Oscillations and Collapses of Proto--Neutron Stars

We examine the oscillation and collapse of a relativistic star, e.g., a proto-neutron star, with an equation of state （EOS） which is Mowly changing as driven by, e.g., losing of thermal energy through radiations. We find that the frequency of the fundamental mode of oscillation （radial） will gradually increase then abruptly drop to zero when the star gets close to the point of instability. We also find that for a wide range of configurations on the unstable branch of equilibrium configurations, the collapse is dominated by one unstable mode.     

Perturbation to Mei Symmetry and Adiabatic Invariants for Nonholonomic Systems in Terms of Quasi-Coordinates

Based on the concept of adiabatic invariant, the perturbation to Meisymmetry and adiabatic invariants for nonholonomic mechanical systems interms of quasi-coordinates are studied. The definition of the perturbationto Mei symmetry for the system is presented, and the criterion of theperturbation to Mei symmetry is given. Meanwhile, the Mei adiabaticinvariants for the perturbed system are obtained.     

Circulation model for water circulation and purification in a water Cerenkov detector

Owing to its low cost and good transparency, highly purified water is widely used as a medium in large water Cerenkov detector experiments. The water circulation and purification system is usually needed to keep the water in good quality. In this work, a practical circulation model is built to describe the variation of the water resistivity in the circulation process and compared with the data obtained from a prototype experiment. The successful test of the model makes it useful in the future design and optimization of the circulation/purification system.     

N巴黎势和可能的p共振态(英文)

通过求解N巴黎光学势的复薛定谔方程,研究了N系统的近阈束缚和共振行为,得到了一个p系统的13P0共振态.发现其能量和宽度与最近BES用Breit Wigner(B W)公式分析J/ψ→γp衰变的实验数据给出的结果相容.讨论了这一结果的含义及进一步研究的建议.     

色噪声对光学双稳态的影响

采用统一色噪声近似构建了由乘法色噪声驱动的纯吸收型光学双稳态状态方程,并分析了色噪声对光学双稳态的影响,将结果与白噪声驱动的光学双稳态进行比较.结果表明:当乘法噪声与加法噪声处在正关联时,增加乘法色噪声的自关联时间r,光学双稳性的区域显著变宽,即磁滞回线面积变大;当乘法噪声与加法噪声处在负关联时,只有乘法噪声较小时,改变乘法色噪声的自关联时间r,光学双稳态才发生改变;当乘法噪声的自相关时间等于零时,本文模型退化为乘法白噪声驱动的光学双稳性状态方程.     

基于椭圆孔包层和微型双孔纤芯的新型高双折射光子晶体光纤

设计了一种新型高双折射光子晶体光纤,即其包层引入椭圆形空气孔,且以三角晶格方式周期排列,纤芯引入亚波长尺寸(~0.16 μm)的微型双孔结构阵列.采用全矢量有限元法和各向异性完美匹配层边界条件分析了该型光子晶体光纤的双折射特性和色散特性,详细介绍了该光子晶体光纤在不同的椭圆率、椭圆归一化面积、微型双孔孔径、两小孔之间间距的情况下双折射和限制损耗随波长的变化曲线.模拟结果表明,通过同时在包层和纤芯引入非对称性,获得了较高的双折射(~10^-3量级)和极低(~10^-4 dB/km)的限制损耗.提供了一种新的光子晶体光纤设计方法,即通过同时在包层和纤芯引入新结构来同时获得高双折射和低损耗.     

Ce3Rh3Si2和CeRh3Si2的磁性模拟和晶场效应研究

根据晶场理论,通过对D.Kaczorowski等人测量的磁化率倒数与温度关系曲线的模拟,得到了稀土化合物CeRh3Si2和Ce3Rh3Si2的晶场分裂能和相应波函数.对于CeRh3Si2和Ce3Rh3Si2,它们的第一激发能和总的激发能分别为176K,855K和77.5K,428K.计算表明,Kramers离子Ce3+在晶场效应的作用下,基态简并部分消除得到了三个双重态,模拟得到的化合物的磁化率倒数与温度关系曲线与实验曲线吻合较好.     

Electronic Structure and Optical Properties of Antimony-Doped SnO_2 from First-Principle Study

A first-principles study has been performed to calculate the electronic and optical properties of the SbxSn1xO system.The simulations are based upon the method of generalized gradient approximations with the Perdew-Burke-Ernzerhof form in the framework of density functional theory.The supercell structure shows a trend from expanding to shrinking with the increasing Sb concentration.The increasing Sb concentration induces the band gap narrowing.Optical transition has shifted to the low energy range with increasing Sb concentration.Other important optical constants such as the dielectric function,reflectivity,refractive index,and electron energy loss function for Sb-doped SnO2 are discussed.The optical absorption edge of SnO2 doped with Sb also shows a redshift.     

长距离光纤CATV系统中色散补偿位置的研究

研究了1 550 nm长距离光纤CATV系统中由自相位调制和色散引起的组合二阶互调劣化及其补偿问题.得出了在自相位调制和色散情况下,多级掺铒光纤放大器级联的光纤CATV系统组合二阶互调指标的计算公式.在采用啁啾光栅进行色散补偿时,对该组合二阶互调计算公式进行了修正.分析结果表明,色散补偿器的位置对补偿效果具有很大影响,理论模型计算可以得出色散补偿器的最佳位置,计算结果得到了系统仿真的验证.
