针对汽轮发电机组的单一故障诊断的局限性,对现有的故障进行分析和比较.根据振动信号的基本原理,应用了综合模糊诊断的方法对汽轮机的六种常见故障进行诊断.首先由不同故障在不同特征倍频的比例关系得到故障的模糊矩阵,分段对故障振动信号求隶属度,再与故障的模糊矩阵相乘即可求出各故障的隶属度,并用Minkowski距离公式计算隶属度距离大小,来判断诊断的准确性;最后提出模糊诊断的前景及存在的问题. 相似文献

In this Letter,we report the existence and relaxation properties of a critical phenomenon on called a 3D super crystal that emerges at T=TC?3.5℃,that is,in the proximity of the Curie temperature of a Cu:KTN sample.The dynamics processes of a 3D super crystal manifest in its formation containing polarized nanometric regions and/or polarized clusters.However,with strong coupling and interaction of microcomponents,the characteristic relaxation time measured by dynamic light scattering demonstrates a fully new relaxation mechanism with a much longer relaxation time.As the relaxation mechanism of a relaxator is so-far undetermined,this research provides a novel perspective.These results can help structure a fundamental theory of ferroelectric relaxation. 相似文献

We report a new approach for the self-assembly of cuboid micro-parts onto Si substrates to construct three-dimensional microstructures. To perform assembly, the Si substrates are prepared with a deep cavity array as binding sites. An aggregate composed of hundreds of uniformly aligned micro-parts is formed at the C10F18-H2O interface. The micro-parts are arranged by passing the substrate through the aggregate of micro-parts, thus the micro-parts are left on the substrate, and then the substrate is vibrated ultrasonically in the solution, making it possible for the micro-parts to fall into the cavities on the substrate. Finally the substrate is pulled out of the solution after assembly. This technique could give a high yield of up to 70%, providing a new method for micro-assembly. 相似文献

A nanostructured layer was fabricated by using fast multiple rotation rolling (FMRR) on the surface of 316L stainless steel. The microstructure in the surface was characterized by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The effects of FMRR on the microhardness, surface roughness and corrosion behavior of the stainless steel were investigated by microhardness measurements, surface roughness measurements, potentiodynamic polarization curves and pitting corrosion tests. The surface morphologies of pitting corrosion specimens were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that FMRR can cause surface nanocrystallization with the grain size ranges from 6 to 24 nm in the top surface layer of the sample. The microhardness of FMRR specimen in the top surface layer remarkably increases from 190 to 530 HV. However, the surface roughness slightly rises after FMRR treatment. The potentiodynamic polarization curves and pitting corrosion tests indicated that the FMRR treated 316L stainless steel with a surface nanocrystallized layer reduced the corrosion resistance in a 3.5% NaCl solution and enhanced the pitting corrosion rate in a FeCl3 solution. A refractive index (RI) sensor based on a novel fiber structure that consists of a single-mode-multimode-single-mode (SMS) fiber structure followed by a fiber Bragg grating was demonstrated. The multimode fiber in the SMS structure excites cladding modes within output single-mode fiber (SMF) and recouple the reflected cladding Bragg wavelength to the input SMF core. By measuring the relative Bragg wavelength shift between core and cladding Bragg wavelengths, the RI can be determined. Experimentally we have achieved a maximum sensitivity of 7.33 nm/RIU (RI unit) at RI range from 1.324 to 1.439. 相似文献

通过高温固相法合成了一系列Ba3La1-x(PO4)3∶xDy3+荧光粉材料。利用XRD测量样品的物相,结果显示样品为纯相Ba3La(PO4)3晶体。样品的激发光谱由一系列宽谱组成,峰值分别位于322,347,360,386,424,451 nm。在347 nm激发下,荧光粉在482 nm(4F9/2→6H15/2)和575 nm(4F9/2→6H13/2)处有很强的发射。研究了不同Dy3+掺杂浓度对样品发射光谱的影响,当Dy3+摩尔分数x=0.10时出现猝灭现象,浓度猝灭机理为电偶极-电偶极相互作用。确定了不同Dy3+掺杂浓度的Ba3La(PO4)3∶Dy3+的荧光寿命。Ba3La(PO4)3∶Dy3+荧光粉发射光谱的色坐标位于白光区域。 相似文献
