The assembly of Co(NCS)(2) with 1-methyl-1'-(3-pyridyl)-2-(4-pyridyl)ethene (L(1)) exhibits a novel supramolecular isomerism of [Co(L(1))(2)(NCS)(2)](infinity) caused by different placement orientation of L(1) around metal centers. The reaction in MeOH/H(2)O and EtOH/H(2)O resulted in a double chain structure of 1, and that in EtOH/CH(3)NO(2) led to an open framework structure of 2. The reaction in MeOH/CH(3)NO(2) solvent system concomitantly afforded 1 and 2. The assemblies of 1-(3-pyridyl)-2-(4-pyrimidyl)ethene (L(2)) with Co(NCS)(2) created the water-coordinated complexes of Co(L(2))(2)(H(2)O)(2)(NCS)(2) (3 and 4), an MeOH coordinated complex of Co(L(2))(2)(H(2)O)(2)(NCS)(2) (5), and an open framework coordination polymer of [Co(L(1))(2)(NCS)(2)](infinity) (6) depending on the reaction solvent system. From these observations, it is suggested that in the formation of 1, the solvent-coordinated intermediate species would be generated first and its trans coordination configuration should define the placement orientation of L(1) in the resulting polymer of 1. On the other hand, it is presumed that the solvent-coordinated intermediate would not be produced during the formation of 2 due to the weaker coordination ability of EtOH and CH(3)NO(2) molecules. The open framework coordination polymers of 2 and 6 are converted in the solid state into the isomeric coordination polymer of 1 and hydrogen bonded network structure of 3, respectively. 相似文献

A high efficiency BGO detecting system coupled to a coolant pumping device was used to monitor on-line the 6.13 MeV high energy gamma-ray, which is emitted from the 7.1 s half-life of16N activated by16O(n, p) reaction in a nuclear reactor. A novel strategy is demonstrated to improve the accuracy for determination of polyethylene (PE) density using Raman spectroscopy by optimizing the temperature of sample measurement. Spectral features associated with the conformation change of the polymer induced by temperature may provide valuable information to quantify important polymer properties such as density. To evaluate possible existence of an optimal temperature providing improved quantitative accuracy, Raman spectra of PE pellets with different densities were collected at eight different temperatures from 30 to 100 °C at 10 °C intervals. Using the spectral datasets collected at each temperature, partial least squares (PLS) models were developed using the reference PE density values determined by a standard density gradient method at 23 °C. Interestingly, the most accurate determination of density was realized at 70 °C. Multiple perturbation two-dimensional (MP2D) correlation analysis and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used to examine the origin of improved accuracy at 70 °C. From these analyses, the pre-melt behavior of the PE samples was identified below their melting temperatures. Structural variations induced at the pre-melt stages enhance Raman spectral selectivity among the samples, thereby providing more accurate determination of PE density. The MP2D correlation analysis revealed the unforeseen thermal behavior of PE samples and successfully explained the improved accuracy at 70 °C. 相似文献

A method is described for measuring the concentrations of both glucose and glutamine in binary mixtures from near infrared
(NIR) absorption spectra. Spectra are collected over the range from 5000–4000/cm (2.0–2.5μm) with a 1-mm optical path length.
Glucose absorbance features at 4710, 4400, and 4300/cm and glutamine features at 4700, 4580, and 4390/cm provide the analytical
information required for the measurement. Multivariate calibration models are generated by using partial least squares (PLS)
regression alone and PLS regression combined with a preprocessing digital Fourier filtering step. The ideal number of PLS
factors and spectral range are identified separately for each analyte. In addition, the optimum Fourier filter parameters
are established for both compounds. The best overall analytical performance is obtained by combining Fourier filtering and
PLS regression. Glucose measurements are established over the concentration range from 1.66–59.91 mM, with a standard error of prediction (SEP) of 0.32 mM and a mean percent error of 1.84%. Glutamine can be measured over the
concentration range from 1.10–30.65 mM with a SEP of 0.75 mM and a mean percent error of 6.67%. These results demonstrate
the analytical utility of NIR spectroscopy for monitoring glucose and glutamine levels in mammalian and insect cell cultures. 相似文献

This paper reports a novel approach for the detection, confirmation, and quantification of 15 selected pyrethroid pesticides,
including pyrethins, and two metabolites of dithiocarbamates in foods by ultra-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass
spectrometry (UPLC–MS–MS). The proposed method makes use of a modified QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and
safe) procedure that combines isolation of the pesticides and sample cleanup in a single step. Analysis of pyrethroids and
dithiocarbamate metabolites was performed by UPLC–MS–MS operated with electrospray and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization,
respectively. Two specific precursor–product ion transitions were acquired per target compound in multiple reaction monitoring
(MRM) mode. Such acquisition achieved the minimum number of identification points according to European Commission (EC) document
no. SANCO/10684/2009, thus fulfilling the EC point system requirement for identification of contaminants in samples. The method
was validated with a variety of food samples. Calibration curves were linear and covered from 1 to 800 μg kg−1 in the sample for all target compounds. Average recoveries, measured at mass fractions of 10 and 100 μg kg−1 for pyrethroids and 5 and 50 μg kg−1 for dithiocarbamate metabolites, were in the range of 70–120% for all target compounds with relative standard deviations
below 20%. Method limits of quantification (MLOQ) were 10 μg kg−1 and 5 μg kg−1 for pyrethroids and dithiocarbamate metabolites, respectively. The method has been successfully applied to the analysis of
600 food samples in the course of the first Hong Kong total diet study with pyrethroids and metabolites of dithiocarbamates

A new class of easily accessible hemilabile benzimidazolyl phosphine ligands has been developed. The ligand skeleton is prepared from commercially available and inexpensive o-phenylenediamine and 2-bromobenzoic acid. With catalyst loading down to 0.5 mol% palladium, excellent catalytic activity towards the Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of aryl mesylates is still observed. The effect of various organic compounds on the Nafion/chelating agent mercury film electrodes (NCAMFEs) in square-wave anodic-stripping voltammetry (SWASV) is explored. Two chelating agents used to prepare the NCAMFEs are dimethylglyoxime and 2,2'-bipyridyl. Triton X-100, sodium dodecyl sulfate, albumin, gelatin, starch, camphor, and humic acid are used as model organic compounds, while cadmium, lead, and copper are used as test metal ions. The NCAMFEs are considerably more resistant to organic interferences than the Nafion-coated mercury film electrode. The implications of these interferences for the reliability and feasibility of stripping measurements using the NCAMFEs in real samples are discussed. Results presented for untreated urine and natural water samples demonstrate the analytical utility of the NCAMFEs in SWASV. 相似文献

The analysis of mineral contents in space foods is needed to obtain an information on a comprehensive elemental composition as well as the investigation on the effects of human nutrition and health based on the dietary intake of mineral elements. Recently, six items of new Korean space foods (KSFs) such as kimchi, bibimbap, bulgogi, a ramen, a mulberry beverage and a fruit punch which was developed by the KAERI, and the contents of more than 15 elements in the samples were examined by using instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA). Five biological certified reference materials, NIST SRM were used for analytical quality control.
