazol-1H-yl)purine nucleosides, one C-2 triazolylinosine derivative was converted to two adenosine analogues via these intermediates, under mild conditions. Products were desilylated for biological assays. The two C-2 triazolyl adenosine analogues demonstrated pronounced antiproliferative activity in human ovarian and colorectal carcinoma cell cultures. When evaluated for antiviral activity against a broad spectrum of DNA and RNA viruses, some of the C-2 triazolylinosine derivatives showed modest inhibitory activity against cytomegalovirus.  相似文献

Synthesis of 1,2-disubstituted benzimidazoles has been developed by the condensation of diamine with aldehydes using nano In2O3 as an efficient catalyst under mild reaction conditions in aqueous media. The procedure is applicable to aryl, aliphatic, heteroaryl aldehydes. In2O3 nanoparticles are recyclable without the loss of significant catalytic activity.  相似文献

A theoretical model for 1H-1H dipolar nuclear spin relaxation for a bi-spaced periodic one-dimensional array of spin 1/2 nuclei has been developed. A diffusion equation is formed for such a system by assuming nearest-neighbor interaction and isotropic random molecular reorientations. Under spin-diffusion conditions (omegatauc>1), this equation has been solved using Laplace transform for an infinite chain. The results are presented for the boundary conditions described for truncated driven Nuclear Overhauser effect experiments. The solution is further generalized by making the inter-spin spacing as a random variable with a Gaussian distribution.  相似文献

Lead halide perovskites possess unique characteristics that are well-suited for optoelectronic and energy capture devices, however, concerns about their long-term stability remain. Limited stability is often linked to the methylammonium cation, and all-inorganic CsPbX3 (X=Cl, Br, I) perovskite nanocrystals have been reported with improved stability. In this work, the photostability and thermal stability properties of CsPbX3 (X=Cl, Br, I) nanocrystals were investigated by means of electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis coupled with FTIR (TGA-FTIR), ensemble and single particle spectral characterization. CsPbBr3 was found to be stable under 1-sun illumination for 16 h in ambient conditions, although single crystal luminescence analysis after illumination using a solar simulator indicates that the luminescence states are changing over time. CsPbBr3 was also stable to heating to 250 °C. Large CsPbI3 crystals (34±5 nm) were shown to be the least stable composition under the same conditions as both XRD reflections and Raman bands diminish under irradiation; and with heating the γ (black) phase reverts to the non-luminescent δ phase. Smaller CsPbI3 nanocrystals (14±2 nm) purified by a different washing strategy exhibited improved photostability with no evidence of crystal growth but were still thermally unstable. Both CsPbCl3 and CsPbBr3 show crystal growth under irradiation or heat, likely with a preferential orientation based on XRD patterns. TGA-FTIR revealed nanocrystal mass loss was only from liberation and subsequent degradation of surface ligands. Encapsulation or other protective strategies should be employed for long-term stability of these materials under conditions of high irradiance or temperature.  相似文献

The measurement of fluorescence lifetimes, especially in small sample volumes, presents the dual challenge of probing a small number of fluorophores and fitting the concomitant sparse data set to the appropriate excited‐state decay function. A common method of analysis, such as the maximum likelihood (ML) technique, assumes a uniform probability distribution of the parameters describing the fluorescence decay function. An improvement is thus suggested by implementing a suitable nonuniform distribution, as is provided by a Bayesian framework, where the distribution of parameters is obtained from both their prior knowledge and the evidence‐based likelihood of an event for a given set of parameters. We have also considered the Dirichlet prior distribution, whose mathematical form enables analytical solutions of the fitting parameters to be rapidly obtained. If Gaussian and exponential prior distributions are judiciously chosen, they reproduce the experimental target lifetime to within 20% with as few as 20 total photon counts for the data set, as does the Dirichlet prior distribution. But because of the analytical solutions afforded by the Dirichlet prior distribution, it is proposed to employ a Dirichlet prior to search parameter space rapidly to provide, if necessary, appropriate parameters for subsequent employment of a Gaussian or exponential prior distribution.  相似文献
