We consider the production of asymmetric dark matter during hidden sector baryogenesis. We consider a particular supersymmetric model where the dark matter candidate has a number density approximately equal to the baryon number density, with a mass of the same scale as the b, c and τ. Both baryon asymmetry and dark matter are created at the same time in this model. We describe collider and direct detection signatures of this model.  相似文献

The present paper deals with differential thermal analysis studies conducted to find out the onset temperature for silicothermic reduction of MoO2 to Mo. The reaction kinetics of Si–MoO2 system has been analyzed by a model-free Kissinger method. X-ray diffraction analysis has confirmed the formation of Mo metal and SiO2 as the slag phase after silicothermic reduction of MoO2. The activation energy for silicothermic reduction of MoO2 to Mo was evaluated to be 309 kJ mol?1.  相似文献

2H-Chromenes were synthesized from salicylaldehyde using potassium vinylic borates in the presence of secondary amines. We synthesized these 2H-chromene derivatives as a part of an ongoing project to develop inhibitors for TGF-β receptors. Potassium vinyl trifluoroborates react with salicylaldehydes at 80 °C in the presence of a secondary amine and produced 2-substituted 2H-chromene derivatives with a 70-90% yield.  相似文献

A set of DNA tetranucleotides, which are 3'- or 5'-end extended versions of GCA, was used as chiral selectors for the discrimination of enantiomers of alpha-amino acids. The [X+Y-2H](2-) ions of the 1:1 complexes were generated by electrospraying a mixture of tetranucleotide (X) and amino acid (Y) solution. Chiral discrimination was achieved by studying the collision-induced dissociation spectra of the [X+Y-2H](2-) ion and the ratio of relative abundance of precursor ion to that of the product ion was used to measure the extent of discrimination. Among the tetranucleotides used, GCAA and GGCA exhibited better discrimination, in which GCAA showed D-selectivity and GGCA showed L-selectivity for the studied amino acids. In addition, binding constants were measured for the 1:1 complexes of phenylalanine enantiomers with GCAA and GGCA. Ltd.  相似文献

The development of cellulase production technology has greatly contributed to the successful use of cellulosic materials as renewable carbon sources. In this study, a putative endoglucanase IV (EG IV) complementary DNA was cloned from the mycelium of a strain of the filamentous fungus Trichoderma viride using a PCR-based exon-splicing method and expressed in both a silkworm BmN cell line and in silkworm larvae. Western blot analysis detected a band of 42 kDa in BmN cells after infection with a recombinant mBacmid/BmNPV/EG IV baculovirus. Sequence alignment analysis of the T. viride EG IV gene showed two domains that were highly conserved with glycosyl hydrolases and a funga-type cellulose-binding domain. Analysis of variance showed that silkworms infected with recombinant baculoviruses exhibited significantly higher enzyme activity that was 48.84% higher than silkworms infected with blank baculoviruses and 46.61% higher than normal silkworms. The expressed bioactive EG IV was also stable at the pH range from 5.0 to 10.0. The availability of large quantities of bioactive EG IV in silkworm provided a possibility to produce cellulase transgenic silkworm, which express bioactive cellulase specially in its digestive tract and improve its metabolism efficiency of mulberry leaves. Its application in the sericulture industry may be very promising.  相似文献

A series of morinol-type lignans were rapidly assembled using a Grignard-based transmissive olefination. In combination with palladium-catalyzed arylations, the strategy provides stereoselective access to (7Z,7'E), (7E,7'E), and (7E,7'Z) morinol diastereomers and the (7Z,8'E) and (7E,8'E) conjugated analogues. Critical for the E/Z stereoselectivity is a new, general method for converting alkenenitriles to alkenemethanols that circumvents the enal E/Z isomerization commonly encountered during conventional i-Bu(2)AlH reduction.  相似文献

The symmetric group $\operatorname{Sym}(d)$ acts on the Cartesian product (S 2) d by coordinate permutation, and the quotient space $(S^{2})^{d}/\operatorname{Sym}(d)$ is homeomorphic to the complex projective space ?P d . We used the case d=2 of this fact to construct a 10-vertex triangulation of ?P 2 earlier. In this paper, we have constructed a 124-vertex simplicial subdivision $(S^{2})^{3}_{124}$ of the 64-vertex standard cellulation $(S^{2}_{4})^{3}$ of (S 2)3, such that the $\operatorname{Sym}(3)$ -action on this cellulation naturally extends to an action on $(S^{2})^{3}_{124}$ . Further, the $\operatorname{Sym}(3)$ -action on $(S^{2})^{3}_{124}$ is ??good??, so that the quotient simplicial complex $(S^{2})^{3}_{124}/\operatorname{Sym}(3)$ is a 30-vertex triangulation $\mathbb{C}P^{3}_{30}$ of ?P 3. In other words, we have constructed a simplicial realization $(S^{2})^{3}_{124} \to\mathbb{C} P^{3}_{30}$ of the branched covering (S 2)3???P 3.  相似文献
