A New Cytotoxic Acetogenin from the Seeds of Annona squamosa

A New Annonaceous acetogenin,squamostolide(1),was isolated from the seeds of Annona squamosa.Its structure was elucidated based on spectroscopic methods and comparison with known compounds.It is the first example of Annonaceous acetogenin with each of the two ends of the aliphatic chain bearing a γ-lactone.Thenew compound exhibited cytotoxic activity in vitro against bel-7402 and CNE2 human tumor cell lines.     

Transition‐metal‐catalyzed reactions of 5‐methylene‐2‐oxazolidinone and 5‐methylene‐1,3‐thiazolidine‐2‐thione with isocyanates

5‐Methylene‐2‐oxazolidinone (1) and 5‐methylene‐1,3‐thiazolidine‐2‐thione (4) react with various isocyanates to give the corresponding urethanes 3 and 5 in high yields in the presence of palladium(0) or palladium(II) catalyst under mild reaction conditions. 江浙蝮蛇蛇毒蛋白C激活因子基因的克隆及测序

从江浙蝮蛇毒腺中抽提总RNA，RT－PCR进行体外扩增，获得江浙蝮蛇蛇毒蛋白C激活因子基因，克隆至pGEX-5X-3载体中，对3个重组克隆分别作DNA全序列分析，通过遗传密码推导出相应的氨基酸序列，与其它已知的丝氨酸复白酶蛇毒蛋白的氨基酸作比较，其中许多上氨基酸有很强的同源性，该基因的成功克隆，不仅推导出江浙蝮蛇蛇毒蛋白C激活因子的蛋白质序列，也为进一步开展江浙蝮蛇蛇毒蛋白C激活因子蛋白质工程的研究工作打下良好的基础。     

Synthesis and characterization of white‐light‐emitting polyfluorenes containing orange phosphorescent moieties in the side chain

Two orange phosphorescent iridium complex monomers, 9‐hexyl‐9‐(iridium (III)bis(2‐(4′‐fluorophenyl)‐4‐phenylquinoline‐N,C^2′)(tetradecanedionate‐11,13))‐2,7‐dibromofluorene (Br‐PIr) and 9‐hexyl‐9‐(iridium(III)bis(2‐(4′‐fluorophenyl)‐4‐methylquinoline‐N,C^2′)(tetradecanedionate‐11,13))‐2,7‐dibromofluorene (Br‐MIr), were successfully synthesized. The Suzuki polycondensation of 2,7‐bis(trimethylene boronate)‐9,9‐dioctylfluorene with 2,7‐dibromo‐9,9‐dioctylfluorene and Br‐PIr or Br‐MIr afforded two series of copolymers, PIrPFs and MIrPFs, in good yields, in which the concentrations of the phosphorescent moieties were kept small (0.5–3 mol % feed ratio) to realize incomplete energy transfer. The photoluminescence (PL) of the copolymers showed blue‐ and orange‐emission peaks. A white‐light‐emitting diode with a configuration of indium tin oxide/poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate)/PIr05PF (0.5 mol % feed ratio of Br‐PIr)/Ca/Al exhibited a luminous efficiency of 4.49 cd/A and a power efficiency of 2.35 lm/W at 6.0 V with Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.46, 0.33). The CIE coordinates were improved to (0.34, 0.33) when copolymer MIr10PF (1.0 mol % feed ratio of Br‐MIr) was employed as the white‐emissive layer. The strong orange emission in the electroluminescence spectra in comparison with PL for these kinds of polymers was attributed to the additional contribution of charge trapping in the phosphorescent dopants. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  对含热传导的流体动力学方程组，用有限元方法进行数值求解。采用傅里叶热传导计算热流、用热流连续条件计算单元间接触面的温度、用三角形传热法计算体单元表面的热流，考虑各向同性弹塑性流体材料模型、三项式物态方程和导热系数与状态的相关性，给出了傅里叶热传导、接触传热、热应力应变效应、以及混合物冲击压缩特性等算例。对混合物冲击温度的数值模拟表明，小颗粒混合物在冲击压缩过程中，颗粒间的温度有差别、稍有波动，并随时间趋向于一致，以至热平衡。     

A New Pathway to Synthesize Cyclomercurated Ferrocenylimines Containing Heterocyclic Ring

The cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring were prepared by the condensation of cyclomercuration of acylferrocene with the appropriate heterocyclic amine.This procedure provides an efficient method for the synthesis of cyclomerucurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring which are difficultly synthesized by the conventional method.The reaction mechanism is proposed.     

CHAOS, CHAOS CONTROL AND SYNCHRONIZATION OF A GYROSTAT SYSTEM

The dynamic behavior of a gyrostat system subjected to external disturbance is studied in this paper. By applying numerical results, phase diagrams, power spectrum, period-T maps, and Lyapunov exponents are presented to observe periodic and choatic motions. The effect of the parameters changed in the system can be found in the bifurcation and parametric diagrams. For global analysis, the basins of attraction of each attractor of the system are located by employing the modified interpolated cell mapping (MICM) method. Several methods, the delayed feedback control, the addition of constant torque, the addition of periodic force, the addition of periodic impulse torque, injection of dither signal control, adaptive control algorithm (ACA) control and bang-bang control are used to control chaos effectively. Finally, synchronization of chaos in the gyrostat system is studied.     

用光学多通道分析仪系统作高分辨光谱测量的技术

通常的光多通道分析仪(OMA)存在着同时谱宽与分辨率的矛盾.本文所述方法,在不减小谱宽的前提下,可将该分析仪光谱分辨率提高1～2量级,使之可适用于高分辨率谱研究.     

塞曼石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定粉尘降尘中痕量锡

以KOH熔样,又以KOH作基体改进剂,研究了测定锡的灰化温度、原子化行为和消除干扰及试样前处理的方法,以KOH熔解的粉尘及降尘样液,特别适用于塞曼石墨炉的测定,背景可完全扣除。方法简便、快速、准确,灵敏度和精度高。相对标准偏差为4.0%,回收牢在96.4～110%范围内。
