A two‐dimensional (2D) carbon nanofilm with uniform artificial nanopores is an ideal material to ultimately suppress the fuel permeation in the proton exchange membrane fuel cells. Graphdiyne has great mechanical strength, high dimensional stability, and controllable nanopores, and has good prospects to play this crucial role. It is found that graphdiyne nanofilm with amino groups and natural nanopores can be easily prepared with high integrity. The aminated graphdiyne has good compatibility with the Nafion matrix owing to the acid–base interaction between them. The excellent comprehensive properties of graphdiyne in selectivity, dimensional stability, and integrity effectively improve the power performance and stability of fuel cells at wide temperature. Our results can be developed into a universal method that can easily realize the selective separation of ions and small molecules, and open a new way for the emerging applications in green energy.  相似文献

Further studies on the bark of Taiwania cryptomerioides found four new podocarpane derivatives, 1beta,13-dihydroxy-8,11,13-podocarpatriene (1), 14,18-dihydroxy-13-methoxy-8,11,13-podocarpatriene (2), 1beta,14-dihydroxy-13-methoxy-8,11,13-podocarpatriene-2,7-dione (3), and 3beta,14-dihydroxy-13-methoxy-8,11,13-podocarpatrien-7-one (4), together with a known 1beta,13,14-trihydroxy-8,11,13-podocarpatrien-7-one (5). A simple and sensitive fluorometric method for the determination of nalidixic acid was established by using 0.75M sodium borohydride and 7.5% hydrogen peroxide solution as fluorogenic reagents. Analyte concentrations of 0.0232-11.6 pg/mL could be determined with high precision and accuracy by the method. A relative standard deviation of 1.75% was obtained for a nalidixic acid concentration of 0.232 pg/mL. The method was satisfactorily applied to the determination of nalidixic acid in human serum, fish muscle, and chicken muscle, and the calibration curves were linear from 0.23 to 58.00 pg/mL, from 9.28 to 32.48 mg/kg, and from 4.64 to 23.20 mg/kg, respectively. The specificity of the reaction is also discussed.  相似文献

We have previously demonstrated that H-bond arrangement has a significant influence on the energetics, structure and chemistry of water clusters. In this work, the effect of H-bond orientation on the dissociation of hydrogen fluoride with seven water molecules is studied by means of graph theory and high level ab initio methods. It is found that cubic structures of HF(H(2)O)(7) are more stable than structures of other topologies reported in the literature. Electronic calculations on all possible H-bond orientations of cubie-HF(H(2)O)(7) show that ionized structures are energetically more favorable than nonionized ones. This is an indication that seven water molecules might be capable of ionizing hydrogen fluoride.  相似文献

Take five: A unique quintuply bonded dimolybdenum complex [Mo(2)(μ-Li){μ-HC(N-2,6-Et(2)C(6)H(3))(2)}(3)] (see picture) was synthesized and characterized. The Mo-Mo interaction includes an unexpected bridging Li(+) ion. Calculations indicate the bridging Li(+) ion does not perturb the Mo-Mo bond length (2.0612(4)??), but results in a relatively small effective Mo-Mo bond order of 3.67.  相似文献

In this study a series of a segmented copolyester, poly(4,4′-dioxy-2,2′-dimethyl-azoxybenzene dodecanedioyl) (PMABD)-co-polyoxypropylene 400 (POP), was prepared. The chain length of PMABD studied (n) was varied from 7.8-18.2, and that of POP was unchanged. The intrinsic viscosity of the segmented copolyesters was 1.04-1.30, and the number average molecular weight obtained was 2.53 × 104?3.49 × 104 g/mol. The mesophase texture and thermal properties of the segmented copolyesters were measured as functions of n. It was found that the insert of flexible POP between those liquid crystalline domains of PMABD did affect thermotropic properties of PMABD. As the n value was 9.0 and 7.8 (or 7.4 and 8.6% by weight POP) the texture appeared as cholesteric-like oily streaks. The effect could not be attained by simply copolymerizing a mesogenic moiety with a pair of spacers of different lengths. The fluidity and domain structure of the flexible dodecanedioyl-POP-dodcanedioyl segments are taken into account for the obtained results. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

