Blossoms of Inula nervosa Wall. (BINW) are traditionally used as an analgesic and antitussive in China. In this study, in vitro anticomplementary activities of crude extract from BINW in 21 batches and of extracts of four monomeric compounds were evaluated by the classical pathway. The effect of the region of origin on the quality of BINW was evaluated by fingerprint analysis for the first time. Furthermore, chemometric methods including similarity analysis and principal component analysis were employed to evaluate the quality of BINW. The nine major monomeric compounds were quantitated by ultra‐high‐performance liquid chromatography. All nine analytes demonstrated excellent linearity with recoveries ranging from 97.25% to 102.76%. The limits of detection and quantification were 0.07–12.20 μg/mL and 0.22–40.27 μg/mL, respectively. Results indicate that different regions of origin have a significant effect on the quality of BINW. Fingerprint analysis in combination with chemometrics and multi‐ingredient determination is an efficient and reliable approach for quality evaluation. The BINW samples from Yunnan had the highest ratio of 1,5‐dicaffeoylquinic acid and thymol; they also exhibited significantly higher anticomplementary activity than those from three other areas. In recent years, the fingerprint of high‐performance liquid chromatography has been extensively applied in the identification and quality control of traditional Chinese medicine. It can be a potential protocol for assessing the authenticity, stability and consistency of traditional Chinese medicine and guaranteeing the expected biological activity. In this paper, a method using high‐performance liquid chromatography to identify and control the quality of the extract of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.‐Mazz. (TME) was established. With this method, the correlation coefficients of the similarity of 10 batches were ≥0.994. The TME displayed a steady proliferative effect in Lactobacillus plantarum. In brief, this study successfully built a reliable, simple and efficient method to control and confirm the quality and the stability of biological activity of the TME. 相似文献

Two DMTCNQ (DMTCNQ = 2,5‐dimethyl‐7,7,8,8‐tetracyano‐p‐quinodimethane) and DETCNQ (DETCNQ = 2,5‐diethyl‐7,7,8,8‐tetracyano‐p‐quinodimethane) gadolinium complexes [Gd(DMTCNQ)2(CH3OH)(H2O)6][DMTCNQ] · 4H2O ( 1 ) and [Gd(DETCNQ)(H2O)7][2DETCNQ] ( 2 ) were synthesized by reactions of GdCl3 · 6H2O with Li(DMTCNQ) or Li(DETCNQ). X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that complexes 1 and 2 are discrete complexes. The central metal atom in 1 is coordinated by two DMTCNQ ligand radicals whereas that in 2 is coordinated by just one DETCNQ ligand radical. The adjacent molecules are connected by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form the two‐dimensional (2D) supramolecular layer structures, which are further packed into a three‐dimensional (3D) supramolecular architecture through the π–π interactions between ligand radicals in 1 and 2 . Reaction of the Schiff base ligand H2L and dysprosium acetate result in a new planar Dy6 cluster [Dy6(μ3‐OH)L6(Ac)6] · MeOH ( 1 ) [H2L = N'‐(2‐hydroxybenzylidene)‐2‐(hydroxyimino)propanohydrazide, HAc = acetic acid], which was successfully structurally and magnetically characterized. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis revealed that 1 contained a hexanuclear dysprosium cluster [Dy6], which is composed of four Dy3 triangular units. Magnetic measurements suggest that 1 displays single‐molecule magnet (SMM) behavior which is enhanced by applying a 4000 Oe direct‐current field. The effective anisotropic barrier Ueff/kB = 14.9 K and the pre‐exponential factor τ0 = 1.31 × 10–6 s are also obtained. This work may provide more insights for the design and investigation of lanthanide‐based SMMs. 相似文献

Lanthanide coordination polymers (Ln‐CPs) are excellent candidates for designing white light materials due to their adjustable fluorescent characteristic by decorating organic ligands, changing metal centers and including guests. However, low quantum yield, weak blue emission, high prices and supply risks have hindered the application and developments of the pure Ln‐CPs materials. Herein, we have designed a new white color composite material capable of white light‐emission upon excitation at 338 nm, which fabricated by compositing a graphitic‐phase nitrogen carbon (g‐C3N4) treated with nitric acid and lanthanide‐based complexes, with the photoluminescencequantum yield (QY) in solid state reaching 11.7 %. WLEDs constructed by depositing the (g‐C3N4)0.783/Eu0.133/Tb0.083‐dbpt [dbpt = 3‐(3,5‐dicarboxylphenyl)‐5‐(pyrazinyl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole] composites on a commercial UV LED chip feature a CIE chromaticity coordinate at (0.33, 0.33), high color rendering index (CRI) of 94.6. Compared to conventional white light‐emission Ln‐CPs materials of La0.928Eu0.045Tb0.027‐dbpt and La0.896Eu0.104‐dbpt reveals that (g‐C3N4)0.783/Eu0.133/Tb0.083‐dbpt composites have higher QY and CRI values. 相似文献

Molecular ferroelectrics have displayed a promising future since they are light‐weight, flexible, environmentally friendly and easily synthesized, compared to traditional inorganic ferroelectrics. However, how to precisely design a molecular ferroelectric from a non‐ferroelectric phase transition molecular system is still a great challenge. Here we designed and constructed a molecular ferroelectric by double regulation of the anion and cation in a simple crown ether clathrate, 4 , [K(18‐crown‐6)]+[PF6]?. By replacing K+ and PF6? with H3O+ and [FeCl4]? respectively, we obtained a new molecular ferroelectric [H3O(18‐crown‐6)]+[FeCl4]?, 1 . Compound 1 undergoes a para‐ferroelectric phase transition near 350 K with symmetry change from P21/n to the Pmc21 space group. X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction analysis suggests that the phase transition was mainly triggered by the displacement motion of H3O+ and [FeCl4]? ions and twist motion of 18‐crown‐6 molecule. Strikingly, compound 1 shows high a Curie temperature (350 K), ultra‐strong second harmonic generation signals (nearly 8 times of KDP), remarkable dielectric switching effect and large spontaneous polarization. We believe that this research will pave the way to design and build high‐quality molecular ferroelectrics as well as their application in smart materials. 相似文献

Salvia miltiorrhiza, one of the most well‐known herbal medicines, is commonly used for the treatment of coronary heart diseases in China. Besides traditional decoction slices (TDS), another relatively new product of S. miltiorrhiza, ultrafine granular powder (UGP; D90 < 45 μm), is also increasingly being used. In this paper, a UHPLC‐LTQ‐Orbitrap MS technique was developed for a metabolite profile study after oral administration of UGP and TDS of S. miltiorrhiza. The results showed that the number of in vivo absorbed compounds from UGP was much greater than that from TDS, and different types of products from S. miltiorrhiza will have different metabolic processes in vivo. Furthermore, a UHPLC‐Q‐Trap MS/MS method for simultaneously determining four tanshinones (tanshinone IIA, dihydrotanshinone I, tanshinone I and cryptotanshinone) was established and applied to assess the pharmacokinetics of the two types of products. All of the analytes displayed significant higher area under the concentration–time curve and peak concentration after oral administration of UGP than after TDS, indicating that ultrafine powder product could improve the bioavailability and absorption of cryptotanshinon,tanshinone II A,dihydrotanshinonE I and tanshinone I in vivo. The present study provides scientific information for further exploration of the pharmacology of these two types of S. miltiorrhiza and offers a reference for clinical administration of S. miltiorrhiza. 相似文献
