氧化锌微晶的制备和形貌控制

本文在溶液体系中合成了多种形貌的氧化锌(ZnO)微晶。所得花状、雪花状、棒状、多刺球状和棱柱状氧化锌微晶用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)进行了鉴定和表征,考察了反应条件如溶剂、温度及pH值对ZnO微粒尺寸和形貌的影响,初步探讨了不同形貌ZnO微粒的生长机理。该文对制备形貌可控的氧化物具有一定的指导意义。     

Sesquiterpenoids from Chloranthus spicatus （Thunb.） Makino

Two new sesquiterpenoids, namely 1β,4β-dihydroxy-5 α,8β（H）-eudesm-7（11）Z-en-8,12-olide （1） and 1β,4α-dihydroxy-5α,8β（H）-eudesm-7（11）Z-en-8,12-olide （2）, along with six known ones, homalomenol A （3）, oplodiol （4）, 5α,7α（H）-6,8-cycloeudesma-1β,4β-diol （5）, oplopanone （6）, 4β,10α-dihydroxyaromadendrane （7） and spathulenol （8）, were isolated from the aerial part of Chloranthus spicatus （Thunb.） Makino, and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods.     

The Enhancement of Efficiency of High-order Harmonic in Intense Laser Field Based on Asymptotic Boundary Conditions and Symplectic Algorithm

Asymptotic boundary condition (ABC) of laser-atom interaction presented recently is applied to transform the initial value problem of the time-dependent Schrödinger equation (TDSE) in infinite space into the initial and boundary value problem in the finite space, and then the TDSE is discretized into linear canonical equations by substituting the symmetry difference quotient for the 2-order partial derivative. The canonical equation is solved by symplectic algorithm. The ground state and the equal weight coherent superposition of the ground state and the first excited state have been taken as the initial conditions, respectively, while we calculate the population of bound states, the evolution of average distance and the high-order harmonic generation (HHG). The conversion efficiency of HHG can be enhanced by initial coherent superposition state and moderate laser intensities     

高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定小鼠组织中的新型抗心力衰竭化合物AF-HF001

建立了基于高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术的新型抗心力衰竭化合物AF-HF001在小鼠组织中的测定方法,并考察了其在小鼠体内的组织分布。采用液-液萃取对样品进行预处理,以Thermo Hypersil Gold C18色谱柱进行分离,流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,采用选择性反应监测(SRM)正离子模式检测分析物。小鼠组织中AF-HF001含量在0.5~10μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r>0.996),在加标量为1.5,4,10μg/mL的组织样品中,提取回收率大于58%,基质效应在100.38%~109.99%之间,日内和日间精密度RSD均小于15%。该方法为AF-HF001的体内分布研究及进一步药物研发提供了依据。初步结果表明,该化合物能够迅速到达心脏并迅速代谢,主要分布在肝脏组织中,其他组织中分布较少。

Synthesis and magnetic properties of μ-phenolato copper (Ⅱ) binuclear complexes with different exogenous bridges

The syntheses and magnetic properties are reported for a series of copper(Ⅱ) complexes prepared from a pentadentate binucleating ligand 2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenol di(benzoyl-hydrazone) (H3L). These complexes incorporate different exogenous ions (X-) into a bridging position to form copper(Ⅱ) binuclear complexes of the formula [Cu2(H2L)X]2+, where X-= Br-(1), Cl-(2), HO-(3), C2H5O-(4) and C3H3N2- (5). The complexes have been characterized with variable temperature magnetic susceptibility (4.2-300 K) and the observed data were fit to those from a modified Bleaney-Bowers equation by least-squares method, giving the exchange integral 2J = -6.2 cm-1 for 1, -76.4 cm-1 for 2, -241.9 cm-1 for 3, -231.1 cm-1 for 4 and -343.8 cm-1 for 5. This suggested that there is an antiferromagnetic interaction between the Cu(Ⅱ) ions and the sequence of the effect of some exogenous bridging ligands on magnetic coupling is corresponding to that in spectrochemical series.     

离聚体水基微乳液化的研究——聚苯乙烯离聚体微乳化过程相反转的表征

以乙酰磺酸为磺化剂制备磺化度为３～１５ｍｏｌ％的磺化聚苯乙烯（ＳＰＳ）并中和成盐．在一定的温度和搅拌速率下，加水将ＳＰＳ乳化成水包油的稳定水基微乳液．用乳化过程中体系电导率和粘度的变化表征了乳化相反转过程．研究了溶剂的极性和离子含量对聚苯乙烯离聚体溶液可乳化性和乳化过程及乳液稳定性的影响．     

Construction and Analysis of N-phosphoryl Peptide Libraries

N-Phosphoryl peptide libraries were constructed by transformation from homo-oligopeptide libraries, which was synthesized by self-assembly of amino acids with the assistance of phosphorus oxychloride. Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) was used to monitor the reaction.     

一个锰(Ⅲ)Schiff碱配合物[Mn(napn)(CH_3OH)_2]ClO_4的合成与晶体结构

合成了一个新配合物[Mn(napn)(CH3OH)2]ClO4 (C26H26 Cl N2O8Mn,Mr = 584.88,H2napn = 双a-萘酚醛缩乙二胺),并测定了其晶体结构。晶体属于三斜晶系,空间群P ,a = 7.813(1),b = 13.025(2),c = 14.089(2) ? = 64.89(3), = 83.98(3), = 78.11(3)海琕 = 1270.16 ?,Z = 2, Dc = 1.529 g/cm3, F(000) = 604, R = 0.0837, wR = 0.1636。锰(Ⅲ)离子的配位构型为拉长的八面体。Schiff碱配体napn2-中的N2O2在赤道平面与锰(Ⅲ)形成四配位,2个CH3OH中的O原子分别在赤道平面两侧轴向位置与锰(Ⅲ)配位。由于Jahn-Teller效应,轴向上的MnO平均键长为2.52 拧A硗猓О写嬖诜肿幽诤头肿蛹淝饧?     

酵母核糖核酸在碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为及其分析测定

研究了酵母核糖核酸（yRNA）在碳纳米管（MWNT）修饰电极上的电化学行为，优化了测定参数，在此基础上建立了一种直接测定yRNA的电分析测试方法。yRNA在碳纳米管修饰电极上于磷酸盐缓冲溶液中在0．758V处产生不可逆的氧化电流峰，峰电流与yRNA的质量浓度在1～10mg／mL之间有良好的线性关系，线性回归方程为：Iρ=0．0813ρ＋0．1807，相关系数r为0．9980，检出限为0．6mg／mL。