One new phenylpropanoid, turformosin A (1), and one new triterpene, turformosinic acid (2), together with 16 known compounds, were isolated from the stems of Turpinia formosana Nakai. All structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including 1D- and 2D-NMR techniques and MS analysis. Selected isolated compounds were evaluated for in vitro cytotoxicity against four human cancer cell lines and antioxidant scavenging effects on DPPH. (-)-(7'S,8'S)-threo-carolignan X (3) exhibited cytotoxicity against Hep2, WiDr, Daoy, and MCF-7 cell lines with ED(50) values of 3.60, 4.45, 6.07, and 13.7 μg/mL, respectively. Turformosin A (1), (-)-(7'S,8'S)- threo-carolignan X (3), methoxyhydroquinone-4-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), and methoxy-hydroquinone-1-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), exhibited similar anti-oxidative activity. Hep2 cells treated with 10 μg/mL of 3 showed elevation of sub-G1 population (from 20% at 8 h to 60% at 48 h), and activation of caspase-9/caspase-3/PARP cascade. Compound 3 induced intrinsic apoptotic pathway in Hep2 cells with dose and time dependence (10 μg/mL for 8 h).  相似文献

Solid‐state Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (ss‐NMR) 13C single‐pulse excitation spectroscopy in combination with the magic‐angle spinning (MAS) technique was applied to a series of Phalaenopsis tissues, including the leaf, sheath, stem, and root, at different growth and spiking periods. Compared with{1H}/13C cross‐polarization MAS spectra, the 13C single‐pulse excitation MAS spectra displayed very distinct spectral patterns, recognizable as fingerprints of the tissues studied. 1Here, we demonstrate that solid‐state 13C single‐pulse excitation NMR spectroscopy provides a direct and robust analytical tool for studying the various tissues of Phalaenopsis in different growth and spiking induction periods.  相似文献

In this study, porous TiO2 thin films were prepared by the sol‐gel method employing polyethylene glycol 1000 (PEG 1000) as an organic template. Pore sizes were adjusted by varying the concentration of PEG 1000. The optimal PEG concentration range required to form TiO2 films with a regular porous structure was investigated and was found to be 0.01–0.015 M. As the PEG 1000 concentration increased, the surface of these films became rougher because of larger pores. Degradation of methylene blue (MB) under UV irradiation was used to determine the photocatalytic activity of the films. In addition, the effect of the pH value of the MB solution on the films was evaluated by controlling its pH value at 5, 7, and 9. The results showed that the photocatalytic activity was correlated to the pore size and pore density of the thin films. TiO2 thin films possessing pore sizes in the diameter range of 35–85 nm exhibited the best conversion of 98% after 8 h of UV irradiation when the pH value was 7.  相似文献

Iridium complexes bearing chelating cyclometalates are popular choices as dopant emitters in the fabrication of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). In this contribution, we report a series of blue-emitting, bis-tridentate IrIII complexes bearing chelates with two fused five-six-membered metallacycles, which are in sharp contrast to the traditional designs of tridentate chelates that form the alternative, fused five-five metallacycles. Five IrIII complexes, Px-21 – 23 , Cz-4 , and Cz-5 , have been synthesized that contain a coordinated dicarbene pincer chelate incorporating a methylene spacer and a dianionic chromophoric chelate possessing either a phenoxy or carbazolyl appendage to tune the coordination arrangement. All these tridentate chelates afford peripheral ligand–metal–ligand bite angles of 166–170°, which are larger than the typical bite angle of 153–155° observed for their five-five-coordinated tridentate counterparts, thereby leading to reduced geometrical distortion in the octahedral frameworks. Photophysical measurements and TD-DFT studies verified the inherent transition characteristics that give rise to high emission efficiency, and photodegradation experiments confirmed the improved stability in comparison with the benchmark fac-[Ir(ppy)3] in degassed toluene at room temperature. Phosphorescent OLED devices were also fabricated, among which the carbazolyl-functionalized emitter Cz-5 exhibited the best performance among all the studied bis-tridentate phosphors, showing a maximum external quantum efficiency (EQEmax) of 18.7 % and CIEx,y coordinates of (0.145, 0.218), with a slightly reduced EQE of 13.7 % at 100 cd m−2 due to efficiency roll-off.  相似文献
