茜素红与蛋白质分子Langmuir吸附聚集反应研究

在pH4.3的B-R缓冲体系中,用微相吸附-光谱修正技术[1]研究了茜素红(ARS)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)、人血清白蛋白(HSA)的结合反应。其吸附结合常数分别为:KBSA-ARS=3.950×104,KHSA-ARS=4.377×104。染料与蛋白的最大结合数分别为NARS∶NBSA=9∶1,NARS∶NHSA=7∶1。经光谱修正技术计算结合产物的实际摩尔吸光系数分别为εBSA-ARS(537nm)=2.517×104L.mol-1.cm-1,εHSA-ARS(519nm)=2.051×104L.mol-1.cm-1,检出限BSA为19mg/L,HSA为23mg/L。经探讨该结合反应机理符合Langmuir吸附聚集反应方程。

异戊二烯稀土催化聚合过程中配合物结构及其转化的~(13)C-NMR研究

本文用~(13)C-NMR研究了异戊二烯(IP)在均相催化剂(CF_3CO_2)_2LnCl·EtOH—(i-Bu)AlH—o-C_6D_4Cl_2作用下的聚合过程。单体首先被活化同稀土配位生成η~4-IP稀土配合物(反式和顺式),然后η~4-IP的C-3和C-4插入Ln-H键生成η~3-烯丙基稀土配合物——η~3-(2-甲基)丁烯基稀土配合物(同式和对式)。二维~(13)C-NMR交换谱表明η~4-IP和0η~3-烯丙基的每对异构体在常温下分别进行慢交换反应(互变异构),这一过程使插入反应在常温下得以进行。     

Synthesis of a tweezer-like bis(arylthiaalkoxy)calix[4]arene as a cation sensor for ion-selective electrodes: an investigation of the influence of neighboring halogen atoms on cation selectivity

Two novel tweezer-like 25,27-dihydroxy-26,28-bis(phenylthiaethoxy)calix[4]arenes 6 and 7 were synthesized by the reaction of 25,27-dihydroxy-26,28-bis(bromoethoxy)calix[4]arenes 3 and 4 for the evaluation of their ion-selectivity in ion-selective electrodes (ISEs). X-ray structural analysis indicated that calix[4]arene 7 is in an interesting infinite linear aggregate via self-inclusion. For investigation of the influences of substitutes on the behavior of the ISEs, the halogen substituted aryl analogues of 25,27-dihydroxy-26,28-bis(arylthiaethoxy)calix[4]arenes 8-12 were also synthesized and their ISE performances were evaluated under the same conditions. ISEs based on 6-12 as neutral ionophores were prepared, and their selectivity coefficients for Ag+ (log KAg,M(pot)) were investigated against other alkali metal, alkaline-earth metal, lead, ammonium ions and some transition metal ions using the fixed interference method (FIM). These ISEs showed excellent Ag+ selectivity over most of the interfering cations examined, except for Hg2+ having relative smaller interference (log KAg,Hg(pot) < or = 2.1). The 19F NMR spectra of 9 and 9.AgClO4 were recorded for investigation the fluorine environments in the complex. The 19F NMR spectra strongly suggested that the fluorine atoms on ionophore 9 participated in ligation with silver cation.     

一个锰(Ⅲ)Schiff碱配合物[Mn(napn)(CH_3OH)_2]ClO_4的合成与晶体结构

合成了一个新配合物[Mn(napn)(CH3OH)2]ClO4 (C26H26 Cl N2O8Mn,Mr = 584.88,H2napn = 双a-萘酚醛缩乙二胺),并测定了其晶体结构。晶体属于三斜晶系,空间群P ,a = 7.813(1),b = 13.025(2),c = 14.089(2) ? = 64.89(3), = 83.98(3), = 78.11(3)海琕 = 1270.16 ?,Z = 2, Dc = 1.529 g/cm3, F(000) = 604, R = 0.0837, wR = 0.1636。锰(Ⅲ)离子的配位构型为拉长的八面体。Schiff碱配体napn2-中的N2O2在赤道平面与锰(Ⅲ)形成四配位,2个CH3OH中的O原子分别在赤道平面两侧轴向位置与锰(Ⅲ)配位。由于Jahn-Teller效应,轴向上的MnO平均键长为2.52 拧A硗猓О写嬖诜肿幽诤头肿蛹淝饧?     

DNA-templated self-assembly of protein and nanoparticle linear arrays

Self-assembling DNA tiling lattices represent a versatile system for nanoscale construction. Self-assembled DNA arrays provide an excellent template for spatially positioning other molecules with increased relative precision and programmability. Here we report an experiment using a linear array of DNA triple crossover tiles to controllably template the self-assembly of single-layer or double-layer linear arrays of streptavidin molecules and streptavidin-conjugated nanogold particles through biotin-streptavidin interaction. The organization of streptavidin and its conjugated gold nanoparticles into periodic arrays was visualized by atomic force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.     

[C6N2H18]2[Mo5O15(HPO4)2]·H2O的水热合成与结构表征

通过水热法合成了一个新化合物[C6N2H18]2[Mo5O15(HPO4)2]·H2O,并通过IR光谱、ICP、元素分析、差热与热重分析和X射线单晶衍射分析等手段进行了表征.结果表明,晶体属三方晶系,P3(2)21空间群,a=1.1231(1)nm,c=2.2802(5)nm,V=2.4911(7)nm3,Dx=2.835Mg/m3,Z=6,最后的一致性因子R=0.0227,wR=0.0675.阴离子中Mo5O15构成一环状结构,2个HPO4一个连在环的下方,一个连在环的上方,形成类似于“飞碟”状的结构,阳离子为2个质子化的四甲基乙二胺.     

Chemical Constituents and Antibacterial and Antifungal Activities of Two Aglaia Species

In the course of searching bioactive natural products from the plant genus Aglaia, we selected two species, A. cordata and A. testicularis, for further chemical study. Totally twenty natural compounds were obtained and structurally elucidated with which eleven of them were discovered for the first time. Among these compounds, lignans, rocaglamides,aglains and bisamides were the main constituents of the two plant species. The results from a bioactive screening indicated that some of the lignans possess potent antibacterial and antifungal activity.

Further phytochemical investigation of the unique C18-norditerpenoid alkaloids from the roots of Aconitum delavayi Franch ledto the isolation of two new norditerpenoid alkaloids,delavaconitine F 1 and delavaconitine G 2.Their structures were determinedfrom spectroscopic evidence.
