The stereoselective synthesis of (2R,4R)-2-N-tert-butyloxycarbonyl amino-4,5-epoxido-valeric acid methyl ester 8,which is the key intermediate for the synthesis of (2′S,2R)-3-trans-nitrocyclopropyl-alanine,was first accomplished.

Tracking the optical mass centroid of single electroactive nanoparticles reveals the electrochemically inactive zone

The inevitable microstructural defects, including cracks, grain boundaries and cavities, make a portion of the material inaccessible to electrons and ions, becoming the incentives for electrochemically inactive zones in single entity. Herein, we introduced dark field microscopy to study the variation of scattering spectrum and optical mass centroid (OMC) of single Prussian blue nanoparticles during electrochemical reaction. The “dark zone” embedded in a single electroactive nanoparticle resulted in the incomplete reaction, and consequently led to the misalignment of OMC for different electrochemical intermediate states. We further revealed the dark zones such as lattice defects in the same entity, which were externally manifested as the fixed pathway for OMC for the migration of potassium ions. This method opens up enormous potentiality to optically access the heterogeneous intraparticle dark zones, with implications for evaluating the crystallinity and electrochemical recyclability of single electroactive nano-objects.

单扫描极谱法测定注射液及血清中维生素K1

建立了维生素K1的极谱测定方法.在0.05 mol·L-1 NH4Cl-NH3(pH 8.58)缓冲溶液中,维生素K1可产生一极谱还原峰,峰电位Ep为-0.39 V ;其二阶微分峰峰电流ip″与维生素K1的浓度在1.1×10-7 ～2.2×10-5 mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.998 6(n= 9 );方法的检出限为4.0×10-8 mol·L-1.13次平行测定2.2×10-5 mol·L-1维生素K1还原波二阶导数峰峰电流ip″的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.83%.本法可直接用于注射液及血清中维生素K1含量的测定.     

枸杞多糖对白血病细胞作用热化学特征研究

用微量热法研究了枸杞多糖对小鼠白血病细胞L1210代谢作用的热化学特征。结果表明，枸杞多糖对L1210细胞代谢有明显的抑制作用，为枸杞在防治肿瘤中的应用提供了可靠的信息。     

配体的空间构型及疏水性对钌（Ⅱ）多吡啶配合物与DNA作用的影响

合成了4－氰基苯基咪唑并[5,6-f]邻菲咯啉（CYIP）和2－羧基苯基咪唑并[5, 6-f]邻菲咯啉（COIP）两种新配体及它们的钌混配配合物[Ru(bpy)2CYIP](ClO4)2 ·H2O（Rul）（bpy=2,2′-联吡啶），[Ru(phen)2CYIP](ClO4)2·H2O(Ru2) (phen=1,10-邻菲咯啉），[Ru(bpy)2COIP](ClO4)2·3H2O(Ru3)和[Ru(phen)2COIP] (ClO4)2·H2O(Ru4)，并用红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁和质谱对它们进行了表征。 通过循环伏安法研究了这些配合物的电化学性质。采用电子吸收光谱、稳态荧光、 圆二色谱和粘度测定研究了配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用。结果表明配合物 Rul和Ru2通过CYIP配体以插入的方式与DNA结合，而配合物Ru3和Ru4则通过COIP配 体以部分插入的方式与DNA结合。

烟酸铬(Ⅲ)的配位结构与生物活性关系

合成了2种新型吡啶-3-羧酸(烟酸)铬(Ⅲ)螯合物,通过元素分析、热分析、红外光谱和电子光谱证明烟酸作为双齿配位体,形成具有3个六员环的螯合物Cr(Nic)3和具有2个六员环与2个H2O单体的混型配合物[Cr(Nic)2(H2O)2]Cl。通过使用效能等试验表明,在猪饲料中添加不同配位结构的烟酸铬均有明显提高饲料利用率、促进生长和显著提高机体对葡萄糖的清除率等作用。试验还表明,双齿配位的烟酸铬具有较高的生物活性、无毒、饲用后在肌体内无残留,作为饲料添加剂具有广阔的应用前景。
