原子体系近核区电子波函数振幅(Ⅰ)——离化态原子高能光电离过程

本文具体地阐述近核区波函数和高能光电离截面的关系。根据相对论自洽场理论,计算各种离化态铁原子和铀原子的近核区波函数和光电离截面。计算结果表明:光电离截面比值函数随着光子能量的增加规则平缓变化,在光子能量约大于10¹keV以后,其和相应的近核区波函数振幅平方比的精度在千分之几的范围内。     

白光干涉条纹变密的原因探讨

讨论了在测定透明介质折射率的过程中彩色条纹变密的现象，并在其基础上分析其成因：一是由于媒质折射率加大；二是由于平形板介质平行度不好造成楔形的倾角变大，最后在实验中验证了理论结果。     

Strong visible PL from the nc-Si thin film by Ni silicide mediated crystallization

We studied the growth of nanocrystalline silicon (nc-Si) thin film exhibiting a strong room temperature photoluminescence (PL) at 1.81–2.003 eV. The amorphous silicon was crystallized by Ni silicide mediated crystallization (Ni SMC) and then Secco-etched to exhibit the PL. The PL peak energy and intensity increase with increasing the metal density on the a-Si because of the reduction in the grain size down to 2 nm. The photoluminescence energy and peak intensity depend strongly on the Secco etch time because the grain size is reduced by etching the grain boundaries.     

60keV质子辐照对TiNi记忆合金薄膜马氏体相变的影响

 利用磁控溅射的方法在氧化后的单晶Si基片上制备了TiNi形状记忆合金薄膜，利用示差扫描量热法和原位X射线衍射研究了薄膜的马氏体相变特征。通过60keV质子注入（辐照）薄膜样品研究了H+离子对合金薄膜马氏体相变特征的影响，结果表明氢离子注入后引起了马氏体相变开始Ms和结束点Mf以及逆马氏体相变开始As和结束温度Af的下降，而对R相变开始Rs和结束温度Rf影响不大。掠入射X射线衍射表明H+离子注入后有氢化物形成。H⁺离子注入形成的氢化物是引起相变点的变化的主要因素。     

硫化锌掺钴对电子结构和光学性质的影响

根据密度泛函理论对钴掺硫化锌周围的品格进行了结构优化,计算得到了钴杂质周围的晶体结构、电子态密度分布和吸收光谱.计算结果表明,由于Co原子掺入ZnS晶格常数减小,导致晶格畸变;带隙变窄;吸收峰展宽至更长波长区域.     

A quantum chaotic clock and damping of the coherent nuclear rotation in the 28 Si +64 Ni dissipative collision

We employ the statistical reactions with memory approach to study oscillating excitation functions in the ²⁸ Si(E _lab = 120–126.75 MeV)+⁶⁴ Ni strongly dissipative reaction and the time evolution of the collision process. The nonself-averaging of the oscillations in the excitation functions is interpreted as indication of quantum chaos and damping of the coherent nuclear rotation in dissipative heavy-ion collisions.     

Barium(II)–2,4‐dinitrophenolate–18‐crown‐6 at 183 K

The title compound, bis(2,4‐dinitrophenolato‐κ²O,O′)(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxadecane‐κ⁶O)barium(II), [Ba(C₆H₃N₂O₅)₂(C₁₂H₂₄O₆)], is a 1:1 complex of barium(II)–2,4‐di­nitro­phenolate and 1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxa­cyclo­octa­decane (18‐crown‐6). Its structure is located on a crystallographic inversion centre. The temperature dependence of the crystal structure has been studied. The monoclinic β angle of the P2₁/­n space group increases with increasing temperature. The packing structure of the complex is stabilized by intermolecular C—H?O interactions.

原子力显微术轻敲模式中探针样品接触过程及相位衬度研究

借助简单的有阻尼受迫振子模型，研究了原子力显微术轻敲模式中探针与样品接触时间t_c、样品的表面形变D_z和相位衬度对探针设置高度z_c及样品杨氏模量E_s的依赖关系.结果发现,t_c与D_z均随E_s及z_c的增大而减小，同时探针与样品作用过程伴随很小的能量耗散.对轻敲过程中相移量φ的研究表明，E_s较大的样品有较小的φ，且φ随 关键词： 原子力显微术 轻敲模式 相位衬度
