Herein, we describe the synthesis of molecular scaffolds consisting of medium‐sized fused heterocycles using amino acids, which are some of the most useful building blocks used by nature as well as chemists to create structural diversity. The acyclic precursors were assembled by using traditional Merrifield solid‐phase peptide synthesis, and cyclization was carried out through acid‐mediated tandem endocyclic N‐acyliminium ion formation, followed by nucleophilic addition with internal nucleophiles. The synthesis of molecular scaffolds consisting of seven‐, eight‐, and nine‐membered rings proceeded with full stereocontrol of the newly generated stereogenic center in most cases.  相似文献

Sailing the seven ‘C's : 2,2,3‐Trimethylbutane (triptane) selectively forms from dimethyl ether at low temperatures on acid zeolites. Selective methylation at less‐substituted carbons, relative rates of methylation to hydrogen transfer as a function of chain size, slow skeletal isomerization, and β‐scission cracking of triptyl chains and their precursors are intrinsic properties of carbenium ions and account for the remarkable triptane selectivities within C7 .

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) enantioseparation of terazosin (TER) was accomplished on the immobilised-type Chiralpak IC chiral stationary phase (CSP) under both polar organic and reversed-phase modes. A simple analytical method was validated using a mixture of methanol–water–DEA 95:5:0.1 (v/v/v) as a mobile phase. Under reversed-phase conditions good linearities were obtained over the concentration range 8.76–26.28 μg mL−1 for both enantiomers. The limits of detection and quantification were 10 and 30 ng mL−1, respectively. The intra- and inter-day assay precision was less than 1.66% (RSD%). The optimised conditions also allowed to resolve chiral and achiral impurities from the enantiomers of TER. The proposed HPLC method supports pharmacological studies on the biological effects of the both forms of TER and analytical investigations of potential drug formulations based on a single enantiomer. At the semipreparative scale, 5.3 mg of racemic sample were resolved with elution times less than 12 min using a mobile phase consisting of methanol–DEA 100:0.1 (v/v) and both enantiomers were isolated with a purity of ≥99% enantiomeric excess (ee). The absolute configuration of TER enantiomers was assigned by comparison of the measured specific rotations with those reported in the literature.  相似文献

Stable mesoporous membranes with a cubic structure, based on the MCM-48 material, were successfully prepared on alumina supports by hydrothermal synthesis, starting from sols having both CTABr and TPAOH structure directing agents. The inclusion of a zeolite (MFI-type) precursor during membrane synthesis led to partial zeolite incorporation into the porous structure, giving rise to a hydrothermally stable membrane. The mean pore diameter of the membrane was 2.5 nm, and permeation experiments confirmed that transport across the membrane was governed by Knudsen diffusion and that there were no pinholes.  相似文献

A radiochemical procedure is described for the measurement of 0.1 Bq 237Np in a solution containing similar activity concentrations of Th, U, Pu and Am as well as activity concentrations of 60Co, 90Sr and 137Cs one hundred times higher. A tracer of 239Np (milked from 243Am) was used as an isotopic spike for chemical yield determination. The relationship between gamma-counting geometries for ampoule (liquid) and NdF3 (solid) 239Np sources was established so that Np chemical yields could be measured by a comparative method. Efficiencies of alpha-spectrometers for 237Np in NdF3 sources were measured by a bootstrap technique. Two sets of experiments were designed and used to test out the procedure.  相似文献

Summary The complex [RuH(CO)(NCMe)2(PPh3)2]BF4 (1) is an efficient and regioselective catalyst precursor for the hydrogenation of polyaromatic nitrogen compounds such as quinoline (Q), isoquinoline (iQ), indole (ln), 5,6- and 7,8-benzoquinoline (BQ) and acridine (A) under relatively mild reaction conditions (125 °C, 4 atm H2). The order of individual initial rates was: A > Q > 5,6-BQ > 7,8-BQ > ln > iQ, reflecting both steric and electronic effects. For the regioselective homogeneous hydrogenation of A to 9,10-dihydroacridine (DHA) catalysed by complex (1), a kinetic study was carried out; the experimentally determined rate law was r = k 1 [Ru] [H2]. These findings are consistent with a mechanism involving the hydrogenation of [RuH(CO)(A)(NCMe)(PPh3)2]BF4 to yield DHA and the unsaturated species [RuH(CO)(NCMe)(PPh3)2]BF4 in the rate-determining step.  相似文献

Anhydrites(II)- CaSO4 were prepared from two waste gypsums (PRECHEZA Perov, FOSFA Potorná). The samples of anhydrites(II) with sulphate activators were tested on spillage, beginning and the end of setting time, bending and pressure strength. Both sodium and potassium sulphates accelerated setting of anhydrite, more impressively that prepared from Potorná gypsum. The addition of Na2SO4 influenced the strength of this anhydrite very favourably. On the contrary K2SO4 influenced favourably the strength of Perov anhydrite. Results confirm the necessity to evaluate properties of such materials with respect to their origin.  相似文献

Reaction of azaenolates of 2-alkyl-oxa(thia)zolines 6 with imidoyl chlorides 7 as electrophiles to furnish masked N-substituted beta-enamino acid derivatives 1-2 in 70-90% yield is described. Alternative routes are discussed. Compounds 1-2 generally appear in one tautomeric form, imino or enamino, depending on the nature of the imidoyl chloride. The configuration of the enamino moiety (Z) and the conformation (s-cis) of compounds 1-2 obtained were established by an NMR study and unequivocally set by nuclear Overhauser effect difference experiments. An X-ray structure of compound 1e is also reported, showing a strong intramolecular NH.N hydrogen bond. Ab initio calculations (HF/3-21G and HF/3-21+G) have been carried out on several representative examples (1e, 1p, and 1l) in an attempt to support and provide the correct geometry of these derivatives. Structural considerations among the possible isomers of compounds 1 are discussed. From these studies it was concluded that the theoretical calculations agree with the experimental results. In addition, a very simple one-pot procedure for the preparation of masked N-substituted alpha-alkylated beta-enamino acid derivatives 2 from 6, 7, and different alkyl halides (R(3)Y) is described.  相似文献

Summary We assessed the applicability of the extrapolation procedure at infinite scanning rate to differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) data related to irreversible protein unfolding. To this aim, an array of DSC curves have been simulated on the basis of the Lumry-Eyring model N↔U→F. The results obtained confirmed that when the apparent equilibrium constant Kapp (T=T1/2) is lower than 3, the application of the extrapolation procedure provides accurate thermodynamic parameters. Although this procedure applies only to monomeric proteins for which the Lumry-Eyring model is a reasonable approximation, it will hopefully contribute to increase the potential of DSC in obtaining reliable thermodynamic information regarding the folding/unfolding equilibrium.  相似文献
