免疫亲和柱净化/柱前衍生化-高效液相色谱荧光检测法测定粮谷中的T-2毒素

建立了免疫亲和柱净化/柱前衍生化-高效液相色谱荧光检测器测定粮谷中T-2毒素含量的方法。样品经甲醇-水(体积比为80∶20)混合溶剂提取,通过免疫亲和柱(IAC)净化,以氰酸蒽(1-AN)为衍生化试剂、4-二甲基氨基吡啶(DMAP)为催化剂进行衍生,以ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 柱为分离柱,乙腈-水(体积比为80∶20)为流动相进行高效液相色谱分离及荧光检测，荧光检测的激发波长为381 nm，发射波长为470 nm。T-2毒素的质量浓度为0.01~1.5 mg/L时与峰高呈良好的线性,相关系数为0.9985。在0.01~1.5 μg/g添加水平下，回收率为79.7%~94.5%,相对标准偏差小于7%；检出限（S/N＝3）为0.01 μg/g。该方法净化效果好,灵敏度高,操作简便快速。     

功能化离子液体中Ag纳米微粒的制备及摩擦学性能研究

合成了1-甲基-3-羟乙基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体([C₂OHmim]BF₄)，用红外光谱表征了其结构。以所合成的离子液体作为还原剂、稳定剂与反应介质制备了Ag纳米微粒，用XRD和TEM对微粒的结构和形貌进行了表征。在四球摩擦磨损实验机上研究了[C₂OHmim]BF₄离子液体及掺入Ag纳米微粒后的离子液体的摩擦学性能。掺入银纳米微粒后，离子液体在高载荷下的润滑性有了大幅的改善。用SEM和XPS分别对磨痕表面的形貌和元素组成、化学状态进行了分析，结果表明：在低、高载荷分别起润滑作用的是有机膜和金属-有机复合膜。

Synthesis of 1,8-Dioxo-octahydroxanthene Derivatives Catalyzed by p-Dodecylbenezenesulfonic Acid in Water

With the increasing concerns of the environment, more and more chemists are devoted to the research of the "green synthesis" which means that the reagent, solvent and catalyst are environmentally friendly in the organic chemical reactions. The importance of aqueous reaction is now generally recognized, and development of carbon-carbon bond-forming reactions that can be carried out in aqueous media is now one of the most challenging topics in organic synthesis.[1]Herein, we report a clean synthesis of 3,3,6,6-tetramethyl-9-aryl-1,8-dioxo-octahydroxanthene derivatives from aromatic aldehyde and 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexadione using p-dodecylbenezenesulfonic acid (DBSA) as the catalyst in water.This method provides several advantages such as high yield, simple work-up procedure and environmental friendliness and water was chosen as a green solvent. All the products were characterized by m.p., 1H NMR, IR and elemental analyses.     

Eu1—xTbxBa2Cu3O7—δ中Tb离子价态的研究

研究了BaTbO_3、Tb_4O_7、TbFeO_3的Tb_(4d)XPS谱,找到了表征Tb~(3+)、Tb~(4+)的特征峰,得出的高、低结合能峰强之比与Tb~(4+)/Tb含量间的依赖关系,可用于确定Eu_(1-x)Tb_xBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)中“123”相的Tb离子混合价态,用常压高温烧结法,未能获得纯“123”单相,也不易获得纯利Tb~(3+)价态样品.在Eu_(1-x)Tb_xBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)中的Tb以Tb~(3+)、Tb~(4+)混合价态存在;当x=0.3时,Tb~(4+)/Tb=0.61.引入Tb~(4+)后“123”主相Cu(2)-O(2)平面上的O_(2p)空穴数降低,这是Tb~(4+)破坏超导电性的一种可能原因。     

球状蛋白质分子中氨基酸紧密接触对性质的研究

采用CSU软件 (Contactsofstructuralunits) ,对 61种球状蛋白质分子中氨基酸紧密接触对 (Residue residuecontact)进行了研究 .重点研究了不同氨基酸在形成远程紧密接触对 (Long rangecontact)和近程紧密接触对 (Short rangecontact)时的不同能力 .发现氨基酸Leu,Val,Ile,Met,Phe,Tyr,Cys,Trp(疏性氨基酸 ,H)比较容易形成远程紧密接触对 ,氨基酸Glu,Gln ,Asp ,Asn,Lys,Ser,Arg,Pro(亲水氨基酸 ,P)比较难形成远程紧密接触对 ,而氨基酸Ala,Gly,Thr,His(中性氨基酸 ,N)在形成远程紧密接触对时能力一般 .它们平均每个氨基酸可形成 6 0 3 ,3 64和 4 43个远程紧密接触对 .同时它们在形成近程紧密接触对时能力非常接近 ,平均每个氨基酸可形成的近程紧密接触对数目在 2 3 4～ 2 85变化 ,差别非常小 .亲水氨基酸 (P) ,中性氨基酸 (N)和疏水性氨基酸 (H)在蛋白质分子结构稳定性上起着不同的作用     

含丙磺舒高分子药物的合成与表征

非甾体抗炎药丙磺舒以酯键连接到甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙酯上得含丙磺舒单体HP，HP在偶氮二异丁腈引发下均聚、与甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚合成了含丙磺舒的高分子药物，产物结构经IR，1HNMR和GPC表征。     

Tweezer分子的合成和对有机阴离子的配位效应

本文报道新的Ｔｗｅｅｚｅｒ（１）的合成，用＾１ＨＮＭＲ研究了新的Ｔｗｅｅｚｅｒ分子和对硝基苯甲酸盐的配位效应，结果表明它兴通过氢键，静电引力和芳环夹心堆叠作用而自动缔合。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of [{Cd(hmbdc)(H_2O)_3}·2H_2O]_n

A novel coordination polymer [{Cd(hmbdc)(H2O)3}·2H2O]n (hmbdc = 5-hydroxy- isophthalic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 9.599(3), b = 18.699(5), c = 7.557(2) , β = 108.198(4)°, V = 1288.6(6) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 382.60, Dc = 1.972 g/cm3, F(000) = 760, μ = 1.740, the final R = 0.0555 and wR = 0.0995 for 1732 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structural analysis shows that the intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions result in a three-dimensional supramolecular framework.
