The complex interplay between dislocations and deformation-induced twinning leads to a relatively poor formability of magnesium at room temperature. For understanding the complicated behavior of this metal, a novel model is presented. It is based on a variational principle. Within this principle based on energy minimization, dislocation slip is modeled by crystal plasticity theory, while the phase decomposition associated with twinning is considered by sequential laminates. The proposed model captures the transformation of the crystal lattice due to twinning in a continuous fashion by simultaneously taking dislocation slip within both, possibly co-existent, phases into account. In this study, new Fe3O4@gly@thiophen@Cu(NO3)2 magnetic nanoparticles were synthesized. The final product was used as an efficient and novel magnetic nanocatalyst for synthesizing new derivatives of thiazolo[3,2-a] chromeno[4,3-d]pyrimidine-6(7H) in a short time and with higher efficiency. In the synthesis of Fe3O4@gly@thiophen@Cu(NO3)2 magnetic nanoparticles, the use of glycine proved an inexpensive and readily available coating for Fe3O4 than previously reported materials, and the structure was confirmed using scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, energy-dispersive x-ray (EDX) spectroscopy, EDX mapping, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis/derivative thermogravimetry, and vibrating sample magnetometry. The biological properties of magnetic nanoparticles were evaluated, and they exhibited acceptable antifungal and antibacterial properties in terms of minimum inhibitory concentration, minimum fungicidal concentration, and minimum bactericidal concentration. 相似文献

Metallic nanoparticles have gained significant attention in the area of biomedical technology. Because of its high surface area, metallic nanoparticles are being widely used in various fields including the medical and engineering sciences. One of the valuable applications of metallic nanoparticles especially copper, zinc, and iron nanoparticles is increasing the physiological function of central nervous system. Besides, Iranian people are using the Salvia chloroleuca for neuroprotective properties. In the present research, iron nanoparticles were biosynthesized by S. chloroleuca leaf aqueous extract as reducing and stabilizing agents. Also, we revealed the protective effect of FeNPs in methadone-treated PC12 cells. FeNPs were characterized and analyzed using common nanotechnology techniques including FT-IR, UV–Vis. spectroscopy; EDS, TEM, and FE-SEM. TEM and FE-SEM images revealed a uniform spherical morphology for FeNPs. In the biological part of the current study, the both treatments of FeNPs significantly (p ≤ 0.01) reduced the cell cytotoxicity and cell death index as well as increased the cell viability and cell proliferation in methadone-treated PC12 cells. In these treatments, mitochondrial membrane potential significantly (p ≤ 0.01) increased compared to methadone-induced PC12 cells. DPPH free radical scavenging test was did to evaluate the antioxidant potentials of FeCl3, S. chloroleuca, and FeNPs. DPPH test indicated similar antioxidant activities for S. chloroleuca, FeNPs, and butylated hydroxytoluene. In current experiment, we concluded that iron nanoparticles biosynthesized by S. chloroleuca leaf aqueous extract suppressed methadone-induced cell death in a dose-dependent manner in PC12 cells. 相似文献

In this paper, a novel numerical method is proposed to solve specific third order ODE on semi-infinite interval. These kinds of problems often occur in laminar boundary layer with temperature dependent viscosity. Runge-Kutta method incorporating with optimization techniques is used to solve the problem. First, the semi-infinite interval is transformed into a finite interval. Second, by converting the boundary value problem, with some initial and distributed unknowns, into an optimization problem, solving the original problem is limited to solving a multiobjective optimization problem. Third, we use shooting-Newton’s method for solving this optimization problem. It is shown that the Falkner-Skan problem with constant surface temperature, that arise during the solution for the laminar forced convection heat transfer from wedges to flow, can be solved accurately and simultaneously by this strategy. Numerical results for different values of wedge angle and Prandtl number are presented, which are in good agreement with some of the successful provided solutions in the literature. 相似文献
