N-(substituted)-N'-(2,3-dihydro-5-benzoyl-2-oxido-1H-1,3,2-benzodiazaphosphol-2-yl) ureas were synthesized by reacting 3,4-diaminobenzophenone (4) with different chlorides of carbamidophosphoric acids (3) in the presence of triethylamine at 40-45 degrees C. Their 1H-, 13C- and 31P-NMR spectral data are discussed. The title compounds were screened for antifungal and antibacterial activity against the fungi Aspergillus niger and Fusarium solani and bacteria Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. These compounds showed higher antibacterial activity when compared with antifungal activity. 相似文献

Cloud point extraction was applied as a method for preconcentration of rhodium after formation of a complex with 2-propylpiperidine-1-carbodithioate
(2-PPC), and later determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry using TritonX-114 as surfactant. Rhodium was complexed
with 2-PPC in an aqueous phase and kept for 15 min in a thermostatted bath at 40 °C. Separation of the two phases was accomplished
by centrifugation for 15 min at 4000 rpm. The chemical variables affecting the cloud point extraction were optimized and successfully
applied to rhodium determination in various water samples. Under optimized conditions, the preconcentration system (100 mL
sample) permitted an enhancement factor of 50. The detection limits obtained under optimal conditions was 0.052 ng mL−1. The extraction efficiency was investigated at different rhodium concentrations (7.0–42.0 μg mL−1), and good recoveries (96.42–99.14%) were obtained using this method. An intercrosslinked network of cyanate ester (CE)-bismaleimide (BMI) modified epoxy matrix system was made by using epoxy resin, 1,3-dicyanatobenzene and bismaleimide (N,N′-bismaleimido-4,4′-diphenyl methane) with diaminodiphenylmethane as curing agent. BMI-CE-epoxy matrices were characterised using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and heat deflection temperature (HDT) analysis. The matrices, in the form of castings, were characterised for their mechanical properties such as tensile strength, flexural strength and unnotched Izod impact test as per ASTM methods. Mechanical studies indicated that the introduction of cyanate ester into epoxy resin improves the toughness and flexural strength with reduction in tensile strength and glass transition temperature, whereas the incorporation of bismaleimide into epoxy resin influences the mechanical and thermal properties according to its percentage content. DSC thermograms of cyanate ester as well as BMI modified epoxy resin show an unimodal reaction exotherm. Electrical properties were studied as per ASTM method and the morphology of the BMI modified epoxy and CE-epoxy systems were studied by scanning electron microscope. 相似文献

In most of the numerical approaches proposed for modeling high-intensity plasma-arcs, the effects of turbulence on the arc structure are often excluded because of the intricate physics originating from the interaction of turbulent scales, high-temperature gas dynamics, magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) and chemical kinetics. The goal of this study is threefold: to develop a generic turbulent MHD model to simulate free-burning arc discharges, to validate the code with available experimental data, and to investigate the effect of an external field and turbulent cross flow on the free-burning arc configuration. The governing equations are solved in conservative form using a hybrid scheme that combines a high-order monotonic upwind scheme with a second-order central scheme. The fluid and MHD turbulence are resolved using a large eddy simulation (LES) approach with a recently developed sub-grid closure model. An implicit scheme is used to compute the magnetic diffusion term appearing in the magnetic induction equation to alleviate the severe time-step constraint. The comparison of the model prediction with experimental data for Argon arcs at different current intensities shows generally good agreement. When an external field is applied, the overall shape of the free-burning arc drastically changes. The straightening of the arc indicates the potential for stabilization of a free-burning arc by magnetic forces. Even though the turbulence is significantly attenuated as a result of the thermal expansion near the cathode, it adds an unsteady characteristic to the arc and, in general, has a negative impact on the stabilization of the electrical discharge. 相似文献

In order to bring out the nature of the factors influencing lake water composition, multivariate statistical analysis and trend analysis were performed based on the hydrochemical data of the study area, namely, South Chennai. Change in land use pattern and settlements along the banks of the lakes alters the quality and quantity of the surface water. In the present study, the R‐mode factor analysis and cluster analysis were applied to the geochemical parameters of the water to identify the factors affecting the chemical composition of the lake water. Dendograms of both the seasons give three major clusters, reflecting the groups of unpolluted to moderately polluted, polluted, and heavily polluted stations. The movement of stations from one cluster to another clearly brings out the seasonal variation in the chemical composition of the lake water. The complex hydrochemical data of the surface water were interpreted by condensing them into three major factors. Factor score analysis was used successfully to delineate the stations under study and the role of the contributing factors, and the nature of factors responsible for the variation in chemical composition of the water has been clearly brought out. Results of trend analysis using ArcGIS clearly indicate that the trend in water quality is deteriorating at a faster rate in the eastern part of the study area. It is understood that although natural shifts probably can account for some of the variation, it is most likely that human activities play a major role in affecting the water quality on a regional scale. Abstract A new series of α-aminophosphonates have been synthesized by a one-pot three-component reaction of 2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxine-6-carbaldehyde, various amines, and dimethyl phosphite by using nano-TiO2 as a catalyst under solvent-free conditions at 50°C. The major advantages of the present method are high yields, short reaction times, recyclable catalyst, and solvent-free reaction conditions. Among these new structurally diversified set of α-aminophosphonates, dimethyl (2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxin-6-yl)(3-nitrophenylamino) methylphosphonate and dimethyl (2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxin-6-yl)(4-fluoro-3-nitro-phenyl-amino) methylphosphonate have shown higher antioxidant activity in diphenyl picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) scavenging, reducing power assay, and lipid peroxidation methods. 相似文献

Abstract A simple, efficient, and environmentally benign methodology has been accomplished for the synthesis of α-aminophosphonates by one-pot three-component reaction of ethyl-2-amino-α-(methoxy-imino)-4-thiazoleacetate, aldehydes, and diethylphosphite by using Amberlyst-15 as catalyst at room temperature under solvent-free conditions. Their chemical structures were characterized by infrared (IR), NMR (1H, 13C & 31P), mass spectral, and elemental analysis.
