Anticancer Drugs ( Ⅳ )——New Derivatives of Podophyllotoxin

Four new derivatives of podophyllotoxin, N'-podophyllic acid-N-[3-(2, 2, 5, 5-te-tramethyl-pyrrolinenyloxy)] semicarbazide(GP-11, 6), podophyllic acid [3-(2,2,5,5-te-tramethyl-pyrrolinenyloxy)]hydrazone (GP-12, 7), podophyllic acid-[4-(2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyl-1-hydroxy piperidine)]hydrazone(GP-1-OH, 8) and podophyllic acid[4-(2,2, 6, 6-tetramethyl piperidine)]hydrazone(GP-1-H, 9) were synthesized. The inhibition effect of the four new compounds on L-1210 cells were determined. The antitumor activity and toxicity of GP-1(2), GP-1-OH(8), GP-1-H(9) and VP-16-213(1) were discussed.     

PHOTOPHYSICAL STUDY OF SULFONATED POLYSTYRENE

The photophysical properties of a series of sulfonated micromolecule(paratoluenesulfonic acid,HPTS) and macromolecules (linear and crosslinked poiys.tvrene) have been studied by steady-state fluorescence spectra. The results indicate that the ground sulfonated ring associations can form in both the micromolecules and the macromolecules. The fluorescence spectra of the sulfonated crosslinked copolymers appear a red-shift when the copolymers change from hydrogen-type to sodium-t~pe, and some new emission bands appear in the long-wavelength region.These results are explained in terms of synergetic effect of hydrogen bond, π-π interaction and crosslinking effect.     

Effect of Alkali Treatment on the Structure and Catalytic Properties of ZSM-5 Zeolite

Catalytic properties of ZSM-5 zeolite samples pretreated with NaOH solution have been investigated. The samples are characterized by XRD, SEM, chemical analysis, and N2 adsorption.The results indicate that mesopores are created in ZSM-5 crystals under alkali treatment without change the microporous structure and acidic strength of the zeolite, but the crystallinity is greatly decreased under severe treatment. IR indicates that the concentration of silanol is greatly enriched by alkali treatment. The etherification activities of ZSM-5 zeolites are greatly increased byalkali-treatment. The noticeably improved catalytic activity of treated samples is ascribed to the formation of mesopores and greatly enriched silanol group.     

DNA电化学生物传感器测定水中痕量铅

采用物理涂附法将单链DNA固定到金表面得到ssDNA/Au修饰电极。研究表明,该电极在pH 5,0.2 mol/L NaAc-HAc缓冲底液中,可用于测定水中痕量Pb2 。Pb2 以Pb-DNA络合物的形式吸附在电极上,以示差脉冲伏安法测定Pb2 ,在0.15 V(vsSCE)处有灵敏的氧化峰,其峰电流与Pb2 浓度在5.0×10-8~1.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,此法的检测限为2.0×10-8mol/L,该修饰电极的稳定性和抗干扰性都较好。用该电极对饮用水中的Pb进行检测,得到了满意的结果。     

含非交换氘的四唑-锌配合物

The solvothermal reaction (D₂O) of 2,6-dideuterium-4-cyanopyridine with ZnCl₂ in the presence of NaN₃ offers a novel complex Zn(OD)(C₆H₂D₂N₄) (1) in which Zn has a distorted tetrahedron composed of two N atoms from one tetrazoyl group and pyridyl group and two O atoms from two deuteratohydroxy OD groups. Crystal data for 1: Pbcn, a=1.456 8(5) nm, b=0.659 2(2) nm, c=1.645 3(5) nm, α=90°, β=90°, γ=90°, V=1.580 0(9) nm³, Z=8, M=231.54, D_c=2.236 Mg·m^-3, μ=3.070 mm^-1, R₁=0.043 4, wR₂=0.120 6, S=1.029. CCDC: 660629.     

神木煤显微组分加氢热解特性的研究

在加压热天平上终温900℃，升温速率20℃／min,0.1MPa-3MPa的条件下考察了神木煤显微组分加氢热解的热失重行为、半焦元素分布、脱硫脱氮率及半焦的燃烧反应特性。结果表明：镜质组和丝质组的加氢热解失重行为相似，在378℃－718℃出现明显失重峰，但镜质组加氢热解失重峰温低，失重速率大，在实验压力范围（0.1MPa－3MPa)内，随热解压力升高，半焦中C含量增加，H、O含量下降，脱硫脱氮率增加，在压力为3MPa时，镜质组的脱硫率显著高于丝质组，镜质组加氢热解半焦的燃烧反应性高于丝质组半焦，随加氢热解压力的增加，半焦的燃烧反应性表现出先下降后增加的趋势。     

MORPHOLOGICAL STUDIES ON THERMOTROPIC LIQUID CRYSTALLINE POLYESTER——MORPHOLOGY OF SHEAR ORIENTED FILMS

The morphology of shear-oriented films of a thermotropic liquid crystalline polyester containing a triad ester mesogenic unit and a flexible spacer has been investigated in details. The formation conditions and process, the fine structures and the relaxation process of mat structure in the oriented films have been observed and discussed.     

肽核酸骨架分子键联卟啉的合成及结构表征

以5,10,15-三苯基-20-(4-羧基苯基)卟啉和5,10,15-三苯基-20-(4-羟基苯基)卟啉为原料, 分别与N-(Boc-氨乙基)甘氨酸乙酯(3)及其衍生物4作用, 得到了两种肽核酸骨架分子键联卟啉化合物6和8. 中间体和目标化合物均由紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振光谱、质谱及元素分析所确证. 目标化合物的荧光光谱测试结果表明, 肽核酸单元分子的链接对卟啉分子的荧光波长和强度影响不大.     

单氧代-二硒烷基-1, w-二氧取代杯[4]衍生物的合成,结构及萃取性能研究

Novel macrocyclic monooxa-diselkylene-1,ω-dioxy substituted calix[4]arene derivatives 1a-5a were synthesized by the reaction of calix[4]arene dibromides 1-5 with the disodium salt of bis（2-selenylethyl）ether in the yields between 28% and 64%. Their structures were characterized by proton and carbon NMR spectra. X-Ray structure analysis of la further confirmed the cone conformation of compounds 1a-5a. An interesting host-guest complex of la with dichloromethane via CH/π and C1/π interactions was elucidated. Extraction experiments showed that these novel monooxa-diselkylene-1,ω-dioxy substituted calix[4]arene derivatives 1a-5a had strong extraction ability towards mercury ion. The interaction of Hg^2＋with the calix ligand has also been investigated by 1^H NMR titration.     

能动抛光磨盘的变形实验研究

 能动抛光磨盘实时产生不同的表面变形，在对大口径非球面光学元件进行精磨和抛光时实现与工件表面良好的大尺寸吻合，可以消除传统光学加工采用小尺寸磨头时带来的高频残余误差并提高加工效率。以加工直径1.3m左右，F/2的抛物面光学元件为例，对能动磨盘在不同离轴度时能够产生的变形进行了计算和实验。结果表明，能动磨盘能够以较高精度产生旋转对称或非对称的抛物面形状。对能动磨盘产生变形后的残余误差进行了分析。
