设计并合成了一种新型配体１，２－二（６”－（６－甲基－４’－苯基－２，２’：６’，２”－三联吡啶基）乙烷，它是由１－（６’－甲基－２’－吡啶基）－３－苯基－２－丙烯－１－酮３与１－（６’－甲基－２’－吡啶基）－羰甲基吡啶碘盐４经改良的Ｋｒｏｈｎｋｅ法先制得取代三联吡啶５，然后在氩气流中，－８０℃与ＬＤＡ，氧化剂１，２－二溴乙烷反应，偶联生成新化合物６。３，４，５，６的结构经元素分析，ＩＲ，ＨＮＭＲ     

Synthesis and mesomorphic properties of 4-n-alkoxy 4'-[4-((4-n-alkoxy-2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-phenyl)ethynyl)benzyloxy]benzoates

Two series of tolane-based liquid crystals have been prepared that incorporate a tetrafluorophenyl moiety and a flexible methyl ether bond into the core structure. The mesomorphic properties have been studied by polarizing microscopic textural observation and DSC measurements. By comparison with their non-fluorinated analogues, the effect of tetrafluorophenylene on mesomorphic behaviour has been discussed in this paper.

非均匀基流上扰动的演变

本文用WKBJ方法统一处理了叠加在非均匀气流上的小扰动随时间的演变问题,得到了二维正压大气中重力-惯性波(快波)和涡旋波(慢波)具有不同的演变规律.前者发展时伴随着波长变短,衰减时波长变长;涡旋波与此正相反.由此可推知:在实际大气中只有短波长的快波比较显著,波长较长的快波不明显,从而不易观测到.还可解释:一个移动性的高空槽脊发展时它加宽,而衰减时总以收缩(波长变短)北退(强度减小)的形式出现.上述两种波的不同演变特性,主要由气流的不均匀性和波动的类别所决定.对于科氏参数为零的情况也对.科氏力的影响只是给波包以附加的弥散,给能量变化过程以次要的影响,并使慢波满足地转风关系.

强激光照射下,α-LiIO3晶体中晶格振动的多模激发和模之间的相互作用

本文叙述了用调Q倍频YAG脉冲激光照射α-LiIO₃晶体,在不同的散射配置下,获得了各种散射谱图。实验表明,当用e光入射时,可以比用o光入射激发起更多不同模的晶格振动;获得了E₂模的很强的一阶、二阶斯托克斯散射线和反斯托克斯散射线,E₁模Polariton的一阶、二阶、三阶斯托克斯线和反斯托克斯线,还获得了反斯托克斯频率区一条频移为469cm^-1的新线,认为是不同模的Polariton之间的相互作用引起的。最后,提到实验中初步观察到的晶体拉曼活性的“疲劳现象”。 关键词：     

On the electrostatic properties of papain in relation to its enzymatic activity

The electrostatic potentials and fields created by the thiol protease, papain, are computed on the surface envelope of the protein and in the region of its active site using a technique based on accurate multipole expansions of the electron density of appropriately chosen subunits. The effect of binding counterions to the protein is considered specifically. The possible role of the “electrostatic environment” in the functioning of the enzyme is discussed and it is found that this environment can favor the proton transfer between Cys 25 and His 159 that is thought to initiate its mode of action, but that the reasons for this appear more complicated than earlier models would suggest.     

表面效应对γ-Fe2O3微粉饱和磁化强度的影响

我们制备了直径为80—700A的γ-Fe₂O₃微粉,测量了它的比饱和磁化强度σ_s和比表面积S_a,得出经验公式:σ_s(s=σ_s(∞)(1—aS_a)。假定微粉由两部分组成:第一部分是表面层,在磁场的作用下,它的磁矩只能转到与磁场成某个角度;第二部分是内部,它的磁矩可以转到磁场的方向。从这个简单的模型出发,上述的经验公式可以得到较好的解释。 关键词：     

结晶猪、牛B1色氨酸胰岛素的制备及性质

猪、牛胰岛素经与MSC·ONSu选择性反应.随后Edman降解,和与MSC·Trp·ONp缩合,去保护制备了二个种属的[Trp]^B₁胰岛素类似物. 经醋酸纤维素电泳.氨基酸组成分析,UV吸收光谱和N-端分析鉴定,确定它们是均一的[Trp]^B₁胰岛素.鼠惊厥分析显示猪、牛[Trp]^B₁胰岛素的生物活力分别为18国际单位/毫克和17国际单位/毫克.分别相当于天然胰岛素的70％.
