The schlieren interferograms used to be analyzed in a qualitative way. In this paper, by means of the powerful computational ability and the large memory of computer; the image processing method is investigated for the digitalization of an axisymmetric schlieren interferogram and the determination of the density field. This method includes the 2-D low-pass filtering, the thinning of interferometric fringes, the extraction of physical information and the numerical integration of the density field. The image processing results show that the accuracy of the quantitative analysis of the schlieren interferogram can be improved and a lot of time can be saved in dealing with optical experimental results. Therefore, the algorithm used here is useful and efficient.  相似文献

A novel flower-shaped Bi2O3 superstructure has been successfully synthesized by calcination of the precursor, which was prepared via a citric acid assisted hydrothermal process. The precursor and Bi2O3 were characterized with respect to morphology, crystal structure and elemental chemical state by field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It was shown that both the precursor and Bi2O3 flower-shaped superstructure were constructed of numerous nanosheets while the nanosheets consisted of a great deal of nanoparticles. Furthermore, key factors for the formation of the superstructures have been proposed; a mechanism for the growth of the superstructure has been presented based on the FESEM investigation of different growth stages.  相似文献

Fractional Fourier transformation of an object can be approximated by the object's free-space Fresnel diffraction pattern under some restricted conditions and plane wave illumination according to Hua's method. A better approximation is achieved under least-squared conditions developed in this paper. The extraordinarily rapid growth of malignant tumors depends heavily on the glucose metabolism by the pathways of glycolysis and mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation to generate adenosine 5′-triphosphate (ATP) for maintaining cell proliferation and tumor growth. This study reports a tumor chemical suffocation therapeutic strategy by concurrently suppressing both glycolysis and mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) via the co-deliveries of EDTA and rotenone into a glutathione (GSH)-overexpressed tumor microenvironment. EDTA is to block the glycolytic pathway through inhibiting the activity of glycolytic enzymes via the chelation of magnesium ion, a co-worker of glycolytic enzymes, despite the presence of Ca2+. Meanwhile rotenone is to inhibit the mitochondrial OXPHOS. This work provides a novel tumor suffocation strategy by the co-deliveries of glucose metabolism inhibitors, especially by de-functioning glycolytic enzymes via eliminating their co-worker magnesium.

The EDTA- and Rotenone-loaded MPER nanoparticles have been synthesized to suffocate tumor cells to death through inhibiting glycolytic process and mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation simultaneously in vitro and in vivo.  相似文献

A new type of chemosensor-based approach to the detection of 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (TNP) is described in this paper. Two hexahomotrioxacalix[3]arene-based chemosensors 1 and 2 were synthesized through click chemistry, which exhibited high binding affinity and selectivity toward TNP as evidenced by UV–vis and fluorescence spectroscopy studies. 1H NMR titration analysis verified that CH?O hydrogen bonding is demonstrated as the mode of interaction, which possibly facilitates effective charge-transfer.  相似文献

A new phenolic derivative, 4-hydroxyphenol-1-O-[6-O-(E)-feruloyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl]-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), and a new terpenylated coumarin, named altissimacoumarin H (2) were identified from the fruit of Ailanthus altissima (Mill.) Swingle (Simaroubaceae), together with ten known compounds (312), including two coumarins and eight phenylpropanoids. Their structures were determined on the basis of chemical method and spectroscopic data. Antiviral effect against Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) of all the compounds obtained were evaluated using leaf-disc method.  相似文献

Powder dusting method is the most practically useful approach for latent fingerprint development in the crime scene. Herein, a general powder dusting method has been explored for latent fingerprint development based on aggregation-induced emission luminogens (AIEgens). A series of tetraphenylethene (TPE) derivatives with multiple diphenylamine (DPA), namely, TPE-DPA, TPE-2DPA and TPE-4DPA, were selected as candidates to dope with magnetic powders and applied for latent fingerprint development. After screening, the magnetic powder 3 doped with TPE-4DPA proves to be the best, in terms of fluorescent intensity, resolution and adhesiveness. Afterwards, the magnetic powder 3 was applied for visualization of latent fingerprint on various smooth and porous substrates, including glass, stainless steel, leaf, ceram, plastic bag, lime wall, wood and paper money. Specific details, such as island, core, termination and bifurcation, can be clearly observed for the fluorescent fingerprint images.  相似文献

Dendrobium officinale is an important medicinal plant in traditional Chinese medicine. The consumption of D. officinale has increased rapidly in recent years due to the health awareness among Chinese people. The present study aimed to determine trace elements levels in 42 D. officinale samples and to utilize the elemental data for identifying the cultivation technique. Eighteen trace elements (B, V, Cr, As, Mn, Fe, Mo, Cu, Zn, Se, Sr, Sn, Ti, Al, Co, As Pb, Cd, and Bi) were determined by inductively coupled plasma–mass spectrometry. Of the 11 essential elements, the mean concentrations ranged from 30.6?µg?kg?1 (Mo) in D. officinale with greenhouse cultivation to 161?mg?kg?1 (Fe) in D. officinale with rock cultivation, and the contributions of Mn may exceed the dietary reference intake value by the uptake of 20?g of D. officinale. Of the seven toxic elements, the mean concentrations ranged from 3.29?µg?kg?1 (Bi) in the D. officinale with greenhouse cultivation to 342?mg?kg?1 (Al) in the D. officinale with rock cultivation, and the contributions of Al may exceed the provisional tolerable daily intake value by the uptake of 20?g of D. officinale. The concentrations of seven metals (Bi, Pb, Fe, Al, Cr, As, and Mo) were utilized to identify the cultivation technique of the analyzed D. officinale samples through linear discriminant analysis.  相似文献
