A new and efficient route has been developed to synthesize 17β-(1-methyl-3-perfluoroalkyl)propyl-3β-androsterol (1) in nine steps from hyodeoxycholic acid via selective addition of 1-perfluoroalkyl iodide to 24-norchola-5,22-dien-3β-ol. From (1), the first series of steroidal liquid crystalline aliphatic esters (smectic A) with fluorocarbon side chains has been prepared.  相似文献

用分子动力学模拟计算了微孔介质中流体氩在不同温度、不同密度和不同孔径下的剪切粘度.并根据Chapman-Enskog关于硬球流体传递性质的理论以及Heyes的关于Lennard-Jones流体粘度的表达式,提出了两个描述微孔介质中流体粘度的模型,该模型可以计算微孔中流体氩在不同状态下的粘度值.通过与计算机模拟值的比较,证明这两个微孔流体粘度模型是可用的.  相似文献

A series of new 2‐aryl‐7‐cyano/ethoxycarbonyl‐6‐methylthio‐1H‐imidazo[1,2‐b]pyrazoles ( 5 ) have been synthesized in moderate to good yields, via a two‐step cyclocondensation procedure of 5‐amino‐4‐cyano/ethoxycarbonyl‐3‐methylthio‐1H‐pyrazole ( 1 ) and α‐bromoacetophenones ( 3 ) or α‐tosyloxyacetophenones ( 2 ), which were prepared by the reactions of acetophenones with [hydroxy(tosyloxy)iodo]benzene (HTIB). The intermediates, 5‐amino‐1‐(aroylmethyl)‐4‐ cyano/ethoxycarbonyl‐3‐methylthio‐1H‐pyrazoles ( 4 ), have been isolated, serving as evidence for the regioselectivity. When utilizing α‐tosyloxy‐acetophenones, the reactions were more eco‐friendly, the reaction time was significantly reduced and the synthetic procedure was more convenient and easier to manipulate. Surprisingly, using potassium carbonate to displace sodium carbonate in the synthesis of 4 , in the case of 1 (R? CN), two novel cyclocondensation products have been isolated and fully characterized, followed by the proposal of a plausible mechanism.  相似文献

{[Cu^Ⅱ(Hpb)(mal)]H=O}n (Hpb=2-2'-pyridylbenzimidazole, mal=maleic acid) is a helical chain-like polymer complex. In order to investigate the electronic structure of the complex, the monomer Cu^Ⅱ(Hpb)(mal) was obturated with different functional groups respectively. For these selective segments, the geometry optimizations were conducted by using hybrid DFT (B3LYP)methods to find that the structure obturated with H2O was better consistent with the experiment, and then this model would be used to latter calculations, such as the frontier molecular orbital and the NBO charge population analysis. In addition the magnetic behaviors of this complex were analyzed by experiments and the weak antiferromagnetic couple between copper(Ⅱ) ions was observed. The exchange coupling constant was calculated by DFT based on the spin broken symmetry formalism. The calculated coupling constants were in good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn2(C5H6O4)2(C13H14N2)]n or [Zn2(glu)2(bpp)]n, is a novel zinc polymer based on mixed flexible glutarate (glu) and 1,3‐di‐4‐pyridylpropane (bpp) ligands. The ZnII center has a distorted tetra­hedral geometry and the central atom of the bpp ligand is located at a special site with a C2 axis passing through it. A layer is formed by Zn–glu bonding. Such layers are pillared by bpp ligands, forming a three‐dimensional framework with large channels. The inverted inter­penetration of two three‐dimensional frameworks completes the mol­ecular structure.  相似文献

A new 1,3,4-oxadiazole-contanining rhenium(I) complex,with the formula [Re(CO)_3(Bphen)(PTOP)],(Bphen=bathophe- nardine,PTOP=4-(5-p-tolyl-1,3,4-oxadiazd-2-yl)pyridine),is synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,~1H NMR, UV-vis and luminescence spectroscopy.The double-layer electroluminescence devices based on the Re(I) complex have been fabricated by spin-coating technique.The turn-on voltage,maximum efficiency,and brightness for green emission obtained from the devices are 9V,2.1cd/A and 165cd/m~2,respectively.  相似文献
